Utakmicom s Budućnosti Voli na Gripama košarkaši Splita završili su ovosezonsko natjecanje u Admiral Bet ABA ligi.

Za razliku od prošle osigurali su „žuti” ove sezone ostanak u regionalnoj eliti i bez dodatnih kvalifikacija, zahvaljujući stavkama koje su unesene u propozicije još kada je direktor lige bio baš bivši direktor kluba s Gripa Josip Bilić „Biba”.

Prema propozicijama trebali su „žuti” u play outu razigravati s drugoplasiranim sastavom 2. ABA lige i bolji u seriji na dvije pobjede bi iduće sezone nastupao u regionalnoj eliti. Međutim, kada je Zlatibor iz Čajetine, sedmoplasirana momčad regularnog dijela 2. regionalne lige, na završnom turniru u Skoplju ispisao još jedno iznenađenje i ušao u finale postalo je jasno da će momčad s Gripa i iduće sezone biti član 1. Admiral Bet ABA lige. 

Naime, pobjednik je trebao ući direktno na mjesto posljednje Krke iz Novog Mesta, a finalist je trebao u play outu igrati protiv pretposljednjeg Splita. No, kako po propozicijama u ligi maksimalno može biti pet klubova iz iste države, a Zlatibor je trebao biti šesta momčad iz Srbije, Splićani su i bez razigravanja sačuvali status, dok će o posljednjem sudioniku razigravati prvak 2. ABA lige Zlatibor i najslabije plasirana srpska momčad 1. ABA lige Borac. „Žute” je spasilo pravilo implementirano u propozicije davnih dana, prije šest-sedam godina, kada je direktor lige bio nekadašnji direktor slavne Jugoplastike Bilić.

- Tako je to tada bilo izglasano. Bila nam je namjera da se osiguramo da se regionalna liga ne pretvori u ligu samo jedne države – naglasio je bivši direktor regionalne lige Bilić i dodao.

- U početku je bilo moguće maksimalno četiri kluba iz iste države, imala je toliko predstavnika i Hrvatska. Kasnije se taj maksimum povećao na pet. Propozicijama je tada regulirano kako iz jedne države ne može biti šest momčadi. Teško se baš svega sada sjetiti, ali klubovi koji su bili na sastanku složili su se po tom pitanju – priča nam bivši direktor lige Bilić koji sada uživa u mirovini.

I Bibu kojeg se i ove sezone može na Gripama vidjeti na gotovo svakoj utakmici njegovog Splita je ovakav rasplet u kojem je Zlatibor igrao i za Split ugodno iznenadio.

- Baš mi je drago zbog mog Splita što je osigurao mjesto u natjecanju i iduće sezone.

Temu neraščišćenih odnosa ABA lige i HKS-a, teškog rasporeda hrvatskih klubova, nije želio otvarati, a na pitanje o tome kao su se sva tri hrvatska predstavnika Cibona, Zadar i Split našli u donjem dijelu lige je poručio.

- Kakav odnos imamo prema košarci, tako nam se to i vraća. Treba ulagati u klubove, mi zasad u klubovima nemamo taj ekonomski potencijal za bolje rezultate koji imaju drugi.

Utakmicom s Budućnosti Voli na Gripama košarkaši Splita završili su ovosezonsko natjecanje u Admiral Bet ABA ligi.

Za razliku od prošle osigurali su „žuti” ove sezone ostanak u regionalnoj eliti i bez dodatnih kvalifikacija, zahvaljujući stavkama koje su unesene u propozicije još kada je direktor lige bio baš bivši direktor kluba s Gripa Josip Bilić „Biba”.

Prema propozicijama trebali su „žuti” u play outu razigravati s drugoplasiranim sastavom 2. ABA lige i bolji u seriji na dvije pobjede bi iduće sezone nastupao u regionalnoj eliti. Međutim, kada je Zlatibor iz Čajetine, sedmoplasirana momčad regularnog dijela 2. regionalne lige, na završnom turniru u Skoplju ispisao još jedno iznenađenje i ušao u finale postalo je jasno da će momčad s Gripa i iduće sezone biti član 1. Admiral Bet ABA lige. 

Naime, pobjednik je trebao ući direktno na mjesto posljednje Krke iz Novog Mesta, a finalist je trebao u play outu igrati protiv pretposljednjeg Splita. No, kako po propozicijama u ligi maksimalno može biti pet klubova iz iste države, a Zlatibor je trebao biti šesta momčad iz Srbije, Splićani su i bez razigravanja sačuvali status, dok će o posljednjem sudioniku razigravati prvak 2. ABA lige Zlatibor i najslabije plasirana srpska momčad 1. ABA lige Borac. „Žute” je spasilo pravilo implementirano u propozicije davnih dana, prije šest-sedam godina, kada je direktor lige bio nekadašnji direktor slavne Jugoplastike Bilić.

- Tako je to tada bilo izglasano. Bila nam je namjera da se osiguramo da se regionalna liga ne pretvori u ligu samo jedne države – naglasio je bivši direktor regionalne lige Bilić i dodao.

- U početku je bilo moguće maksimalno četiri kluba iz iste države, imala je toliko predstavnika i Hrvatska. Kasnije se taj maksimum povećao na pet. Propozicijama je tada regulirano kako iz jedne države ne može biti šest momčadi. Teško se baš svega sada sjetiti, ali klubovi koji su bili na sastanku složili su se po tom pitanju – priča nam bivši direktor lige Bilić koji sada uživa u mirovini.

I Bibu kojeg se i ove sezone može na Gripama vidjeti na gotovo svakoj utakmici njegovog Splita je ovakav rasplet u kojem je Zlatibor igrao i za Split ugodno iznenadio.

- Baš mi je drago zbog mog Splita što je osigurao mjesto u natjecanju i iduće sezone.

Temu neraščišćenih odnosa ABA lige i HKS-a, teškog rasporeda hrvatskih klubova, nije želio otvarati, a na pitanje o tome kao su se sva tri hrvatska predstavnika Cibona, Zadar i Split našli u donjem dijelu lige je poručio.

- Kakav odnos imamo prema košarci, tako nam se to i vraća. Treba ulagati u klubove, mi zasad u klubovima nemamo taj ekonomski potencijal za bolje rezultate koji imaju drugi.

Utakmicom s Budućnosti Voli na Gripama košarkaši Splita završili su ovosezonsko natjecanje u Admiral Bet ABA ligi.

Za razliku od prošle osigurali su „žuti” ove sezone ostanak u regionalnoj eliti i bez dodatnih kvalifikacija, zahvaljujući stavkama koje su unesene u propozicije još kada je direktor lige bio baš bivši direktor kluba s Gripa Josip Bilić „Biba”.

Prema propozicijama trebali su „žuti” u play outu razigravati s drugoplasiranim sastavom 2. ABA lige i bolji u seriji na dvije pobjede bi iduće sezone nastupao u regionalnoj eliti. Međutim, kada je Zlatibor iz Čajetine, sedmoplasirana momčad regularnog dijela 2. regionalne lige, na završnom turniru u Skoplju ispisao još jedno iznenađenje i ušao u finale postalo je jasno da će momčad s Gripa i iduće sezone biti član 1...
