Kako u poslovnom svijetu, tako i u sportu moraš se znati nositi sa stresom. Složili su se oko toga Goran Ivanišević, Ivica Tucak i Damjan Rudež na petoj konferenciji Poduzetnički mindset. Zbog panela Zemlja sporta na kojem su sudjelovali, vrsni poznavatelji sportskih terena diljem svijeta prvi su put kročili na pozornicu Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Zagrebu.

Novaka Đokovića kojem je Ivanišević sada trener, upoznao je kada je Đoković imao 14,5 godina. Tvrdi kako je odmah osjetio kako ima "ono nešto". Danas kada ga trenira, kaže kako mu posao ima dvije strane medalje...

- To ima sreću i nesreću. Sreća je što treniram genijalca, najboljeg tenisača svih vremena i jednog od najboljih sportaša ikad. Nesreća je što se samo pobjede broje. Finale ne valja, kao da nisi niti došao na turnir. Tu je stres. Pet nas je u ekipi, ali uvijek sam ja kriv za sve. To tako ide s trenerom, nasmijeao se Splićanin pa nastavio:

- Meni je lakše jer dolazimo s ovih prostora. Razumijem mnogo stvari koje će napraviti i unaprijed sam pripremljen na njih. Neke sam i ja radio, no sada kao trener trebam biti smireniji i staloženiji, rekao je bivši hrvatski tenisač.

Prokomentirao je i razliku između sebe kao igrača i svoje današnje uloge.

- Ljudi su mene na terenu gledali kao divljaka ili poludivljaka, ali sam izvan terena dosta drugačiji. Dosta sam smiren. Nitko nije vjerovao da ja mogu postati dobar trener. Ego se treba znati zakopati. Ti više nisi važan. Važan je igrač. Nije lako njega motivirati jer je sve već osvojio, ali imamo načina. Mnogo se puta ne slažemo, ali dobra je stvar da se i porječakamo na terenu. Volim ovaj posao. Ovaj se posao jedino može raditi ako ga voliš i ako imaš podršku obitelji. Ako se ne znaš nositi sa stresom koji je uvijek prisutan, ne možeš ga raditi, zaključio je Ivanišević.

Kako u poslovnom svijetu, tako i u sportu moraš se znati nositi sa stresom. Složili su se oko toga Goran Ivanišević, Ivica Tucak i Damjan Rudež na petoj konferenciji Poduzetnički mindset. Zbog panela Zemlja sporta na kojem su sudjelovali, vrsni poznavatelji sportskih terena diljem svijeta prvi su put kročili na pozornicu Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Zagrebu.

Novaka Đokovića kojem je Ivanišević sada trener, upoznao je kada je Đoković imao 14,5 godina. Tvrdi kako je odmah osjetio kako ima "ono nešto". Danas kada ga trenira, kaže kako mu posao ima dvije strane medalje...

- To ima sreću i nesreću. Sreća je što treniram genijalca, najboljeg tenisača svih vremena i jednog od najboljih sportaša ikad. Nesreća je što se samo pobjede broje. Finale ne valja, kao da nisi niti došao na turnir. Tu je stres. Pet nas je u ekipi, ali uvijek sam ja kriv za sve. To tako ide s trenerom, nasmijeao se Splićanin pa nastavio:

- Meni je lakše jer dolazimo s ovih prostora. Razumijem mnogo stvari koje će napraviti i unaprijed sam pripremljen na njih. Neke sam i ja radio, no sada kao trener trebam biti smireniji i staloženiji, rekao je bivši hrvatski tenisač.

Prokomentirao je i razliku između sebe kao igrača i svoje današnje uloge.

- Ljudi su mene na terenu gledali kao divljaka ili poludivljaka, ali sam izvan terena dosta drugačiji. Dosta sam smiren. Nitko nije vjerovao da ja mogu postati dobar trener. Ego se treba znati zakopati. Ti više nisi važan. Važan je igrač. Nije lako njega motivirati jer je sve već osvojio, ali imamo načina. Mnogo se puta ne slažemo, ali dobra je stvar da se i porječakamo na terenu. Volim ovaj posao. Ovaj se posao jedino može raditi ako ga voliš i ako imaš podršku obitelji. Ako se ne znaš nositi sa stresom koji je uvijek prisutan, ne možeš ga raditi, zaključio je Ivanišević.

Ivanišević otvorio dušu: ‘Na terenu su me gledali kao divljaka, a Đokoviću sam uvijek ja kriv za sve‘

Kako u poslovnom svijetu, tako i u sportu moraš se znati nositi sa stresom. Složili su se oko toga Goran Ivanišević, Ivica Tucak i Damjan Rudež na petoj konferenciji Poduzetnički mindset. Zbog panela Zemlja sporta na kojem su sudjelovali, vrsni poznavatelji sportskih terena diljem svijeta prvi su put kročili na pozornicu Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Zagrebu.

Novaka Đokovića kojem je Ivanišević sada trener, upoznao je kada je Đoković imao 14,5 godina. Tvrdi kako je odmah osjetio kako ima "ono nešto". Danas kada ga trenira, kaže kako mu posao ima dvije strane medalje...

- To ima sreću i nesreću. Sreća je što treniram genijalca, najboljeg tenisača svih vremena i jednog od najboljih sportaša ikad. Nesreća je što se samo pobjede broje. Finale ne valja, kao da nisi niti došao na turnir. Tu je stres. Pet nas je u ekipi, ali uvijek sam ja kriv za sve. To tako ide s trenerom, nasmijeao se Splićanin pa nastavio:

- Meni je lakše jer dolazimo s ovih prostora. Razumijem mnogo stvari koje će napraviti i unaprijed sam pripremljen na njih. Neke sam i ja radio, no sada kao trener trebam biti smireniji i staloženiji, rekao je bivši hrvatski tenisač.

Prokomentirao je i razliku između sebe kao igrača i svoje današnje uloge.

- Ljudi su mene na terenu gledali kao divljaka ili poludivljaka, ali sam izvan terena dosta drugačiji. Dosta sam smiren. Nitko nije vjerovao da ja mogu postati dobar trener. Ego se treba znati zakopati. Ti više nisi važan. Važan je igrač. Nije lako njega motivirati jer je sve već osvojio, ali imamo načina. Mnogo se puta ne slažemo, ali dobra je stvar da se i porječakamo na terenu. Volim ovaj posao. Ovaj se posao jedino može raditi ako ga voliš i ako imaš podršku obitelji. Ako se ne znaš nositi sa stresom koji je uvijek prisutan, ne možeš ga raditi, zaključio je Ivanišević.
