Novo ruho, složiti će se svi, jest ono što je Pazaru nužno. Ideje o rušenju betonskih banaka na, kako ga Splićani zovu - donjem dijelu tržnice dočekane su odobravajući.
Napucale i nakrivljene i derutne banke, koliko ih god nazivali kultnima, nisu oku lijepi, a i, ruku na srce, pomelo ih je vrijeme. Direktor "Parkova i nasada" Siniša Gašparević najavio je promjene.

Prva je najava kako će se za najam banaka trgovci morati "boriti" licitirajući za svoje mjesto, po principu "tko ponudi više, njegova divojka".
Ima direktor plan i za cijene najma banaka, koje će biti prepolovljene, a iste je i potvrdio gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.
Da steknete dojam o kakvim se razlikama govori, mi smo se poigrali brojkama. Pa se tako za metar banka prije plaćalo 20, a sada će se plaćati 10 kuna. Vage i suncobrani, kao svojevrsna "dodatna oprema", isto će koštati 10 kuna.
Novi cjenik na snagu bi stupio prvog dana godine koja je pred nama. Usporedili smo ga sa starim cjenikom, dok je koncesiju nad tržnicom imala tvrtka "Hippos", i svima onima koji planiraju nastaviti prodavati svoje proizvode na Pazaru, možemo reći da imaju razloga za osmijeh. Cijene će duplo, pa i više od toga, pojeftiniti.

Nakanada za korištenje prodajnog prostora za prodaju poljoprivrednih i drugih prehrambenih proizvoda dnevno iznositi će 20 kuna za proizvode životinjskog porijekla, a 10 kuna za prodaju voća, povrća i cvijeća (dužine jedan metar). Stari cjenik nalagao je plaćanje od 50 kuna za prodajni prostor u kojem se prodaju proizvodi animalnoga porijekla, a 20 kuna za voće, povrće i cvijeće...

Prodajna mjesta za prehrambenu robu na korištenje se daju putem nadmetanja ili pogodbom, ako se radi o produživanju ugovora. Početna cijena nadmetanja sada mjesečno iznosi 1000 kuna za prvu kategoriju, 800 kuna za drugu kategoriju i 600 kuna za treću. Prije je to bilo ovako, 1500 kuna za prvu, 1160 kuna za drugu i 900 kuna za treću kategoriju.
Ostali proizvodi poput sladoleda i sokova, ulja i meda, sadnica povrća i voća na metru kvadratnom, također su značajno pojeftinili.
Za sladolede i sokove nekada se plaćalo 2000 kuna mjesečno, a sada će se naplaćivati upola manje.
Prodavači ulja i meda prije su izdvajali 35 kuna, ubuduće bi trebali dati tek deset, koliko će trebati izdvojiti i za prodaju sadnica povrća, voća i cvijeća za razliku od prijašnjih 25 kuna.

Prodajna mjesta za neprehrambenu robu koja se prodaje na stolu, klupi i štandu dužine dva metra te paviljonu od 3,60 metara kvadratnih iznose za prvu kategoriju 1000 kuna, drugu 800 kuna, treću 600 kuna i četvrtu 500 kuna, dok su prije prodavači morali podmiriti račun od 1600 kuna za prvu, 1300 za drugu, 900 kuna za treću i 650 kuna za četvrtu kategoriju.
Ako se provodi paušalno plaćanje dnevna naknada na Pazaru biti će 50 kuna, dok je prije bila čak duplo skuplja.
Ova kratka usporedba daje nam nadu u svjetliju budućnost Pazara, ne sumnjamo kako će joj se radovati svi prodavači.

Prva je najava kako će se za najam banaka trgovci morati "boriti" licitirajući za svoje mjesto, po principu "tko ponudi više, njegova divojka".
Ima direktor plan i za cijene najma banaka, koje će biti prepolovljene, a iste je i potvrdio gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak.
Da steknete dojam o kakvim se razlikama govori, mi smo se poigrali brojkama. Pa se tako za metar banka prije plaćalo 20, a sada će se plaćati 10 kuna. Vage i suncobrani, kao svojevrsna "dodatna oprema", isto će koštati 10 kuna.
Novi cjenik na snagu bi stupio prvog dana godine koja je pred nama. Usporedili smo ga sa starim cjenikom, dok je koncesiju nad tržnicom imala tvrtka "Hippos", i svima onima koji planiraju nastaviti prodavati svoje proizvode na Pazaru, možemo reći da imaju razloga za osmijeh. Cijene će duplo, pa i više od toga, pojeftiniti.

Nakanada za korištenje prodajnog prostora za prodaju poljoprivrednih i drugih prehrambenih proizvoda dnevno iznositi će 20 kuna za proizvode životinjskog porijekla, a 10 kuna za prodaju voća, povrća i cvijeća (dužine jedan metar). Stari cjenik nalagao je plaćanje od 50 kuna za prodajni prostor u kojem se prodaju proizvodi animalnoga porijekla, a 20 kuna za voće, povrće i cvijeće...
Idemo dalje.
Prodajna mjesta za prehrambenu robu na korištenje se daju putem nadmetanja ili pogodbom, ako se radi o produživanju ugovora. Početna cijena nadmetanja sada mjesečno iznosi 1000 kuna za prvu kategoriju, 800 kuna za drugu kategoriju i 600 kuna za treću. Prije je to bilo ovako, 1500 kuna za prvu, 1160 kuna za drugu i 900 kuna za treću kategoriju.
Ostali proizvodi poput sladoleda i sokova, ulja i meda, sadnica povrća i voća na metru kvadratnom, također su značajno pojeftinili.
Za sladolede i sokove nekada se plaćalo 2000 kuna mjesečno, a sada će se naplaćivati upola manje.
Prodavači ulja i meda prije su izdvajali 35 kuna, ubuduće bi trebali dati tek deset, koliko će trebati izdvojiti i za prodaju sadnica povrća, voća i cvijeća za razliku od prijašnjih 25 kuna.

Prodajna mjesta za neprehrambenu robu koja se prodaje na stolu, klupi i štandu dužine dva metra te paviljonu od 3,60 metara kvadratnih iznose za prvu kategoriju 1000 kuna, drugu 800 kuna, treću 600 kuna i četvrtu 500 kuna, dok su prije prodavači morali podmiriti račun od 1600 kuna za prvu, 1300 za drugu, 900 kuna za treću i 650 kuna za četvrtu kategoriju.
Ako se provodi paušalno plaćanje dnevna naknada na Pazaru biti će 50 kuna, dok je prije bila čak duplo skuplja.
Ova kratka usporedba daje nam nadu u svjetliju budućnost Pazara, ne sumnjamo kako će joj se radovati svi prodavači.
