Na aerodromskim šalterima za čekiranje putnika i prtljage, pored vaga za prtljagu, mogle bi se uskoro pojaviti i vage za putnike, ne isključuje glasnogovornik Asocijacije zračnih prijevoznika (ATA)
David Castelveter da će cijena avionske karte uskoro ovisiti o ukupnoj težini i putnika i prtljage.

Delta Air Lines uvela je doplatu do 25 eura za svaku telefonsku rezervaciju. American Airlines je prošlog mjeseca postala prva aviokompanija na svijetu koja je uvela doplatu od 15 dolara za svaki komad prtljaga putnika.
Fakturiranju težine putnika izgleda da je najbliži američki Southwest Airlines koji već sada zahtijeva od putnika nadstandardne težine da kupe i drugu kartu ako ne mogu sniziti naslone za ruke, odnosno ako dijelovima tijela „prelaze“ na susjedno sjedalo.

Na aerodromskim šalterima za čekiranje putnika i prtljage, pored vaga za prtljagu, mogle bi se uskoro pojaviti i vage za putnike, ne isključuje glasnogovornik Asocijacije zračnih prijevoznika (ATA)
David Castelveter da će cijena avionske karte uskoro ovisiti o ukupnoj težini i putnika i prtljage.
„Porazgovarajte sa šefovima aviokompanija i shvatit ćete da je i to moguće”, rekao je on. Zbog brzog rasta cijene aviogoriva, koje je skuplje oko tri puta nego 2000. godine, zračni prijevoznici počeli su snižavati troškove na razne, donedavno nezamislive načine.
Američka kompanija US Airways, na primjer, ne nudi više nikakvu hranu niti piće u avionu.
Delta Air Lines uvela je doplatu do 25 eura za svaku telefonsku rezervaciju. American Airlines je prošlog mjeseca postala prva aviokompanija na svijetu koja je uvela doplatu od 15 dolara za svaki komad prtljaga putnika.
Fakturiranju težine putnika izgleda da je najbliži američki Southwest Airlines koji već sada zahtijeva od putnika nadstandardne težine da kupe i drugu kartu ako ne mogu sniziti naslone za ruke, odnosno ako dijelovima tijela „prelaze“ na susjedno sjedalo.
