Tijekom napada na Vladu u ponedjeljak u jutarnjim satima sada pokojni 22-godišnji Danijel Bezuk, osim na policajca Oskara Fiorija, zapucao je i u smjeru dvojice policajaca koji su kao dio osiguranja čuvali zgrade Vlade i Sabora na Markovu trgu. Iz izjava čelnika policije, međutim, nije se moglo iščitati koliko su Bezukovi hici prema drugoj dvojici policajaca bili precizni.

Kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, jedan od policajaca čistom je srećom izbjegao ranjavanje, i to doslovce za nekoliko milimetara. Naime, kada je pucnjava prestala, odnosno kada se Bezuk dao u bijeg, jedan od policajaca koji je sudjelovao u razmjeni vatre s Bezukom vidio je da mu je propucan džep na hlačama, no na sreću metak ga nekim čudom nije ranio.

Inače, kako se neslužbeno doznaje, automatska puška koju je Bezuk koristio, a potom odbacio predstavlja prilično rijedak model na ovim prostorima.

Riječ je o varijanti kalašnjikova, no ne u standardnom kalibru 7,62 x 39 za AK-47, već je riječ o tzv. malokalibarskom kalašnjikovu, odnosno modelu AK-74 kalibra 5,45 x 39 mm. Za razliku od standardnoga kalašnjikova 7,62 x 39 mm, malokalibarski kalašnjikov se u Domovinskom ratu vrlo malo koristio te bi to trebalo olakšati policiji da uđe u trag porijeklu oružja. Hrvatska je tijekom rata nabavila oko 1000 komada te su bili dodijeljeni elitnim postrojbama poput 1. HG Zdruga.

Bezukov model imao je sklopivi kundak, što objašnjava kako ga je sakrio pod jaknu. Također, ne začuđuju vrlo teške frakture koje je ranjeni policajac zadobio baš od ovoga oružja, koje su inače u ratu zvali "kostolomac".

Zbog relativno male mase zrna metak iz "kostolomca" udarcem u tijelu gubi kinetičku energiju te postiže veliki dum-dum efekt, odnosno "šeta" kroz tijelo, pritom često izazivajući frakture. Bezuk je kod sebe imao dva okvira streljiva, jedan standardni od 30 metaka i drugi skraćen.

Kod mladićeva oca nađene su vojna snajperska puška s prigušivačem kalibra 7,64 x 45 mm s optičkim nišanom, prigušivačem i baterijskom lampom te malokalibarski snajper kalibra 22, kao i više od tisuću komada streljiva.

- Bez daljnjega da se prigušivač ne može posjedovati, a navedene puške, da je imao uvjete, mogu se legalno posjedovati, ali očito je riječ o ilegalnom oružju - kaže Dubravko Gvozdanović, stalni sudski vještak za balistiku, hladno i vatreno oružje. Na pitanje kako je 22-godišnjak mogao neopaženo doći do Markova trga s "dugim" oružjem te o karakteristici njegova pucanja, Gvozdanović kaže:

- Ako je puška imala skraćenu cijev ili sklopivi kundak, mogla se sakriti ispod malo duže jakne. Ali, sasvim je izvjesno da nije pucao iz ramena i cijev mu je skakala na sve strane s obzirom na rasap hitaca. Tijelo mu je bilo u šoku i očito nije bio svjestan daljnjeg postupanja niti je imao isplaniran bijeg - smatra Gvozdanović.

Sve pronađeno oružje bit će dostavljeno na vještačenje u Centar "Ivan Vučetić", a provući će se i kroz sustav kako bi se vidjelo je li njime eventualno počinjeno neko kazneno djelo.

Tijekom napada na Vladu u ponedjeljak u jutarnjim satima sada pokojni 22-godišnji Danijel Bezuk, osim na policajca Oskara Fiorija, zapucao je i u smjeru dvojice policajaca koji su kao dio osiguranja čuvali zgrade Vlade i Sabora na Markovu trgu. Iz izjava čelnika policije, međutim, nije se moglo iščitati koliko su Bezukovi hici prema drugoj dvojici policajaca bili precizni.

Kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, jedan od policajaca čistom je srećom izbjegao ranjavanje, i to doslovce za nekoliko milimetara. Naime, kada je pucnjava prestala, odnosno kada se Bezuk dao u bijeg, jedan od policajaca koji je sudjelovao u razmjeni vatre s Bezukom vidio je da mu je propucan džep na hlačama, no na sreću metak ga nekim čudom nije ranio.

Inače, kako se neslužbeno doznaje, automatska puška koju je Bezuk koristio, a potom odbacio predstavlja prilično rijedak model na ovim prostorima.

Riječ je o varijanti kalašnjikova, no ne u standardnom kalibru 7,62 x 39 za AK-47, već je riječ o tzv. malokalibarskom kalašnjikovu, odnosno modelu AK-74 kalibra 5,45 x 39 mm. Za razliku od standardnoga kalašnjikova 7,62 x 39 mm, malokalibarski kalašnjikov se u Domovinskom ratu vrlo malo koristio te bi to trebalo olakšati policiji da uđe u trag porijeklu oružja. Hrvatska je tijekom rata nabavila oko 1000 komada te su bili dodijeljeni elitnim postrojbama poput 1. HG Zdruga.

Bezukov model imao je sklopivi kundak, što objašnjava kako ga je sakrio pod jaknu. Također, ne začuđuju vrlo teške frakture koje je ranjeni policajac zadobio baš od ovoga oružja, koje su inače u ratu zvali "kostolomac".

Zbog relativno male mase zrna metak iz "kostolomca" udarcem u tijelu gubi kinetičku energiju te postiže veliki dum-dum efekt, odnosno "šeta" kroz tijelo, pritom često izazivajući frakture. Bezuk je kod sebe imao dva okvira streljiva, jedan standardni od 30 metaka i drugi skraćen.

Kod mladićeva oca nađene su vojna snajperska puška s prigušivačem kalibra 7,64 x 45 mm s optičkim nišanom, prigušivačem i baterijskom lampom te malokalibarski snajper kalibra 22, kao i više od tisuću komada streljiva.

- Bez daljnjega da se prigušivač ne može posjedovati, a navedene puške, da je imao uvjete, mogu se legalno posjedovati, ali očito je riječ o ilegalnom oružju - kaže Dubravko Gvozdanović, stalni sudski vještak za balistiku, hladno i vatreno oružje. Na pitanje kako je 22-godišnjak mogao neopaženo doći do Markova trga s "dugim" oružjem te o karakteristici njegova pucanja, Gvozdanović kaže:

- Ako je puška imala skraćenu cijev ili sklopivi kundak, mogla se sakriti ispod malo duže jakne. Ali, sasvim je izvjesno da nije pucao iz ramena i cijev mu je skakala na sve strane s obzirom na rasap hitaca. Tijelo mu je bilo u šoku i očito nije bio svjestan daljnjeg postupanja niti je imao isplaniran bijeg - smatra Gvozdanović.

Sve pronađeno oružje bit će dostavljeno na vještačenje u Centar "Ivan Vučetić", a provući će se i kroz sustav kako bi se vidjelo je li njime eventualno počinjeno neko kazneno djelo.

Tijekom napada na Vladu u ponedjeljak u jutarnjim satima sada pokojni 22-godišnji Danijel Bezuk, osim na policajca Oskara Fiorija, zapucao je i u smjeru dvojice policajaca koji su kao dio osiguranja čuvali zgrade Vlade i Sabora na Markovu trgu. Iz izjava čelnika policije, međutim, nije se moglo iščitati koliko su Bezukovi hici prema drugoj dvojici policajaca bili precizni.

Kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, jedan od policajaca čistom je srećom izbjegao ranjavanje, i to doslovce za nekoliko milimetara. Naime, kada je pucnjava prestala, odnosno kada se Bezuk dao u bijeg, jedan od policajaca koji je sudjelovao u razmjeni vatre s Bezukom vidio je da mu je propucan džep na hlačama, no na sreću metak ga nekim čudom nije ranio.
