Bilo je potrebno 86 godina, ali Atletico Mineiro je konačno okrunjen kao prvi brazilski klupski prvak nakon što je Brazilska nogometna konfederacija (CBF) službeno priznala njihovu pobjedu na "Turniru prvaka" iz 1937. kao usporedivu s prvenstvom brazilske Serie A.

Atletico sada, zahvaljujući odluci CBF-a, može dodati treći naslov krunama osvojenima 1971. i 2021. godine.

"Turnir prvaka odigran 1937. godine bio je izuzetno relevantan u to vrijeme usred rasprava i podjela nastalih u brazilskom nogometu zbog obrane provedbe profesionalizma među klubovima", stoji u službenom dokumentu CBF-a potpisanom u petak.
Pionirski međudržavni turnir okupio je pet državnih prvaka iz 1936. iz različitih regija Brazila i delegaciju sportskog kluba mornarice. Bio je to prvi turnir od nacionalnog značaja koji je uključivao klubove koji su prešli na profesionalni model, kao što su Fluminense i sam Atletico.

Nakon što je osvojio naslov prvaka 2021., Atletico je zatražio priznanje titule koju je osvojio prije gotovo jednog stoljeća.

Predsjednik kluba Sergio Goelho održao je više sastanaka s CBF-om i predao dokument od 60 stranica s infografikama, novinskim prilozima i pismima kako bi pokazao važnost turnira.

Dugo očekivana potvrda starog naslova došla je u sklopu klupske proslave zajedno s otvaranjem novog stadiona MRV, koji je inauguriran pobjedom nad Santosom od 2-0 u nedjelju.

Bilo je potrebno 86 godina, ali Atletico Mineiro je konačno okrunjen kao prvi brazilski klupski prvak nakon što je Brazilska nogometna konfederacija (CBF) službeno priznala njihovu pobjedu na "Turniru prvaka" iz 1937. kao usporedivu s prvenstvom brazilske Serie A.

Atletico sada, zahvaljujući odluci CBF-a, može dodati treći naslov krunama osvojenima 1971. i 2021. godine.

"Turnir prvaka odigran 1937. godine bio je izuzetno relevantan u to vrijeme usred rasprava i podjela nastalih u brazilskom nogometu zbog obrane provedbe profesionalizma među klubovima", stoji u službenom dokumentu CBF-a potpisanom u petak.
Pionirski međudržavni turnir okupio je pet državnih prvaka iz 1936. iz različitih regija Brazila i delegaciju sportskog kluba mornarice. Bio je to prvi turnir od nacionalnog značaja koji je uključivao klubove koji su prešli na profesionalni model, kao što su Fluminense i sam Atletico.

Nakon što je osvojio naslov prvaka 2021., Atletico je zatražio priznanje titule koju je osvojio prije gotovo jednog stoljeća.

Predsjednik kluba Sergio Goelho održao je više sastanaka s CBF-om i predao dokument od 60 stranica s infografikama, novinskim prilozima i pismima kako bi pokazao važnost turnira.

Dugo očekivana potvrda starog naslova došla je u sklopu klupske proslave zajedno s otvaranjem novog stadiona MRV, koji je inauguriran pobjedom nad Santosom od 2-0 u nedjelju.

Bilo je potrebno 86 godina, ali Atletico Mineiro je konačno okrunjen kao prvi brazilski klupski prvak nakon što je Brazilska nogometna konfederacija (CBF) službeno priznala njihovu pobjedu na "Turniru prvaka" iz 1937. kao usporedivu s prvenstvom brazilske Serie A.

Atletico sada, zahvaljujući odluci CBF-a, može dodati treći naslov krunama osvojenima 1971. i 2021. godine.

"Turnir prvaka odigran 1937. godine bio je izuzetno relevantan u to vrijeme usred rasprava i podjela nastalih u brazilskom nogometu zbog obrane provedbe profesionalizma među klubovima", stoji u službenom dokumentu CBF-a potpisanom u petak.
Pionirski međudržavni turnir okupio je pet državnih prvaka iz 1936. iz različitih regija Brazila i delegaciju sportskog kluba mornarice. Bio je to prvi turnir od nacionalnog značaja koji je uključivao klubove koji su prešli na profesionalni model, kao što su Fluminense i sam Atletico.

Nakon što je osvojio naslov prvaka 2021., Atletico je zatražio priznanje titule koju je osvojio prije gotovo jednog stoljeća.

Predsjednik kluba Sergio Goelho održao je više sastanaka s CBF-om i predao dokument od 60 stranica s infografikama, novinskim prilozima i pismima kako bi pokazao važnost turnira.

Dugo očekivana potvrda starog naslova došla je u sklopu klupske proslave zajedno s otvaranjem novog stadiona MRV, koji je inauguriran pobjedom nad Santosom od 2-0 u nedjelju.
