Dok se u Saboru RH najavljuju velika ulaganja u modernizaciju željeznice i njezinu 'renesansu' dalmatinske željeznice odumiru. Na zadarskoj pruzi već duže vrijeme pruga nije u upotrebi, a prestali su voziti i autobusi kao zamjena za vlakove, piše u svom priopćenju HSLS-ovac dr. Zdeslav Benzon, kandidat za gradonačelnika Splita.
Evo što je još napisao, njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:
Željeznički Kolodvori i infrastruktura djeluju pusto i zapušteno. Splitski željeznički kolodvor predstavlja ruglo i sramotu za grad, županiju i državu. Aktivnosti oko uređenja kolodvora, integriranja prijevoza, i jedinstvene prijevozne karte koja bi vrijedila za željeznicu i autobus su utihnule. Državnim planovima nabavka novih modernijih vlakova nije predviđena za Split i šire splitsko područje.
Projekt brze gradske željeznice koja bi povezala Split sa Zračnom lukom je u zastoju zbog nedostatka financijskih sredstava za kvalitetnije rješenje koje jamči samo održivost projekta. Linije prema Kaštelima su značajno reducirane.
Vrhunac svega je ukidanje noćnog vlaka koji povezuje Dalmaciju sa središnjom Hrvatskom. Ukidanjem tog za građane najpovoljnijeg vlaka sve četiri županije kroz koje on prolazi gube vezu sa Zagrebom. Danas iz Splita za Zagreb vozi samo jedan dnevni vlak što je uzimajući u obzir visinu državnih potpora nedovoljno i neodrživo.
Posljedica toga je promjena organizacije rada i zatvaranje željezničkih kolodvora za rad noću, što se nije događalo ni u ratno ni u poratno vrijeme.
Tom i takvom prometnom politikom i odnosom prema Splitu i dalmatinskim prugama istima prijeti sudbina ¨Sinjske rere¨!
Željeznica je svugdje u svijetu najpovoljnije prijevozno sredstvo zbog troškova ali i ekologije.
Hrvatskoj treba ravnomjernije ulaganje u željezničku infrastrukturu i vlakove bez diskriminacije po regijama, a Split treba i zaslužuje bolju željeznicu, moderan i funkcionalan željeznički kolodvor u Splitu, modernije vlakove u gradskom, prigradskom i daljinskom prijevozu, noćni vlak za Zagreb - VRATITE FERATU SPLITU!

Dok se u Saboru RH najavljuju velika ulaganja u modernizaciju željeznice i njezinu 'renesansu' dalmatinske željeznice odumiru. Na zadarskoj pruzi već duže vrijeme pruga nije u upotrebi, a prestali su voziti i autobusi kao zamjena za vlakove, piše u svom priopćenju HSLS-ovac dr. Zdeslav Benzon, kandidat za gradonačelnika Splita.
Evo što je još napisao, njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:
Željeznički Kolodvori i infrastruktura djeluju pusto i zapušteno. Splitski željeznički kolodvor predstavlja ruglo i sramotu za grad, županiju i državu. Aktivnosti oko uređenja kolodvora, integriranja prijevoza, i jedinstvene prijevozne karte koja bi vrijedila za željeznicu i autobus su utihnule. Državnim planovima nabavka novih modernijih vlakova nije predviđena za Split i šire splitsko područje.
Projekt brze gradske željeznice koja bi povezala Split sa Zračnom lukom je u zastoju zbog nedostatka financijskih sredstava za kvalitetnije rješenje koje jamči samo održivost projekta. Linije prema Kaštelima su značajno reducirane.
Vrhunac svega je ukidanje noćnog vlaka koji povezuje Dalmaciju sa središnjom Hrvatskom. Ukidanjem tog za građane najpovoljnijeg vlaka sve četiri županije kroz koje on prolazi gube vezu sa Zagrebom. Danas iz Splita za Zagreb vozi samo jedan dnevni vlak što je uzimajući u obzir visinu državnih potpora nedovoljno i neodrživo.
Posljedica toga je promjena organizacije rada i zatvaranje željezničkih kolodvora za rad noću, što se nije događalo ni u ratno ni u poratno vrijeme.
Tom i takvom prometnom politikom i odnosom prema Splitu i dalmatinskim prugama istima prijeti sudbina ¨Sinjske rere¨!
Željeznica je svugdje u svijetu najpovoljnije prijevozno sredstvo zbog troškova ali i ekologije.
