"Parkovi i nasadi" pohvalil su se na svom Facebooku novom vrstom biljaka koju su posadili na splitskoj Rivi.

Ne dajte da vas fotografije zavaraju, jer na prvu bi se dalo pomisliti kako se radi o gredicama bijelog luka, što bi na ovoj lokaciji stvarno bilo avangardno.

No, ekipa koja se bavi hortikulturom zna da je riječ o ukrasnom luku iz porodice Allium koji se često koristi kao ukrasna biljka na zelenim površinama i u privatnim vrtovima.

Kako nam je pojasnio Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada" krajem veljače bi trebala procvjetati u prekrasni ljubičasti cvijet.

Zanimalo nas je je li nova "pridošlica" na najpoznatiju splitsku šetnicu otporna na posolicu i s obzirom kako sad izgledaju, je li možda jestiva

- Posolicu ćemo tek testirati, odabrali smo ipak područja koja su otpornija. Iako lukovice izgledaju lijepo, ne bih preporučio iako su vjerojatno jestive. Ako se i uzme pokoja kada niknu nema problema, to samo znači da su dobre - kazao nam je Gašparević.

Naveo je još kako se biljke vade u svibnju i za ljeto sade nove, a s obzirom da smo već debelo zagazili u jesen, trenutno se sezonsko cvijeće zamjenjuje trajnicama i penjačicama.

- Tako ćemo u Đardinu posaditi kale, na "Dalmi" iris, a na Brdima gladiole. Nismo još ni petinu lukovica zasadili - najavio nam je za kraj prvi čovjek "Parkova i nasada".

Ne dajte da vas fotografije zavaraju, jer na prvu bi se dalo pomisliti kako se radi o gredicama bijelog luka, što bi na ovoj lokaciji stvarno bilo avangardno.

No, ekipa koja se bavi hortikulturom zna da je riječ o ukrasnom luku iz porodice Allium koji se često koristi kao ukrasna biljka na zelenim površinama i u privatnim vrtovima.

Kako nam je pojasnio Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada" krajem veljače bi trebala procvjetati u prekrasni ljubičasti cvijet.

Zanimalo nas je je li nova "pridošlica" na najpoznatiju splitsku šetnicu otporna na posolicu i s obzirom kako sad izgledaju, je li možda jestiva

- Posolicu ćemo tek testirati, odabrali smo ipak područja koja su otpornija. Iako lukovice izgledaju lijepo, ne bih preporučio iako su vjerojatno jestive. Ako se i uzme pokoja kada niknu nema problema, to samo znači da su dobre - kazao nam je Gašparević.

Naveo je još kako se biljke vade u svibnju i za ljeto sade nove, a s obzirom da smo već debelo zagazili u jesen, trenutno se sezonsko cvijeće zamjenjuje trajnicama i penjačicama.

- Tako ćemo u Đardinu posaditi kale, na "Dalmi" iris, a na Brdima gladiole. Nismo još ni petinu lukovica zasadili - najavio nam je za kraj prvi čovjek "Parkova i nasada".
