Juniori ‘bijelih’ možda su izgubili finale Lige prvaka, ali Hajduk je prvak Europe, svijeta s obzirom u kakvim uvjetima stvara i izbacuje kvalitetne mlade igrače. 

Dok veliki europski klubovi talente bruse u vrhunskim uvjetima, Hajduk je viceprvake Europe stvorio na jednom igralištu na kojem praktično trenira cijela klupska Akademija! To je možda i najveći podvig splitskog kluba, to daje dodatnu težinu uspjehu juniora, čini ga baš senzacionalnim. Hajduk je napravio, radi - čudo.

Eventualno, ako smo dobre ruke, možemo reći da se radi o jednom i pol terenu. To je pomalo i sarkastično, ali je istina. Hajduk na Poljudu ima samo dva pomoćna travnjaka normalnih nogometnih dimenzija. Jedan je s umjetnom travom na kojem treniraju i igraju juniori svoje domaće utakmice, osim susreta Lige prvaka. Ali on nije za juniore nego za gotovo cijelu Akademiju, gotovo svi tu treniraju i igraju.

Reprezentacija nije imala gdje trenirati

Na drugom, terenu s prirodnim travnjakom trenira u pravilu samo prva, seniorska momčad. A glavni travnjak na stadionu na Poljudu mora se čuvati na utakmice. Dakle, cijela priča Akademije svede se na jedan teren za rad! Imaju još dva terena manjih dimenzija iznad pomoćnih i to je to.

Seniori Hajduka također su nerijetko morali trenirati negdje drugdje po okolnim mjestima kako bi dopustili svom terenu za trening da ‘prodiše’. Možda je situaciju u kojoj Hajduk izbacuje Vuškoviće i Pukštase najbolje opisala posljednja akcija reprezentacije Hrvatske i utakmica koju su igrali na Poljudu u sklopu kvalifikacija za Europsko prvenstvo protiv Walesa (1:1).

Umjesto u gradu pod Marjanom gdje je prvotno bilo planirano, izabranici Zlatka Dalića su u ožujku danima su trenirali na stadionu Sportskog centra Hrvatskih vitezova u Dugopolju. Tek su dan prije utakmice, kako po protokolu UEFA-e i moraju, istrčali na travnjak Poljuda. Ni reprezentacija zbog manjka uvjeta nije imala gdje trenirati. Apostrofirao je taj problem i izbornik Zlatko Dalić.

Ništa se bitno nije promijenilo od 1979.

Objektivno, Hajduk je posljednjih godina napravio određene pomake, podizao na višu razinu svoju infrastrukturu, uvjete za rad. Napravljeni su tako ti manji tereni iznad pomoćnog terena s umjetnom travom, obnovila se suradnja s Dalmatincem i radi se i na tom igralištu (otvorena škola), onom blizu kojeg su trebali doći sporni pres kontejneri. Međutim, objektivno se po pitanju uvjeta za rad nije ništa bitno promijenilo od 1979. godine kada je stadion izgrađen sve do sada. U ove uskoro će biti 44 godine Hajduk je više-manje ostao na istim uvjetima. U međuvremenu konkurencija je ‘prešišala’ Hajduk, kako inozemna tako i neka domaća, a Hajduk se muči.

Kada je Hajduk te 1979. dobio novi stadion, s pomoćnim terenom, malom dvoranom, to su bili uvjeti koje su mnogi tada mogli samo sanjati. U četiri i pol desetljeća uvjeti i način rada su se poprilično promijenili, ali nisu i u Hajduku. Mi još uvijek pričamo bajke o tome kako se vježbalo udarajući balunu na špagu na Starom placu. To je bitno, ali ne može se očekivati rezultate u sadašnjosti i budućnosti, a živjeti u prošlosti. Vrijeme je po uvjetima Hajduk - pregazilo. A Akademija Hajduka ovaj je senzacionalan podvig napravila usprkos tome. Zato dodatno kapa dolje svima, od šefa Akademije Bore Primorca, trenera juniora Marijana Budimira, do igrača. No, ako se stvari osjetno ne poprave teško je očekivati reprizu ili barem nešto slično.

Imao je Hajduk u više navrata planove za izgradnju kampa. Posljednji je bio planiran u Divuljama, u blizini zračne luke u Resniku. Nije se dugo ništa tu pomaknulo, a trebalo je za početak samo da se prebaci zemljište s Ministarstva obrane na Grad Trogir. Tu je bilo zapelo.

Problem je i sam stadion na Poljudu

Prije nešto manje od dva mjeseca predsjednik Uprave Hajduka Lukša Jakobušić je iznio planove otome da se u Strobreču naprave ukupno tri terena, točnije 2+1 travnjak, uz želju da se popravi i infrastruktura na samom Poljudu.

- Plan s Gradom je da u Stobreču napravimo 2+1 teren. Tamo bismo prebacili Akademiju, kojoj to odgovara kao i Gradu. Tamo će igrati, imat ćemo dva i pol terena u suradnji s Primorcem. Zašto ne bismo i ovdje napravili dva terena? Bez toga ne možemo u Europu... Primorac uvijek kaže da su naši treneri čudo jer rade na jednom terenu – govorio je tada Jakobušić.

Naravno, problem koji čeka rješenje je i sam stadion na Poljudu, obnova ili izgradnja novog, ali ovdje je tema infrastruktura za treninge.

Vrime je! Krajnje vrijeme da se po tom pitanju nešto napravi. Hitno. Ovi momci koji su nas ove sezone toliko oduševili i svi oni koji dolaze iza njih to zaslužuju.

Preporod škole počeo dolaskom Primorca

Novi uzlet Hajdukovog omladinskog pogona, po novijem Akademije, a koji je rezultirao plasmanom juniora u finale Lige prvaka, stigao je dolaskom Bore Primorca na poziciju voditelja.

U kolovozu 2019., u drugom mandatu predsjednika Marina Brbića, Primorac je imenovan voditeljem Akademije barba Luka Kaliterna. Svoje bogato iskustvo čovjek koji je od 1997. do 2018. u slavnom Arsenalu bio pomoćnik Arseneu Wengeru, između ostalog treneru poznatom po lansiranju mladih igrača, stavio je u službu Hajduka.

Posložen je trenerski kadar, uloženi su dodatni napori u radu, organizaciji, skautiranju, dopunskoj selekciji... Potom je pomalosve u Akademiji dosezalo viši nivo. Ove sezone juniori su igrali finale LP i bore se za treći uzastopni naslov prvaka, pioniri su već prvaci, kadeti su vjerojatno drugi. Ne zaboravimo ni da se Primorac jedno vrijeme kao pravi vojnik kluba stavio na prvu liniju i što se tiče prve momčadi, a nije morao. Bio je v.d. trenera na startu mandata Brbićevog nasljednika aktualnog predsjednika Lukše Jakobušića, ali i mnogo više, desna ruka prvog čovjeka kluba.

Oglasio bi se Primorac tek tu i tamo, uglavnom suzama, bilo poslije trijumfa ili nakon poraza. Što bi tek bilo da Hajduk ima infrastrukturu kakva klubu tog renomea dolikuje?

Juniori ‘bijelih’ možda su izgubili finale Lige prvaka, ali Hajduk je prvak Europe, svijeta s obzirom u kakvim uvjetima stvara i izbacuje kvalitetne mlade igrače. 

Dok veliki europski klubovi talente bruse u vrhunskim uvjetima, Hajduk je viceprvake Europe stvorio na jednom igralištu na kojem praktično trenira cijela klupska Akademija! To je možda i najveći podvig splitskog kluba, to daje dodatnu težinu uspjehu juniora, čini ga baš senzacionalnim. Hajduk je napravio, radi - čudo.

Eventualno, ako smo dobre ruke, možemo reći da se radi o jednom i pol terenu. To je pomalo i sarkastično, ali je istina. Hajduk na Poljudu ima samo dva pomoćna travnjaka normalnih nogometnih dimenzija. Jedan je s umjetnom travom na kojem treniraju i igraju juniori svoje domaće utakmice, osim susreta Lige prvaka. Ali on nije za juniore nego za gotovo cijelu Akademiju, gotovo svi tu treniraju i igraju.

Reprezentacija nije imala gdje trenirati

Na drugom, terenu s prirodnim travnjakom trenira u pravilu samo prva, seniorska momčad. A glavni travnjak na stadionu na Poljudu mora se čuvati na utakmice. Dakle, cijela priča Akademije svede se na jedan teren za rad! Imaju još dva terena manjih dimenzija iznad pomoćnih i to je to.

Seniori Hajduka također su nerijetko morali trenirati negdje drugdje po okolnim mjestima kako bi dopustili svom terenu za trening da ‘prodiše’. Možda je situaciju u kojoj Hajduk izbacuje Vuškoviće i Pukštase najbolje opisala posljednja akcija reprezentacije Hrvatske i utakmica koju su igrali na Poljudu u sklopu kvalifikacija za Europsko prvenstvo protiv Walesa (1:1).

Umjesto u gradu pod Marjanom gdje je prvotno bilo planirano, izabranici Zlatka Dalića su u ožujku danima su trenirali na stadionu Sportskog centra Hrvatskih vitezova u Dugopolju. Tek su dan prije utakmice, kako po protokolu UEFA-e i moraju, istrčali na travnjak Poljuda. Ni reprezentacija zbog manjka uvjeta nije imala gdje trenirati. Apostrofirao je taj problem i izbornik Zlatko Dalić.

Ništa se bitno nije promijenilo od 1979.

Objektivno, Hajduk je posljednjih godina napravio određene pomake, podizao na višu razinu svoju infrastrukturu, uvjete za rad. Napravljeni su tako ti manji tereni iznad pomoćnog terena s umjetnom travom, obnovila se suradnja s Dalmatincem i radi se i na tom igralištu (otvorena škola), onom blizu kojeg su trebali doći sporni pres kontejneri. Međutim, objektivno se po pitanju uvjeta za rad nije ništa bitno promijenilo od 1979. godine kada je stadion izgrađen sve do sada. U ove uskoro će biti 44 godine Hajduk je više-manje ostao na istim uvjetima. U međuvremenu konkurencija je ‘prešišala’ Hajduk, kako inozemna tako i neka domaća, a Hajduk se muči.

Kada je Hajduk te 1979. dobio novi stadion, s pomoćnim terenom, malom dvoranom, to su bili uvjeti koje su mnogi tada mogli samo sanjati. U četiri i pol desetljeća uvjeti i način rada su se poprilično promijenili, ali nisu i u Hajduku. Mi još uvijek pričamo bajke o tome kako se vježbalo udarajući balunu na špagu na Starom placu. To je bitno, ali ne može se očekivati rezultate u sadašnjosti i budućnosti, a živjeti u prošlosti. Vrijeme je po uvjetima Hajduk - pregazilo. A Akademija Hajduka ovaj je senzacionalan podvig napravila usprkos tome. Zato dodatno kapa dolje svima, od šefa Akademije Bore Primorca, trenera juniora Marijana Budimira, do igrača. No, ako se stvari osjetno ne poprave teško je očekivati reprizu ili barem nešto slično.

Imao je Hajduk u više navrata planove za izgradnju kampa. Posljednji je bio planiran u Divuljama, u blizini zračne luke u Resniku. Nije se dugo ništa tu pomaknulo, a trebalo je za početak samo da se prebaci zemljište s Ministarstva obrane na Grad Trogir. Tu je bilo zapelo.

Problem je i sam stadion na Poljudu

Prije nešto manje od dva mjeseca predsjednik Uprave Hajduka Lukša Jakobušić je iznio planove otome da se u Strobreču naprave ukupno tri terena, točnije 2+1 travnjak, uz želju da se popravi i infrastruktura na samom Poljudu.

- Plan s Gradom je da u Stobreču napravimo 2+1 teren. Tamo bismo prebacili Akademiju, kojoj to odgovara kao i Gradu. Tamo će igrati, imat ćemo dva i pol terena u suradnji s Primorcem. Zašto ne bismo i ovdje napravili dva terena? Bez toga ne možemo u Europu... Primorac uvijek kaže da su naši treneri čudo jer rade na jednom terenu – govorio je tada Jakobušić.

Naravno, problem koji čeka rješenje je i sam stadion na Poljudu, obnova ili izgradnja novog, ali ovdje je tema infrastruktura za treninge.

Vrime je! Krajnje vrijeme da se po tom pitanju nešto napravi. Hitno. Ovi momci koji su nas ove sezone toliko oduševili i svi oni koji dolaze iza njih to zaslužuju.

Preporod škole počeo dolaskom Primorca

Novi uzlet Hajdukovog omladinskog pogona, po novijem Akademije, a koji je rezultirao plasmanom juniora u finale Lige prvaka, stigao je dolaskom Bore Primorca na poziciju voditelja.

U kolovozu 2019., u drugom mandatu predsjednika Marina Brbića, Primorac je imenovan voditeljem Akademije barba Luka Kaliterna. Svoje bogato iskustvo čovjek koji je od 1997. do 2018. u slavnom Arsenalu bio pomoćnik Arseneu Wengeru, između ostalog treneru poznatom po lansiranju mladih igrača, stavio je u službu Hajduka.

Posložen je trenerski kadar, uloženi su dodatni napori u radu, organizaciji, skautiranju, dopunskoj selekciji... Potom je pomalosve u Akademiji dosezalo viši nivo. Ove sezone juniori su igrali finale LP i bore se za treći uzastopni naslov prvaka, pioniri su već prvaci, kadeti su vjerojatno drugi. Ne zaboravimo ni da se Primorac jedno vrijeme kao pravi vojnik kluba stavio na prvu liniju i što se tiče prve momčadi, a nije morao. Bio je v.d. trenera na startu mandata Brbićevog nasljednika aktualnog predsjednika Lukše Jakobušića, ali i mnogo više, desna ruka prvog čovjeka kluba.

Oglasio bi se Primorac tek tu i tamo, uglavnom suzama, bilo poslije trijumfa ili nakon poraza. Što bi tek bilo da Hajduk ima infrastrukturu kakva klubu tog renomea dolikuje?
