Posrnula tvornica eksploziva "Vitezit", u Vitezu, u srednjoj Bosni, prodana je u ponedjeljak kompaniji "Winsley defence group", u vlasništvu hrvatskoga trgovca naoružanjem Zvonka Zubaka.

Na javnoj prodaji na Općinskome sudu u Travniku, za najvažniji dio poslovnog sustava "Vitezit", koji je u stečaju, Zubakova kompanija platila je nešto više od 5,5 milijuna eura.

Kako je izvijestio portal Viteski, nakon javne prodaje "Winsley defence group" iz Odžaka, koji je zastupao odvjetnik Ivica Dragun, postao je vlasnik dijelova kompanije za proizvodnju nitroglicerina, plastičnog eksploziva, ispitnoga poligona, strojeva i pogona, skladišta te drugih prostorija posrnulog "Vitezita".

Zubakova kompanija postala je vlasnik poslovnog sustava "Vitezit" nakon tri neuspješne prodaje.

Prema navodima portala Viteski, novi vlasnik Zvonko Zubak najavio je u roku od 18 mjeseci ponovno pokrenuti proizvodnju, zaposliti gotovo 500 djelatnika i uložili 65 milijuna eura u poduzeće koje bi trebalo proizvoditi četiri tisuće tona baruta godišnje. Novi vlasnici su najavili kako će prosječna plaća u toj kompaniji nakon pokretanja proizvodnje biti značajno iznad prosjeka u Federaciji BiH.

Zvonko Zubak rođen je u BiH, u mjestu Bunaru kod Plehana, u Bosanskoj Posavini, gdje je završio ekonomsku školu. Od početka je iskazivao vještine u trgovini, a prvog "fiću" zaradio je prodajući obrađeni kamen. Nakon odsluženog vojnog roka odlazi u Njemačku i radi građevinske poslove, a nakon toga postao je trgovac automobilima.

Prvi veći novac zaradio je prodajom automobila Arapima, da bi 1985. registrirao autobusnu tvrtku za prijevoz radnika na privremenom radu u Bosansku Posavinu, a osim radnika, u autobusima je, "što legalno, što ilegalno", uvozio kavu, videorekordere i drugu robu koje nije bilo na tržištu, zbog čega je imao problema sa zakonom. Jednom prigodom je njegov autobus opkolila policija, nakon pretresa odveli su ga u policijsku postaju i potom mu zabranili ulazak u SFRJ na godinu dana, a kazna je naknadno smanjena na šest mjeseci.

Početkom devedesetih Zubak doprema prve ilegalne pošiljke oružja u Hrvatsku. Povezao je hrvatske vlasti i inozemne dobavljače, a svojim je novcem jamčio za sigurnost transakcija. A Hrvatska je kupila i prve MiG-ove zahvaljujući Zubaku, što je tada bilo vrlo važno za obranu od velikosrpske agresije na Hrvatsku, koja je bila nenaoružana i bilo je vrlo teško dopremiti oružje prijeko potrebno za obranu.

Poslije se Zubak cijeli niz godina tužio s Republikom Hrvatskom tražeći da mu za kupnju raketnog sustava S300 godine 1994. plati 200 milijuna dolara.

Zubak je bio na glasu kao iznimno vješt i pouzdan čovjek kada su u pitanju poslovi nabave oružja. Osnovao je i političku stranku, Demokratsku socijalnu uniju – snagu naroda, s kojom redovito izlazi na parlamentarne i lokalne izbore, ali bez uspjeha.

Posrnula tvornica eksploziva "Vitezit", u Vitezu, u srednjoj Bosni, prodana je u ponedjeljak kompaniji "Winsley defence group", u vlasništvu hrvatskoga trgovca naoružanjem Zvonka Zubaka.

Na javnoj prodaji na Općinskome sudu u Travniku, za najvažniji dio poslovnog sustava "Vitezit", koji je u stečaju, Zubakova kompanija platila je nešto više od 5,5 milijuna eura.

Kako je izvijestio portal Viteski, nakon javne prodaje "Winsley defence group" iz Odžaka, koji je zastupao odvjetnik Ivica Dragun, postao je vlasnik dijelova kompanije za proizvodnju nitroglicerina, plastičnog eksploziva, ispitnoga poligona, strojeva i pogona, skladišta te drugih prostorija posrnulog "Vitezita".

Zubakova kompanija postala je vlasnik poslovnog sustava "Vitezit" nakon tri neuspješne prodaje.

Prema navodima portala Viteski, novi vlasnik Zvonko Zubak najavio je u roku od 18 mjeseci ponovno pokrenuti proizvodnju, zaposliti gotovo 500 djelatnika i uložili 65 milijuna eura u poduzeće koje bi trebalo proizvoditi četiri tisuće tona baruta godišnje. Novi vlasnici su najavili kako će prosječna plaća u toj kompaniji nakon pokretanja proizvodnje biti značajno iznad prosjeka u Federaciji BiH.

Zvonko Zubak rođen je u BiH, u mjestu Bunaru kod Plehana, u Bosanskoj Posavini, gdje je završio ekonomsku školu. Od početka je iskazivao vještine u trgovini, a prvog "fiću" zaradio je prodajući obrađeni kamen. Nakon odsluženog vojnog roka odlazi u Njemačku i radi građevinske poslove, a nakon toga postao je trgovac automobilima.

Prvi veći novac zaradio je prodajom automobila Arapima, da bi 1985. registrirao autobusnu tvrtku za prijevoz radnika na privremenom radu u Bosansku Posavinu, a osim radnika, u autobusima je, "što legalno, što ilegalno", uvozio kavu, videorekordere i drugu robu koje nije bilo na tržištu, zbog čega je imao problema sa zakonom. Jednom prigodom je njegov autobus opkolila policija, nakon pretresa odveli su ga u policijsku postaju i potom mu zabranili ulazak u SFRJ na godinu dana, a kazna je naknadno smanjena na šest mjeseci.

Početkom devedesetih Zubak doprema prve ilegalne pošiljke oružja u Hrvatsku. Povezao je hrvatske vlasti i inozemne dobavljače, a svojim je novcem jamčio za sigurnost transakcija. A Hrvatska je kupila i prve MiG-ove zahvaljujući Zubaku, što je tada bilo vrlo važno za obranu od velikosrpske agresije na Hrvatsku, koja je bila nenaoružana i bilo je vrlo teško dopremiti oružje prijeko potrebno za obranu.

Poslije se Zubak cijeli niz godina tužio s Republikom Hrvatskom tražeći da mu za kupnju raketnog sustava S300 godine 1994. plati 200 milijuna dolara.

Zubak je bio na glasu kao iznimno vješt i pouzdan čovjek kada su u pitanju poslovi nabave oružja. Osnovao je i političku stranku, Demokratsku socijalnu uniju – snagu naroda, s kojom redovito izlazi na parlamentarne i lokalne izbore, ali bez uspjeha.

Posrnula tvornica eksploziva "Vitezit", u Vitezu, u srednjoj Bosni, prodana je u ponedjeljak kompaniji "Winsley defence group", u vlasništvu hrvatskoga trgovca naoružanjem Zvonka Zubaka.

Na javnoj prodaji na Općinskome sudu u Travniku, za najvažniji dio poslovnog sustava "Vitezit", koji je u stečaju, Zubakova kompanija platila je nešto više od 5,5 milijuna eura.
