Među osobnim dokumentima na čekanju prednjače osobne iskaznice, najvažniji dokument koji bi svaki građanin, u valjanom obliku, trebao imati uza se. Kako su nam pojasnili iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, moguć razlog za ovakav zastoj u preuzimanju osobnih dokumenata je taj što od izbijanja pandemije na snazi više nije rok za preuzimanje osobnih iskaznica.

S ovakvim se scenarijima policija prije nije suočavala upravo zbog Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, prema kojem su građani imali obvezu preuzeti osobnu iskaznicu u roku od 90 dana od isteka roka u kojem je morala biti izrađena.

Iako nam iz Policije nisu dostavili informaciju o točnom broju dokumenata koji se još moraju uručiti, potvrdili su nam da se neke isprave u policijskim prostorijama nalaze još od travnja 2020. Policija, naime, nema informaciju o točnom broju isprava koje su pohranjene u arhivskoj kartoteci i čekaju svoga vlasnika. Taj podatak, kako je pojasnila Antonela Lolić, glasnogovornica PU, nije tajan, no zbog preokupiranosti zaposlenika ostalim upravnim i administrativnim poslovima broj je ostao nepoznat. Naglasili su, doduše, da se radi o velikom broju isprava koje još nisu preuzete.

Zbog ovakvoga trenda, očiglednog nemara naših sugrađana, policija je uvela i izvanredno radno vrijeme subotom kako bi izišla u susret građanima koji tijekom tjedna zbog poslovnih obveza ne mogu doći po dokumente. Za sada su dakle bile organizirane dvije radne subote, 14. i 21. svibnja, a najavili su iz PU da će im vjerojatno i još koja subota biti radna.

- Svake subote oko 70 građana došlo je preuzeti izrađene dokumente, dakle ukupno oko 140 građana. Možemo reći da je odaziv građana dobar - poručili su iz splitske policije.

S obzirom na to da se našim sugrađanima baš ne žuri, provjerili smo i kakve su sankcije ako ih netko od ovlaštenih osoba uhvati bez identifikacijskog dokumenta. Naime, prema Zakonu o osobnoj iskaznici, osoba je dužna ishoditi novu osobnu nakon što istekne važeći rok postojeće, a ovaj su dokument uz sebe dužne imate i sve osobe koje su navršile 18 godina i imaju prebivalište na području Republike Hrvatske. Ako to, pak, ne naprave, “smiješi” im se kazna od tri do četiri i pol tisuće kuna. Znatno je blaža kazna, od 200 kuna, ako na zahtjev ovlaštenih osoba građanin uza se nema osobnu iskaznicu.

- Svakako, napominjemo kako se izrađeni dokumenti mogu preuzeti svakog radnog dana u redovnom radnom vremenu upravnih poslova, a mi ćemo, s obzirom na objektivne mogućnosti i ostale obveze, u budućnosti opet planirati rad subotom, a sve kako bismo izišli u susret našim građanima koji to nisu u mogućnosti napraviti tijekom radnih dana. Postupci uručenja su odvojeni pa nema većih čekanja. Koristimo još jednom priliku podsjetiti građane na korištenje programa za naručivanje redomat.mup.hr - napomenuli su. •

Među osobnim dokumentima na čekanju prednjače osobne iskaznice, najvažniji dokument koji bi svaki građanin, u valjanom obliku, trebao imati uza se. Kako su nam pojasnili iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, moguć razlog za ovakav zastoj u preuzimanju osobnih dokumenata je taj što od izbijanja pandemije na snazi više nije rok za preuzimanje osobnih iskaznica.

S ovakvim se scenarijima policija prije nije suočavala upravo zbog Zakona o osobnoj iskaznici, prema kojem su građani imali obvezu preuzeti osobnu iskaznicu u roku od 90 dana od isteka roka u kojem je morala biti izrađena.

Iako nam iz Policije nisu dostavili informaciju o točnom broju dokumenata koji se još moraju uručiti, potvrdili su nam da se neke isprave u policijskim prostorijama nalaze još od travnja 2020. Policija, naime, nema informaciju o točnom broju isprava koje su pohranjene u arhivskoj kartoteci i čekaju svoga vlasnika. Taj podatak, kako je pojasnila Antonela Lolić, glasnogovornica PU, nije tajan, no zbog preokupiranosti zaposlenika ostalim upravnim i administrativnim poslovima broj je ostao nepoznat. Naglasili su, doduše, da se radi o velikom broju isprava koje još nisu preuzete.

Zbog ovakvoga trenda, očiglednog nemara naših sugrađana, policija je uvela i izvanredno radno vrijeme subotom kako bi izišla u susret građanima koji tijekom tjedna zbog poslovnih obveza ne mogu doći po dokumente. Za sada su dakle bile organizirane dvije radne subote, 14. i 21. svibnja, a najavili su iz PU da će im vjerojatno i još koja subota biti radna.

- Svake subote oko 70 građana došlo je preuzeti izrađene dokumente, dakle ukupno oko 140 građana. Možemo reći da je odaziv građana dobar - poručili su iz splitske policije.

S obzirom na to da se našim sugrađanima baš ne žuri, provjerili smo i kakve su sankcije ako ih netko od ovlaštenih osoba uhvati bez identifikacijskog dokumenta. Naime, prema Zakonu o osobnoj iskaznici, osoba je dužna ishoditi novu osobnu nakon što istekne važeći rok postojeće, a ovaj su dokument uz sebe dužne imate i sve osobe koje su navršile 18 godina i imaju prebivalište na području Republike Hrvatske. Ako to, pak, ne naprave, “smiješi” im se kazna od tri do četiri i pol tisuće kuna. Znatno je blaža kazna, od 200 kuna, ako na zahtjev ovlaštenih osoba građanin uza se nema osobnu iskaznicu.

- Svakako, napominjemo kako se izrađeni dokumenti mogu preuzeti svakog radnog dana u redovnom radnom vremenu upravnih poslova, a mi ćemo, s obzirom na objektivne mogućnosti i ostale obveze, u budućnosti opet planirati rad subotom, a sve kako bismo izišli u susret našim građanima koji to nisu u mogućnosti napraviti tijekom radnih dana. Postupci uručenja su odvojeni pa nema većih čekanja. Koristimo još jednom priliku podsjetiti građane na korištenje programa za naručivanje redomat.mup.hr - napomenuli su. •
