Ždrijeb nove sezone HNL-a koji je održan u ponedjeljak, djeluje gotovo nevjerojatno. Hajduk u prva tri kola mora u goste Dinamu, zatim na Poljudu dočekuje Rijeku, a onda gostuje kod Osijeka. Također, prije početka prvenstvene sezone Bijeli na Maksimiru s Dinamom igraju susret Superkupa, što znači da na samom otvaranju sezone imaju četiri derbija.

Takav raspored još je jednom u prvi plan stavio nelogičnosti vezane za termin početka domaće sezone, pogotovo u kontekstu toga da hrvatski klubovi u pravilu ne uspijevaju dočekati jesen u Europi, a da je to osnovni preduvjet podizanja kvalitete HNL-a, što bi svim dionicima hrvatskog nogometa trebao biti cilj.

U periodu u kojem se neki klubovi još uvijek pripremaju za pretkola europskih natjecanja, a neki tek kreću u svoju europsku avanturu, domaća sezona već započinje. A termin koji je sam po sebi nelogičan, postaje još problematičniji kada dva glavna konkurenta za naslov prvaka dobiju dijametralno suprotne rasporede na startu sezone.

Naime, Dinamo u prvih šest kola ima četiri utakmice kod kuće i samo jedan susret izvan Zagreba (gostovanje u Puli kod Istre 1961 u 2. kolu). Hajduk, s druge strane, ima tri derbija odmah na startu HNL-a i četiri gostovanja u prvih šest kola.

Momčadi imaju pravo odgode utakmice zbog europskih obaveza, što je predviđeno člankom 4. Propozicija natjecanja HNL-a.

"Klubovi koji sudjeluju u kvalifikacijama za UEFA Ligu prvaka, Europa ligu i Konferencijsku ligu, za vrijeme tog natjecanja, imaju pravo na odgodu jedne prvenstvene utakmice u što se ne bi ubrajala eventualna potreba odgode neke utakmice zbog preklapanja termina odigravanja utakmica UEFA i prvenstva (kada su u paru klub koji igra kvalifikacije za Ligu prvaka i klub koji igra kvalifikacije za Europa ligu ili Konferencijsku ligu). Također, klub koji se plasira u grupnu fazu UEFA natjecanja ima pravo na još jednu odgodu utakmice tijekom jeseni ukoliko već u kvalifikacijskom dijelu nije imao ukupno dvije odgode", stoji između ostalog u navedenom članku.

Dinamo na početku sljedeće sezone ima puno lakši raspored nego Hajduk

Tako se bez problema može dogoditi da Hajduku jedna ili više ekipa na početku odgodi utakmicu, a da Bijeli i sami odgode još jednu, no ostavljanje takve mogućnosti također na neki način govori o tome koliko je cijeli aspekt ranog početka domaće sezone besmislen.

Zimska prvenstvena pauza ove bi sezone trebala trajati od 17. prosinca do 26. siječnja, što već godinama djeluje apsolutno nepotrebno. Priča o vremenskim uvjetima je bespredmetna, jer ljeti su jednako "loši" uvjeti u smislu nesnosnih vrućina, kao što su to i zimi. Uostalom, neke od utakmica koje zbog magle nitko nije vidio (kao što su Gorica – Dinamo 2021. ili Osijek – Dinamo 2022.) odigrane su krajem listopada.

Također, tu je i cijeli proces prolaženja novih priprema na zimu, što bi se uz kasniji početak na ljeto i kraću zimsku stanku moglo modificirati i svesti na manje kompleksnu razinu.

Pomalo apsurdno zvuči i podatak da bi, po trenutnom rasporedu, Hajduk i Dinamo trebali odigrati tri prvenstvena derbija već u prvom dijelu sezone (plus Superkup), što znači da bi na proljeće ostalo za odigrati praktički još polovica kola, a imali bismo samo jedan njihov derbi u HNL-u (plus eventualne susret(e) u Kupu).

Hrvatska javnost već godinama preispituje logiku iza početka domaće sezone već sredinom srpnja, pogotovo u kontekstu toga što bi i HNS-u u interesu trebalo biti rast statusa HNL-a, a koji se neće dogoditi bez ozbiljnijeg europskog iskoraka i onih klubova koji se ne zovu Dinamo.

Sljedeće sezone, dakle, imamo situaciju u kojoj Modri imaju nemjerljivo lakši raspored na početku, a iako je tako odlučio ždrijeb a ne nečija samovolja, to samo pokazuje koliko rani početak može napraviti razliku među klubovima u najosjetljivijem dijelu sezone.

Ždrijeb nove sezone HNL-a koji je održan u ponedjeljak, djeluje gotovo nevjerojatno. Hajduk u prva tri kola mora u goste Dinamu, zatim na Poljudu dočekuje Rijeku, a onda gostuje kod Osijeka. Također, prije početka prvenstvene sezone Bijeli na Maksimiru s Dinamom igraju susret Superkupa, što znači da na samom otvaranju sezone imaju četiri derbija.

Takav raspored još je jednom u prvi plan stavio nelogičnosti vezane za termin početka domaće sezone, pogotovo u kontekstu toga da hrvatski klubovi u pravilu ne uspijevaju dočekati jesen u Europi, a da je to osnovni preduvjet podizanja kvalitete HNL-a, što bi svim dionicima hrvatskog nogometa trebao biti cilj.

U periodu u kojem se neki klubovi još uvijek pripremaju za pretkola europskih natjecanja, a neki tek kreću u svoju europsku avanturu, domaća sezona već započinje. A termin koji je sam po sebi nelogičan, postaje još problematičniji kada dva glavna konkurenta za naslov prvaka dobiju dijametralno suprotne rasporede na startu sezone.

Naime, Dinamo u prvih šest kola ima četiri utakmice kod kuće i samo jedan susret izvan Zagreba (gostovanje u Puli kod Istre 1961 u 2. kolu). Hajduk, s druge strane, ima tri derbija odmah na startu HNL-a i četiri gostovanja u prvih šest kola.

Momčadi imaju pravo odgode utakmice zbog europskih obaveza, što je predviđeno člankom 4. Propozicija natjecanja HNL-a.

"Klubovi koji sudjeluju u kvalifikacijama za UEFA Ligu prvaka, Europa ligu i Konferencijsku ligu, za vrijeme tog natjecanja, imaju pravo na odgodu jedne prvenstvene utakmice u što se ne bi ubrajala eventualna potreba odgode neke utakmice zbog preklapanja termina odigravanja utakmica UEFA i prvenstva (kada su u paru klub koji igra kvalifikacije za Ligu prvaka i klub koji igra kvalifikacije za Europa ligu ili Konferencijsku ligu). Također, klub koji se plasira u grupnu fazu UEFA natjecanja ima pravo na još jednu odgodu utakmice tijekom jeseni ukoliko već u kvalifikacijskom dijelu nije imao ukupno dvije odgode", stoji između ostalog u navedenom članku.

Tako se bez problema može dogoditi da Hajduku jedna ili više ekipa na početku odgodi utakmicu, a da Bijeli i sami odgode još jednu, no ostavljanje takve mogućnosti također na neki način govori o tome koliko je cijeli aspekt ranog početka domaće sezone besmislen.

Zimska prvenstvena pauza ove bi sezone trebala trajati od 17. prosinca do 26. siječnja, što već godinama djeluje apsolutno nepotrebno. Priča o vremenskim uvjetima je bespredmetna, jer ljeti su jednako "loši" uvjeti u smislu nesnosnih vrućina, kao što su to i zimi. Uostalom, neke od utakmica koje zbog magle nitko nije vidio (kao što su Gorica – Dinamo 2021. ili Osijek – Dinamo 2022.) odigrane su krajem listopada.

Također, tu je i cijeli proces prolaženja novih priprema na zimu, što bi se uz kasniji početak na ljeto i kraću zimsku stanku moglo modificirati i svesti na manje kompleksnu razinu.

Pomalo apsurdno zvuči i podatak da bi, po trenutnom rasporedu, Hajduk i Dinamo trebali odigrati tri prvenstvena derbija već u prvom dijelu sezone (plus Superkup), što znači da bi na proljeće ostalo za odigrati praktički još polovica kola, a imali bismo samo jedan njihov derbi u HNL-u (plus eventualne susret(e) u Kupu).

Hrvatska javnost već godinama preispituje logiku iza početka domaće sezone već sredinom srpnja, pogotovo u kontekstu toga što bi i HNS-u u interesu trebalo biti rast statusa HNL-a, a koji se neće dogoditi bez ozbiljnijeg europskog iskoraka i onih klubova koji se ne zovu Dinamo.

Sljedeće sezone, dakle, imamo situaciju u kojoj Modri imaju nemjerljivo lakši raspored na početku, a iako je tako odlučio ždrijeb a ne nečija samovolja, to samo pokazuje koliko rani početak može napraviti razliku među klubovima u najosjetljivijem dijelu sezone.
