Beskompromisnim pristupom na terenu i srčanošću koju pokazuje u svakom trenutku brzo je osvojio splitsku publiku. Austrijski veznjak hrvatskih korijena Lukas Grgić došao je na Poljud prošle zime te se vrlo brzo etablirao u prvoj jedanaestorki Hajduka, iako je danas ipak češće na klupi za pričuve. U intervjuu za austrijski Kroner Zeitung govorio je o mnogim temama, a započeo je sa svojim bivšim klubom iz kojeg je pristigao u Split, LASK Linzom - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Sve u svemu, rekao bih da se klub opet stabilizirao. Jer prethodnih godina je već bilo rapidnog razvoja, ali onda je došlo do obrata. Razvoj je stao, mnogo se dogodilo oko toga pa smo mi igrači morali patiti. Nije nam bilo lako u ro vrijeme, ali sada se čini da su opet stabilni, držim im palčeve i nadam se da će se vratiti na staro.

Nakon što je prošlo pola godine od odlaska iz austrijskog kluba, na suprotnu stranu prešao je mladi napadač Marin Ljubičić. Austrijski veznjak iskomentirao je da je pričao sa sportskim direktorom te preporučio Ljubičića klubu iz Linza.

- Mogu samo potvrditi da sam imao kratak razgovor sa sportskim direktorom LASK-a Radovanom Vujanovićem, s tipičnim pitanjima: Kakav je dečko? Kakav je njegov karakter? Je li profesionalan? S Marinom sam bio svaki dan ovdje u Splitu, poznavao sam dečka, jako dobrog, mladog napadača nevjerojatne brzine, koji je dobar i ispred gola. Bio je na udaru kritika kod nas - ovdje se bodre i guraju mladi igrači, ali nemaš puno minutaže! Iznad svega: dolazi ravno iz Splita, dečko je odavde, konstantan je pritisak, bilo je bitno da ode negdje drugdje.

Dotaknuo se i hrvatskog klupskog nogometa te hrvatskih uspjeha na reprezentativnoj razini.

Ukazao je na to da je hrvatska liga često ispod radara, no da u njoj ima puno kvalitete.

- Sport je općenito vrlo važan u Hrvatskoj, pogotovo nogomet. Provozate li se Splitom, posvuda ćete vidjeti nogometne terene, ovdje se nogomet živi. Mislim da je najveća razlika u odnosu na druge zemlje mentalitet: Hrvati mrze gubiti. Također mislim da je hrvatska liga izrazito podcijenjena. Izbornik Dalić na Svjetskom je prvenstvu koristio šest igrača iz naše lige.

Intervju nije mogao proći bez spomena njegovog suigrača, Marka Livaje.

- On je ekstremna legenda, čak i u našoj svlačionici, rekao bih... Stvarno fin i dobar momak koji uvijek odvoji vrijeme za svakog navijača. Ovdje u Splitu uživa kultni status, mnogi ga uspoređuju s onim kad je Diego Maradona bio u Napulju.

Spomenuo je i da je imao neke druge ponude iz Hrvatske lige, te je napomenuo da za neke momčadi nikad ne bi igrao.

- Bilo je upita iz Hrvatske, priznajem, ali ne želim javno reći o kojim se klubovima radi. No nikad ne bih igrao za Dinamo.

Za kraj se dotaknuo infrastrukture, za koju priznaje da je bolja u Austriji nego u Hrvatskoj, a pričao je i o Maksimiru.

- Stadioni su bolji u Austriji, nego u Hrvatskoj. U Austriji, mislim da ne možete dobiti licencu, ako nemate grijanje travnjaka. Infrastruktura je puno bolja u Austriji, Hrvatska jako zaostaje za njima. Naš stadion je jedan od najljepših u Europi, ako ne i najljepši po dizajnu. Kada mislim o Maksimiru, svlačionice su okej, sve je renovirano, ali kada izađete na travnjak, nemate osjećaj da ste na nogometnom stadionu.

Beskompromisnim pristupom na terenu i srčanošću koju pokazuje u svakom trenutku brzo je osvojio splitsku publiku. Austrijski veznjak hrvatskih korijena Lukas Grgić došao je na Poljud prošle zime te se vrlo brzo etablirao u prvoj jedanaestorki Hajduka, iako je danas ipak češće na klupi za pričuve. U intervjuu za austrijski Kroner Zeitung govorio je o mnogim temama, a započeo je sa svojim bivšim klubom iz kojeg je pristigao u Split, LASK Linzom - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Sve u svemu, rekao bih da se klub opet stabilizirao. Jer prethodnih godina je već bilo rapidnog razvoja, ali onda je došlo do obrata. Razvoj je stao, mnogo se dogodilo oko toga pa smo mi igrači morali patiti. Nije nam bilo lako u ro vrijeme, ali sada se čini da su opet stabilni, držim im palčeve i nadam se da će se vratiti na staro.

Nakon što je prošlo pola godine od odlaska iz austrijskog kluba, na suprotnu stranu prešao je mladi napadač Marin Ljubičić. Austrijski veznjak iskomentirao je da je pričao sa sportskim direktorom te preporučio Ljubičića klubu iz Linza.

- Mogu samo potvrditi da sam imao kratak razgovor sa sportskim direktorom LASK-a Radovanom Vujanovićem, s tipičnim pitanjima: Kakav je dečko? Kakav je njegov karakter? Je li profesionalan? S Marinom sam bio svaki dan ovdje u Splitu, poznavao sam dečka, jako dobrog, mladog napadača nevjerojatne brzine, koji je dobar i ispred gola. Bio je na udaru kritika kod nas - ovdje se bodre i guraju mladi igrači, ali nemaš puno minutaže! Iznad svega: dolazi ravno iz Splita, dečko je odavde, konstantan je pritisak, bilo je bitno da ode negdje drugdje.

Dotaknuo se i hrvatskog klupskog nogometa te hrvatskih uspjeha na reprezentativnoj razini.

Ukazao je na to da je hrvatska liga često ispod radara, no da u njoj ima puno kvalitete.

- Sport je općenito vrlo važan u Hrvatskoj, pogotovo nogomet. Provozate li se Splitom, posvuda ćete vidjeti nogometne terene, ovdje se nogomet živi. Mislim da je najveća razlika u odnosu na druge zemlje mentalitet: Hrvati mrze gubiti. Također mislim da je hrvatska liga izrazito podcijenjena. Izbornik Dalić na Svjetskom je prvenstvu koristio šest igrača iz naše lige.

Intervju nije mogao proći bez spomena njegovog suigrača, Marka Livaje.

- On je ekstremna legenda, čak i u našoj svlačionici, rekao bih... Stvarno fin i dobar momak koji uvijek odvoji vrijeme za svakog navijača. Ovdje u Splitu uživa kultni status, mnogi ga uspoređuju s onim kad je Diego Maradona bio u Napulju.

Spomenuo je i da je imao neke druge ponude iz Hrvatske lige, te je napomenuo da za neke momčadi nikad ne bi igrao.

- Bilo je upita iz Hrvatske, priznajem, ali ne želim javno reći o kojim se klubovima radi. No nikad ne bih igrao za Dinamo.

Za kraj se dotaknuo infrastrukture, za koju priznaje da je bolja u Austriji nego u Hrvatskoj, a pričao je i o Maksimiru.

- Stadioni su bolji u Austriji, nego u Hrvatskoj. U Austriji, mislim da ne možete dobiti licencu, ako nemate grijanje travnjaka. Infrastruktura je puno bolja u Austriji, Hrvatska jako zaostaje za njima. Naš stadion je jedan od najljepših u Europi, ako ne i najljepši po dizajnu. Kada mislim o Maksimiru, svlačionice su okej, sve je renovirano, ali kada izađete na travnjak, nemate osjećaj da ste na nogometnom stadionu.

Beskompromisnim pristupom na terenu i srčanošću koju pokazuje u svakom trenutku brzo je osvojio splitsku publiku. Austrijski veznjak hrvatskih korijena Lukas Grgić došao je na Poljud prošle zime te se vrlo brzo etablirao u prvoj jedanaestorki Hajduka, iako je danas ipak češće na klupi za pričuve. U intervjuu za austrijski Kroner Zeitung govorio je o mnogim temama, a započeo je sa svojim bivšim klubom iz kojeg je pristigao u Split, LASK Linzom - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Sve u svemu, rekao bih da se klub opet stabilizirao. Jer prethodnih godina je već bilo rapidnog razvoja, ali onda je došlo do obrata. Razvoj je stao, mnogo se dogodilo oko toga pa smo mi igrači morali patiti. Nije nam bilo lako u ro vrijeme, ali sada se čini da su opet stabilni, držim im palčeve i nadam se d...
