Zaposleni u najvećem talijanskom proizvođaču automobila Fiat tijesnom većinom, od 54 posto, jučer su izglasali  promjene uvjeta rada u sporazumu koji bi mogao imati široke implikacije na prava radnika u cijeloj zemlji.

Među tim promjenama najmarkantnije su uvođenje šestodnevnog radnog tjedna, kraće pauze na poslu, ograničenje prava na štrajk i smanjivanje niza beneficija.

Iz Uprave Fiata tvrde da su ove promjene neophodne i da bi kompanija, u slučaju da one nisu prihvaćene, uložila u pogone u drugim zemljama. Na primjer, da to nije bilo usvojeno Fiat bi uložio novu milijardu eura u pogone u inozemstvu, a ne u proširenje kapaciteta u tvornici Mirafiori u zemlji.

Tvrdi se, također, da  tvornice Fiata u zemlji posluju mnogo lošije, često s gubicima, nego pogoni u inozemstvu. Ljevičarski sindikat Fiorn, koji se protivio sporazumu, tvrdi da je sporazum izglasan zahvaljujući adminstrativnom osoblju koje je listom glasalo za njega.

Ukazuje se, također, da se na ovaj način prekida dugogodišnja sindikalna tradicija pregovora o pravima radnika na državnom nivou.

Zaposleni u najvećem talijanskom proizvođaču automobila Fiat tijesnom većinom, od 54 posto, jučer su izglasali  promjene uvjeta rada u sporazumu koji bi mogao imati široke implikacije na prava radnika u cijeloj zemlji.

Među tim promjenama najmarkantnije su uvođenje šestodnevnog radnog tjedna, kraće pauze na poslu, ograničenje prava na štrajk i smanjivanje niza beneficija.

Iz Uprave Fiata tvrde da su ove promjene neophodne i da bi kompanija, u slučaju da one nisu prihvaćene, uložila u pogone u drugim zemljama. Na primjer, da to nije bilo usvojeno Fiat bi uložio novu milijardu eura u pogone u inozemstvu, a ne u proširenje kapaciteta u tvornici Mirafiori u zemlji.

Tvrdi se, također, da  tvornice Fiata u zemlji posluju mnogo lošije, često s gubicima, nego pogoni u inozemstvu. Ljevičarski sindikat Fiorn, koji se protivio sporazumu, tvrdi da je sporazum izglasan zahvaljujući adminstrativnom osoblju koje je listom glasalo za njega.

Ukazuje se, također, da se na ovaj način prekida dugogodišnja sindikalna tradicija pregovora o pravima radnika na državnom nivou.
