Nad 59-godišnjim stricem, koji je nećaka zasjekao skalpelom po vratu kraj arterije, otvorena je istraga zbog pokušaja ubojstva. Nad njim nije određen istražni zatvor već mjera opreza zabrane približavanja žrtvi, što će u ovom slučaju biti otežano provoditi pošto su stric i 41-godišnji nećak prvi susjedi.

Do sukoba je došlo u Kaštel Štafiliću prošli petak oko 15.45 sati na zemljištu u blizini obiteljskih kuća obojice sudionika. Kako stoji u istražnom rješenju, stric i nećak su se posvađali zbog neriješenih vlasničkih odnosa oko dijela zemljišta. Nećak je parkirao osobni automobil na tom zemljištu kada je došao stric da skalpelom u desnoj ruci i prvo ga verbalno napao.

U jednom trenutku je povikao na nećaka: “Govno jedno, nije ti tu put!” i zamahnuo rukom u kojoj je držao skalpel prema nećakovoj glavi. Šiknula je krv i nećak je potrčao prema kući svojih roditelja koja je udaljena oko 300 metara. Zatim ga je jedan član obitelji odvezao na Hitnu pomoć u Split.

Tamo su mu zašili ranu dugu 7 centimetara i duboku 1,5 cm, niti tri cm od vratne arterije. Nakon toga je utvrđeno da se radi o lakšoj tjelesnoj ozljedi, ali je isto hospitaliziran. Na Hitni kirurški prijem su došli i policajci iz Kaštela napraviti službenu zabilješku. 

Protiv strica, inače zaposlenika Zračne luke Split, Policijska postaja Kaštela je podnijela kaznenu prijavu zbog pokušaja ubojstva smatrajući kako je namjeravao usmrtiti nećaka. Pred policijom se 59-godišnji stric branio šutnjom te je nakon toga doveden pritvorsko nadzorniku, a zatim i na ispitivanja na Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu.

U svojoj obrani je priznao mahanje skalpelom, ali ne i da je namjeravao ubiti nećaka. Pušten je da se brani sa slobode uz mjeru zabrane približavanja nećaku na manje od 10 metara. Nećak je u međuvremenu pušten s bolničkog liječenja, a obojica žive u istoj ulici u Kaštelima.

U nastavku istrage će se saslušati još nekoliko svjedoka i provesti sudsko medicinsko vještačenje ozljede vrata.

Nad 59-godišnjim stricem, koji je nećaka zasjekao skalpelom po vratu kraj arterije, otvorena je istraga zbog pokušaja ubojstva. Nad njim nije određen istražni zatvor već mjera opreza zabrane približavanja žrtvi, što će u ovom slučaju biti otežano provoditi pošto su stric i 41-godišnji nećak prvi susjedi.

Do sukoba je došlo u Kaštel Štafiliću prošli petak oko 15.45 sati na zemljištu u blizini obiteljskih kuća obojice sudionika. Kako stoji u istražnom rješenju, stric i nećak su se posvađali zbog neriješenih vlasničkih odnosa oko dijela zemljišta. Nećak je parkirao osobni automobil na tom zemljištu kada je došao stric da skalpelom u desnoj ruci i prvo ga verbalno napao.

U jednom trenutku je povikao na nećaka: “Govno jedno, nije ti tu put!” i zamahnuo rukom u kojoj je držao skalpel prema nećakovoj glavi. Šiknula je krv i nećak je potrčao prema kući svojih roditelja koja je udaljena oko 300 metara. Zatim ga je jedan član obitelji odvezao na Hitnu pomoć u Split.

Tamo su mu zašili ranu dugu 7 centimetara i duboku 1,5 cm, niti tri cm od vratne arterije. Nakon toga je utvrđeno da se radi o lakšoj tjelesnoj ozljedi, ali je isto hospitaliziran. Na Hitni kirurški prijem su došli i policajci iz Kaštela napraviti službenu zabilješku. 

Protiv strica, inače zaposlenika Zračne luke Split, Policijska postaja Kaštela je podnijela kaznenu prijavu zbog pokušaja ubojstva smatrajući kako je namjeravao usmrtiti nećaka. Pred policijom se 59-godišnji stric branio šutnjom te je nakon toga doveden pritvorsko nadzorniku, a zatim i na ispitivanja na Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu.

U svojoj obrani je priznao mahanje skalpelom, ali ne i da je namjeravao ubiti nećaka. Pušten je da se brani sa slobode uz mjeru zabrane približavanja nećaku na manje od 10 metara. Nećak je u međuvremenu pušten s bolničkog liječenja, a obojica žive u istoj ulici u Kaštelima.

U nastavku istrage će se saslušati još nekoliko svjedoka i provesti sudsko medicinsko vještačenje ozljede vrata.

Nad 59-godišnjim stricem, koji je nećaka zasjekao skalpelom po vratu kraj arterije, otvorena je istraga zbog pokušaja ubojstva. Nad njim nije određen istražni zatvor već mjera opreza zabrane približavanja žrtvi, što će u ovom slučaju biti otežano provoditi pošto su stric i 41-godišnji nećak prvi susjedi.

Do sukoba je došlo u Kaštel Štafiliću prošli petak oko 15.45 sati na zemljištu u blizini obiteljskih kuća obojice sudionika. Kako stoji u istražnom rješenju, stric i nećak su se posvađali zbog neriješenih vlasničkih odnosa oko dijela zemljišta. Nećak je parkirao osobni automobil na tom zemljištu kada je došao stric da skalpelom u desnoj ruci i prvo ga verbalno napao.
