Hrvatska rukometna reprezentacija nije se uspjela plasirati u četvrtfinale svjetskog prvenstva u Egiptu nakon što je susretu posljednjeg kola drugog kruga izgubila od Danske sa 26-38 (15-17).

Hrvatskoj je za prolaz igrala samo pobjeda, no upisala je težak poraz pa uz Dansku dalje ide i Katar.

Hrvatska je doživjela debakl protiv svjetskih prvaka Danaca i jedan od najtežih poraza u povijesti. Nakon dobrih 15 minuta, Danci su zaigrali ozbiljnije i kaznili sve hrvatske nedostatke kojih je u Egiptu bilo pregršt. Dva gola razlike na poluvremenu davao je nadu Červarovim izabranicima, a onda je u drugom dijelu uslijedio masakr bez milosti Danaca. U 20 mijuta drugog dijela Hrvatska je zabila samo četiri gola i na trenutke izgledala poput Urugvaja ili DR Konga. 

Sedmorica danskih igrača imali su ozbiljne želučane tegobe uoči ove utakmice, a najteže je prošla najveća danska zvijezda Mikkel Hansen, koji nije bio u sastavu. Iako je danski izbornik Jacobsen kazao da ga ne zanima pobjeda protiv Danske, oni su na ovoj utakmici igrali dovoljno dobro da razbiju bilo kakvu nadu na ovom prvenstvu neprepoznatljive Hrvatske, koju je načeo Japan, razbila Argentina, a dokrajčila Danska. 

Hrvatska je utakmicu s bitno većom energijom nego protiv Argentine i to je rezultiralo vodstvom 4-2 i 6-4. No, Danci su povećali agresivnost u obrani, razbranio se Landin, a iskoristili su čak šest napada zaredom za preokret (9-7, 10-8, 11-9). 

Ipak, zahvaljujući golovima Martinovića i Karačića, Hrvatska do kraja poluvremena nije otišla u ozbiljniji zaostatak, te se na odmor krenulo s rezultatom 17-15 za Dance. 

Igrači Line Červara odigrali su puno bolje nego u porazu od Argentine, no obrana je ipak primila čak 17 golova i dala je puno lakih pogodaka svjetskim prvacima. Hrvatska je u prvih 15 minuta prvog dijela primila svega 5 golova, a onda čak 12 u drugih 15 minuta, dok je Pešić ostao na četiri obrane.

Drugi dio počelo je s tri uzastopna danska gola (15-20)  i Červar je nakon samo četiri minute igre morao zatražiti "time-out". Ni to nije pomoglo, dapače, Danska je sa serijom 6-0 povela s ogromnih 23-15 i uslijedio je potpuni raspad naše igre, dok Hrvatska u prvih osam minuta drugoga dijela nije zabila gol. Agonija se nastavila, u u 44. minuti bilo je 28-17, ogromnih +11 razlike za Dansku., u 53. minuti 34-20, a nakraju konačnih 38-26. 

Dance su do pobjede predvodili Emil Jakobsen s osam, Jacob T. Holm sa šest, te Nikolaj Oris Nielsen s pet golova, dok su u našim redovima najefikasniji bili Marino Marić sa šest, te Igor Karačić s pet golova.

Danska će u četvrtfinalu igrati protiv Egipta, dok će Katar na noge Šveđanima. 

U preostala dva četvrtfinala sastaju se Španjolska i Norveška, te Francuska - Mađarska.

Tijek susreta

10 – dobar ulazak u utakmicu, bez obzira što Danci nemaju Mikela Hansena, nije to momčad protiv koje možete lako igrati, imaju moć, ono što raduje u otvaranju dvoboja je čvrsta igra u obrani, pravovremeni izlasci na devet metara i pametni faulovi kojima se presjeca protok lopte Danaca i prilika da dođu do lake realizacije, a uz to nam i Pešić dobro brani na otvaranju dvoboja.

19 – čeka nas teška utakmica, neće se Danci lako predati, bez obzira tko je na parketu, Holm nam čini probleme, lako se probija na šest metara i pogađa, Landin je vrhunska klasa i za njega svladati treba izraditi poziciju, no nismo u velikom zaostatku iako su napravljene rotacije u momčadi kako bi se zadržao visoki ritam igre

24 – dobro je da nema „crne rupe“ u igri, imamo ideju u napadu, raspoloženog Martinovića koji se nudi, traži prostor. No u obrani nam nedostaje malo brzine, konkretnosti i to su Danci iskoristili drže prednost, ali nisu se uspjeli odlijepiti

30 – stalan je zaostatak od dva gola, ali smo još u igri, no evidentan je problem u obrani, prelako smo primali zgoditke, imali smo problema u prolazima prema „crti“, upravo su se tu događale tehničke pogreške koje ni Pešić nije uspijevao zaustaviti. A upravo da bi izborili pobjedu morat ćemo pojačati igru u obrani, previše je zgoditaka primljeno na dosta lagan način

34 – samo 3.42 sekunde smo trajali u nastavku, prelako primljena tri zgoditka, nismo u napadu ništa napravili, uz to nam je i danski vratara Miller zaustavio dvije lopte i brod se opasno nagnuo, s ovakvom igrom četvrtfinale je gotovo nemoguća misija

40 – potop, potpuni raspad u našoj igri, ali sada je sve jasno, u samo deset minuta igre u drugom poluvremenu smo otpisani sa ovog prvenstva, Karačić je jedini zabio u nastavku, a Danci su neumoljivi, trpaju nas sa svih strana, lako lopta dolazi do „crte“ gdje pivoti ili zabijaju ili izbore sedmerce.

48 – ovo je već i mučene gledati, a i igrati, Danska kojoj ova utakmica ništa ne znači demonstrira silu i pokazuje razliku u kvaliteti, ovakav težak poraz nismo očekivali bez obzira što smo znali da nemamo momčad koja bi mogla napraviti veliko čudo, ali ovakav potop i bezvoljnost je veliki problem, osim toga toliko primljenih golova, a zabiti samo četiri u drugom poluvremenu je ponižavajuće

54 – treba samo izdržati ovu utakmicu do kraja, stvar je potpuno jasna, nakon 19 godina Hrvatska neće ući u nokaut fazu na velikim natjecanjima

60 – kraj susreta, gotovo je i ovo mučenje, potopljeni, poraženi i potučeni do nogu u dvoboju u kojem se moralo pokazati malo više žara

Hrvatska rukometna reprezentacija nije se uspjela plasirati u četvrtfinale svjetskog prvenstva u Egiptu nakon što je susretu posljednjeg kola drugog kruga izgubila od Danske sa 26-38 (15-17).

Hrvatskoj je za prolaz igrala samo pobjeda, no upisala je težak poraz pa uz Dansku dalje ide i Katar.

Hrvatska je doživjela debakl protiv svjetskih prvaka Danaca i jedan od najtežih poraza u povijesti. Nakon dobrih 15 minuta, Danci su zaigrali ozbiljnije i kaznili sve hrvatske nedostatke kojih je u Egiptu bilo pregršt. Dva gola razlike na poluvremenu davao je nadu Červarovim izabranicima, a onda je u drugom dijelu uslijedio masakr bez milosti Danaca. U 20 mijuta drugog dijela Hrvatska je zabila samo četiri gola i na trenutke izgledala poput Urugvaja ili DR Konga. 

Sedmorica danskih igrača imali su ozbiljne želučane tegobe uoči ove utakmice, a najteže je prošla najveća danska zvijezda Mikkel Hansen, koji nije bio u sastavu. Iako je danski izbornik Jacobsen kazao da ga ne zanima pobjeda protiv Danske, oni su na ovoj utakmici igrali dovoljno dobro da razbiju bilo kakvu nadu na ovom prvenstvu neprepoznatljive Hrvatske, koju je načeo Japan, razbila Argentina, a dokrajčila Danska. 

Hrvatska je utakmicu s bitno većom energijom nego protiv Argentine i to je rezultiralo vodstvom 4-2 i 6-4. No, Danci su povećali agresivnost u obrani, razbranio se Landin, a iskoristili su čak šest napada zaredom za preokret (9-7, 10-8, 11-9). 

Ipak, zahvaljujući golovima Martinovića i Karačića, Hrvatska do kraja poluvremena nije otišla u ozbiljniji zaostatak, te se na odmor krenulo s rezultatom 17-15 za Dance. 

Igrači Line Červara odigrali su puno bolje nego u porazu od Argentine, no obrana je ipak primila čak 17 golova i dala je puno lakih pogodaka svjetskim prvacima. Hrvatska je u prvih 15 minuta prvog dijela primila svega 5 golova, a onda čak 12 u drugih 15 minuta, dok je Pešić ostao na četiri obrane.

Drugi dio počelo je s tri uzastopna danska gola (15-20)  i Červar je nakon samo četiri minute igre morao zatražiti "time-out". Ni to nije pomoglo, dapače, Danska je sa serijom 6-0 povela s ogromnih 23-15 i uslijedio je potpuni raspad naše igre, dok Hrvatska u prvih osam minuta drugoga dijela nije zabila gol. Agonija se nastavila, u u 44. minuti bilo je 28-17, ogromnih +11 razlike za Dansku., u 53. minuti 34-20, a nakraju konačnih 38-26. 

Dance su do pobjede predvodili Emil Jakobsen s osam, Jacob T. Holm sa šest, te Nikolaj Oris Nielsen s pet golova, dok su u našim redovima najefikasniji bili Marino Marić sa šest, te Igor Karačić s pet golova.

Danska će u četvrtfinalu igrati protiv Egipta, dok će Katar na noge Šveđanima. 

U preostala dva četvrtfinala sastaju se Španjolska i Norveška, te Francuska - Mađarska.

Tijek susreta

10 – dobar ulazak u utakmicu, bez obzira što Danci nemaju Mikela Hansena, nije to momčad protiv koje možete lako igrati, imaju moć, ono što raduje u otvaranju dvoboja je čvrsta igra u obrani, pravovremeni izlasci na devet metara i pametni faulovi kojima se presjeca protok lopte Danaca i prilika da dođu do lake realizacije, a uz to nam i Pešić dobro brani na otvaranju dvoboja.

19 – čeka nas teška utakmica, neće se Danci lako predati, bez obzira tko je na parketu, Holm nam čini probleme, lako se probija na šest metara i pogađa, Landin je vrhunska klasa i za njega svladati treba izraditi poziciju, no nismo u velikom zaostatku iako su napravljene rotacije u momčadi kako bi se zadržao visoki ritam igre

24 – dobro je da nema „crne rupe“ u igri, imamo ideju u napadu, raspoloženog Martinovića koji se nudi, traži prostor. No u obrani nam nedostaje malo brzine, konkretnosti i to su Danci iskoristili drže prednost, ali nisu se uspjeli odlijepiti

30 – stalan je zaostatak od dva gola, ali smo još u igri, no evidentan je problem u obrani, prelako smo primali zgoditke, imali smo problema u prolazima prema „crti“, upravo su se tu događale tehničke pogreške koje ni Pešić nije uspijevao zaustaviti. A upravo da bi izborili pobjedu morat ćemo pojačati igru u obrani, previše je zgoditaka primljeno na dosta lagan način

34 – samo 3.42 sekunde smo trajali u nastavku, prelako primljena tri zgoditka, nismo u napadu ništa napravili, uz to nam je i danski vratara Miller zaustavio dvije lopte i brod se opasno nagnuo, s ovakvom igrom četvrtfinale je gotovo nemoguća misija

40 – potop, potpuni raspad u našoj igri, ali sada je sve jasno, u samo deset minuta igre u drugom poluvremenu smo otpisani sa ovog prvenstva, Karačić je jedini zabio u nastavku, a Danci su neumoljivi, trpaju nas sa svih strana, lako lopta dolazi do „crte“ gdje pivoti ili zabijaju ili izbore sedmerce.

48 – ovo je već i mučene gledati, a i igrati, Danska kojoj ova utakmica ništa ne znači demonstrira silu i pokazuje razliku u kvaliteti, ovakav težak poraz nismo očekivali bez obzira što smo znali da nemamo momčad koja bi mogla napraviti veliko čudo, ali ovakav potop i bezvoljnost je veliki problem, osim toga toliko primljenih golova, a zabiti samo četiri u drugom poluvremenu je ponižavajuće

54 – treba samo izdržati ovu utakmicu do kraja, stvar je potpuno jasna, nakon 19 godina Hrvatska neće ući u nokaut fazu na velikim natjecanjima

60 – kraj susreta, gotovo je i ovo mučenje, potopljeni, poraženi i potučeni do nogu u dvoboju u kojem se moralo pokazati malo više žara
