Policijski službenici službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 50-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, utaja poreza ili carine i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave.

Naime, istoga se sumnjiči da je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe autoservisa od 2012. do 2018. godine u namjeri da sebi pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist i time prouzroči štetu autoservisu u Splitu i državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske, najčešće neistinito prikazivao određene izmjene dijelova na vozilima, čiji dijelovi stvarno nisu bili mijenjani, dok bi dijelove protupravno predizao u skladištu autoservisa i iste prodavao.

Istog se dalje sumnjiči da bi krivotvorio radni nalog, te izdavao neistinite izdatnice kako bi prikazao da su ti isti dijelovi korišteni prilikom servisa. Nastala materijalna šteta za autoservis navedenim djelovanjem 50-godišnjaka iznosi oko 500 tisuća kuna dok je zbog neobračunatog i nerealiziranog PDV oštećen državni proračun za iznos od oko 100 tisuća kuna.

Zbog sumnje u počinjenje navedenih kaznenih djela protiv 50-godišnjaka slijedi podnošenje posebnog izvješća nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 50-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, utaja poreza ili carine i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave.

Naime, istoga se sumnjiči da je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe autoservisa od 2012. do 2018. godine u namjeri da sebi pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist i time prouzroči štetu autoservisu u Splitu i državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske, najčešće neistinito prikazivao određene izmjene dijelova na vozilima, čiji dijelovi stvarno nisu bili mijenjani, dok bi dijelove protupravno predizao u skladištu autoservisa i iste prodavao.

Istog se dalje sumnjiči da bi krivotvorio radni nalog, te izdavao neistinite izdatnice kako bi prikazao da su ti isti dijelovi korišteni prilikom servisa. Nastala materijalna šteta za autoservis navedenim djelovanjem 50-godišnjaka iznosi oko 500 tisuća kuna dok je zbog neobračunatog i nerealiziranog PDV oštećen državni proračun za iznos od oko 100 tisuća kuna.

Zbog sumnje u počinjenje navedenih kaznenih djela protiv 50-godišnjaka slijedi podnošenje posebnog izvješća nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Oštetio autoservis iz Splita za pola milijuna kuna: lažno prikazivao zamjene dijelova koje je uzimao iz skladišta i prodavao na crnom tržištu

Policijski službenici službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 50-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju, utaja poreza ili carine i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave.

Naime, istoga se sumnjiči da je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe autoservisa od 2012. do 2018. godine u namjeri da sebi pribavi protupravnu imovinsku korist i time prouzroči štetu autoservisu u Splitu i državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske, najčešće neistinito prikazivao određene izmjene dijelova na vozilima, čiji dijelovi stvarno nisu bili mijenjani, dok bi dijelove protupravno predizao u skladištu autoservisa i iste prodavao.

Istog se dalje sumnjiči da bi krivotvorio radni nalog, te izdavao...
