Splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv 24-godišnjeg Stanislava Zavadlava, i to zbog teške krađe.
Tereti ga se da je 6. kolovoza 2020. godine oko 8.15 na zemljanom parkiralištu na Trgu Hrvatske bratske zajednice ispred Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske sa sjeverne strane, vidjevši da pokraj parkirane i otvorene Toyote Yaris u nesvijesti leži 72-godišnji vlasnik i kraj njega poluautomatska puška Beretta Al 391 Urika 2, iskoristio priliku uzevši oružje.

72-godišnjak je tog jutra krenuo u policiju produžiti dozvolu za držanje i nošenje ove puške koja mu je služila za lov. No, pozlilo mu je, a za nesreću tada je naišao Stanislav, vrlo dobro poznat policiji kao ovisnik o narkoticima.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo ga tereti da je, koristeći opisano stanje oštećenika, oružje uzeo, oštetivši žrtvu za 18 tisuća kuna. Za ovo je kazneno djelo predviđena kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora. V.U.

Splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv 24-godišnjeg Stanislava Zavadlava, i to zbog teške krađe.
Tereti ga se da je 6. kolovoza 2020. godine oko 8.15 na zemljanom parkiralištu na Trgu Hrvatske bratske zajednice ispred Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske sa sjeverne strane, vidjevši da pokraj parkirane i otvorene Toyote Yaris u nesvijesti leži 72-godišnji vlasnik i kraj njega poluautomatska puška Beretta Al 391 Urika 2, iskoristio priliku uzevši oružje.

72-godišnjak je tog jutra krenuo u policiju produžiti dozvolu za držanje i nošenje ove puške koja mu je služila za lov. No, pozlilo mu je, a za nesreću tada je naišao Stanislav, vrlo dobro poznat policiji kao ovisnik o narkoticima.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo ga tereti da je, koristeći opisano stanje oštećenika, oružje uzeo, oštetivši žrtvu za 18 tisuća kuna. Za ovo je kazneno djelo predviđena kazna zatvora od šest mjeseci do pet godina zatvora. V.U.

Filmski incident ispred zgrade splitske policijske uprave: Stanislav Zavadlav ukrao pušku čovjeku u nesvijesti

Splitsko Općinsko državno odvjetništvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv 24-godišnjeg Stanislava Zavadlava, i to zbog teške krađe.
Tereti ga se da je 6. kolovoza 2020. godine oko 8.15 na zemljanom parkiralištu na Trgu Hrvatske bratske zajednice ispred Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske sa sjeverne strane, vidjevši da pokraj parkirane i otvorene Toyote Yaris u nesvijesti leži 72-godišnji vlasnik i kraj njega poluautomatska puška Beretta Al 391 Urika 2, iskoristio priliku uzevši oružje.

72-godišnjak je tog jutra krenuo u policiju produžiti dozvolu za držanje i nošenje ove puške koja mu je služila za lov. No, pozlilo mu je, a za nesreću tada je naišao Stanislav, vrlo dobro poznat policiji kao ovisnik o narkoticima.
