‘Najsportskiji grad na svitu‘. Koji oksimoron ako se pogledaju prazne tribine na Gripama u kojima se od utorka igra grupna faza završnice Davis Cupa. Split je domaćin skupini D u kojoj su uz Hrvatsku još i SAD, Nizozemska i Finska.

Reprezentacija, nacionalni naboj, tenis na visokoj razini, zvučna imena s vrha ATP ljestvice... Međutim, za koga? Po viđenom, uglavnom za fotoreportere, novinare, ljude iz organizacije i saveza te brojne volontere. Za sve one koji su zbog svog rada ili statusa dobili akreditaciju i nisu morali „razbijati glave” oko preskupih ulaznica za hrvatske standarde. A za sve one koji si ne mogu priuštiti gledanje Davis Cupa uživo, ma koga briga za njih. Naći će negdje prijenos preko malih ekrana, koji vidi velikog čuda, opet nije na nacionalnoj televiziji.

Naime, cijena karte za jedan dan iznosi 39 ili 49 eura, uz jasno popuste za djecu i studente. Upad koji je nedohvatljiv za većinu ljudi u Lijepoj Našoj, pa tako turnir u gradu pod Marjanom sve više izgleda kao neki „private party” za odabranu elitu koja je ipak kupila kartu za teniski spektakl. 

No, nećemo biti toliko kritični, jer nešto ljudi na tribini ipak ima, ali puno manje od očekivanog, a to su primijetili i sami hrvatski tenisači.

- Očekivao sam punu dvoranu s obzirom na to da igramo u Splitu i da smo skoro svi iz ovog grada, negativno iznenađen je bio nakon prvog dana Borna Gojo. Isto razmišljanje potvrdio je i Mate Pavić, koji je rekao:

- Kao dijete Splita malo sam razočaran. Šteta što nije bilo ni blizu puno, ali oni koji su bili napravili su dobru atmosferu.

Zašto su karte toliko skupe i je li postojala mogućnost da se utječe na njihovu cijenu? 

Ovaj problem spomenut je odmah prvog dana turnira, a Vedran Martić otkrio je kako on i njegovi igrači, odnosno Hrvatski teniski savez nisu određivali koliko će navijači morati izdvojiti za karte.

- Davis Cup ovdje organiziraju ITF (Međunarodni teniski savez) i tvrtka Emotion. Na cijenu ulaznica ne možemo utjecati, poručio je hrvatski izbornik.

No, kako je onda situacija drugačija u drugim gradovima i skupinama? Primjerice, Manchester je domaćin grupi B u kojoj će uz Veliku Britaniju plasman na završnicu u Malagu među najboljih osam tražiti još Francuska, Švicarska i Australija.

Najjeftinija karta za Davis Cup „na otoku” iznosi 20 funta, što je nešto malo više od 23 eura. Dakle, karta u državi u kojoj je standard nedvojbeno viši, ulaznica je značajno jeftinija. Međutim, za dane u kojima nastupa domaća ekipa, upad je pa gotovo badava. Odnosno, za pola jeftiniji i iznosi 12 eura.

Pojašnjene ove situacije potražili smo kod samog organizatora. Tom Moran predstavnik je ITF-a ovdje u Splitu, a i sam je primijetio problem prazne dvorane. Međutim, rekao je kako dio odgovornosti snosi i HTS...

Karte su preskupe za hrvatske standarde, je li ITF bio toga svjestan?

- Turnir u Splitu u zajedničkoj je organizaciji ITF-a i domaćeg saveza. Dakle, zajednička suradnja je određivala koliko će iznositi cijene ulaznica.

Kako je moguće da su u Manchesteru karte značajno jeftinije nego ovdje?

- Malo je drugačija situacija na turniru koji je ugostio skupinu B. Glavni organizator tog natjecanja je Teniski savez Velike Britanije, koji je samim time imao više samostalnosti u donošenju odluka. Vjerojatno su i sami otplatili dio s ciljem da dvorana bude puna kad igra domaća momčad, a to im se isplatilo, jer je za sada na svim mečevima Velike Britanije „full house”.

Ako je već dvorana ovdje prazna, zašto se ne otvore vrata, kada očigledno nema profita od prodaje ulaznica?

- To bi bilo nezgodno s pravne strane i nepošteno prema onima koji su već platili svoje karte. Ulaznice se često znaju besplatno davati djeci i školama.

Preduhitrio je Moran naše zadnje pitanje, jer primjerice u Manchesteru je na tribinama bilo vidljivo jako puno djece i to u grupama, pa je nekakav zaključak kako su karte darovane odgojnim ustanovama, a nitko sretniji od mališana koji tako mogu gledati vrhunske teniske mečeve. Međutim, za cijelu priču se potrudio svakako domaći savez.

Tko zna, možda se ovaj hrvatski uzdao u hvalisanje domaće publike kao najbolje, koja do sada kad su u pitanju velika natjecanja nije zakazivala. A možda su i mislili da će Splićani pasti na čak četvoricu u reprezentaciji rođenih u gradu pod Marjanom, pa su se neke stvari, kao što je i marketing loše odradile. Međutim, ništa nije dovoljno dobro za šarmiranje hrvatskih navijača koji ne mogu izdvojiti gotovo 40 eura za ulaznicu. 

Tako se Davis Cup, u „najsportskijem gradu na svitu” igra pred praznim Gripama, a ispada da su jedino krivi građani i građanke koji neće ‘odrišit kesu‘.

‘Najsportskiji grad na svitu‘. Koji oksimoron ako se pogledaju prazne tribine na Gripama u kojima se od utorka igra grupna faza završnice Davis Cupa. Split je domaćin skupini D u kojoj su uz Hrvatsku još i SAD, Nizozemska i Finska.

Reprezentacija, nacionalni naboj, tenis na visokoj razini, zvučna imena s vrha ATP ljestvice... Međutim, za koga? Po viđenom, uglavnom za fotoreportere, novinare, ljude iz organizacije i saveza te brojne volontere. Za sve one koji su zbog svog rada ili statusa dobili akreditaciju i nisu morali „razbijati glave” oko preskupih ulaznica za hrvatske standarde. A za sve one koji si ne mogu priuštiti gledanje Davis Cupa uživo, ma koga briga za njih. Naći će negdje prijenos preko malih ekrana, koji vidi velikog čuda, opet nije na nacionalnoj televiziji.

Naime, cijena karte za jedan dan iznosi 39 ili 49 eura, uz jasno popuste za djecu i studente. Upad koji je nedohvatljiv za većinu ljudi u Lijepoj Našoj, pa tako turnir u gradu pod Marjanom sve više izgleda kao neki „private party” za odabranu elitu koja je ipak kupila kartu za teniski spektakl. 

No, nećemo biti toliko kritični, jer nešto ljudi na tribini ipak ima, ali puno manje od očekivanog, a to su primijetili i sami hrvatski tenisači.

- Očekivao sam punu dvoranu s obzirom na to da igramo u Splitu i da smo skoro svi iz ovog grada, negativno iznenađen je bio nakon prvog dana Borna Gojo. Isto razmišljanje potvrdio je i Mate Pavić, koji je rekao:

- Kao dijete Splita malo sam razočaran. Šteta što nije bilo ni blizu puno, ali oni koji su bili napravili su dobru atmosferu.

Zašto su karte toliko skupe i je li postojala mogućnost da se utječe na njihovu cijenu? 

Ovaj problem spomenut je odmah prvog dana turnira, a Vedran Martić otkrio je kako on i njegovi igrači, odnosno Hrvatski teniski savez nisu određivali koliko će navijači morati izdvojiti za karte.

- Davis Cup ovdje organiziraju ITF (Međunarodni teniski savez) i tvrtka Emotion. Na cijenu ulaznica ne možemo utjecati, poručio je hrvatski izbornik.

No, kako je onda situacija drugačija u drugim gradovima i skupinama? Primjerice, Manchester je domaćin grupi B u kojoj će uz Veliku Britaniju plasman na završnicu u Malagu među najboljih osam tražiti još Francuska, Švicarska i Australija.

Najjeftinija karta za Davis Cup „na otoku” iznosi 20 funta, što je nešto malo više od 23 eura. Dakle, karta u državi u kojoj je standard nedvojbeno viši, ulaznica je značajno jeftinija. Međutim, za dane u kojima nastupa domaća ekipa, upad je pa gotovo badava. Odnosno, za pola jeftiniji i iznosi 12 eura.

Pojašnjene ove situacije potražili smo kod samog organizatora. Tom Moran predstavnik je ITF-a ovdje u Splitu, a i sam je primijetio problem prazne dvorane. Međutim, rekao je kako dio odgovornosti snosi i HTS...

Karte su preskupe za hrvatske standarde, je li ITF bio toga svjestan?

- Turnir u Splitu u zajedničkoj je organizaciji ITF-a i domaćeg saveza. Dakle, zajednička suradnja je određivala koliko će iznositi cijene ulaznica.

Kako je moguće da su u Manchesteru karte značajno jeftinije nego ovdje?

- Malo je drugačija situacija na turniru koji je ugostio skupinu B. Glavni organizator tog natjecanja je Teniski savez Velike Britanije, koji je samim time imao više samostalnosti u donošenju odluka. Vjerojatno su i sami otplatili dio s ciljem da dvorana bude puna kad igra domaća momčad, a to im se isplatilo, jer je za sada na svim mečevima Velike Britanije „full house”.

Ako je već dvorana ovdje prazna, zašto se ne otvore vrata, kada očigledno nema profita od prodaje ulaznica?

- To bi bilo nezgodno s pravne strane i nepošteno prema onima koji su već platili svoje karte. Ulaznice se često znaju besplatno davati djeci i školama.

Preduhitrio je Moran naše zadnje pitanje, jer primjerice u Manchesteru je na tribinama bilo vidljivo jako puno djece i to u grupama, pa je nekakav zaključak kako su karte darovane odgojnim ustanovama, a nitko sretniji od mališana koji tako mogu gledati vrhunske teniske mečeve. Međutim, za cijelu priču se potrudio svakako domaći savez.

Tko zna, možda se ovaj hrvatski uzdao u hvalisanje domaće publike kao najbolje, koja do sada kad su u pitanju velika natjecanja nije zakazivala. A možda su i mislili da će Splićani pasti na čak četvoricu u reprezentaciji rođenih u gradu pod Marjanom, pa su se neke stvari, kao što je i marketing loše odradile. Međutim, ništa nije dovoljno dobro za šarmiranje hrvatskih navijača koji ne mogu izdvojiti gotovo 40 eura za ulaznicu. 

Tako se Davis Cup, u „najsportskijem gradu na svitu” igra pred praznim Gripama, a ispada da su jedino krivi građani i građanke koji neće ‘odrišit kesu‘.
