Objave na društvenoj mreži koje dobiju najviše komentara i reakcija su zasigurno oglasi za najam stana u Splitu. Naredaju se komentari na cijenu, izgleda stana, uvjete, ma što god vlasnik stana napiše.
Tako je bilo i u Facebook grupi "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split" na oglas o stanu na Bačvicama koji se iznajmljuje na duži period.
- Dugoročan najam stana u Splitu Bačvice, 3 sobe plus DB. 3 min od Rive i 3 min od plaže, super lokacija, ograđeni parking, jug pun svjetla, 2. kat, sređen i adaptiran! Dostupan od 1.6. Cijena 1600€ plus režije i prijava - oglas je vlasnika stana na koji su se vrlo brzo naredali brojni komentari.

- Za 1600 eura bi voljela proć kraj bračnog kreveta do prozora ili bi onda koštalo 2000 eura?
- Ljudi rade za 1000 eura. Znači obitelj s djecom 2000 eura. Mjesečno tebi 1600 i nek jedu zrak.
- 1600 s režijama bi bilo okej. Tri osobe s normalnom plaćom ovo mogu priuštit.
Mislim da tri osobe s normalnom plaćom nisu baš zainteresirani za spavanje u dječjem krevetu za 533 eura po osobi - neki su od komentara.
Drugi su se pak dali u detaljniju analizu stana preko objavljenih fotografija pa ustanovili da je spavaća soba s bračnim krevetom prekrcana i ne može se proći s jednog kraja na drugi, da se klima ne vidi te da je vlasnik pretjerao u opisu lokacije i udaljenosti.
No, bilo je i onih koji shvaćaju da je riječ o ponudi i potražnji i možda nije prihvatljivo domaćima, ali svaka roba nađe svog kupca.
- Vi se rugate, a stan bi se iznajmija šta je najgore i za 2000 eura jer je nažalost trenutno takvo stanje u Splitu. Bogati Ukrajinac će bez da trepne iskeširat te pare i još će mu bit jeftino, a stanonajmcu je u interesu da šta više zaradi, naravno, ka šta bi i svakome bilo da ima svoj stan za najam. Naš prosječan čovik nažalost ne može dat toliko za najam, ali baš zato onda ovaj stan nije za našeg prosječnog čovika.
Ovdje cijenu dirigiraju stranci (Ukrajinci i IT djelatnici-nomadi) koji to mogu platiti i čemu čuđenje? - neki su od komentara članova Facebook grupe "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split".

Objave na društvenoj mreži koje dobiju najviše komentara i reakcija su zasigurno oglasi za najam stana u Splitu. Naredaju se komentari na cijenu, izgleda stana, uvjete, ma što god vlasnik stana napiše.
Tako je bilo i u Facebook grupi "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split" na oglas o stanu na Bačvicama koji se iznajmljuje na duži period.
- Dugoročan najam stana u Splitu Bačvice, 3 sobe plus DB. 3 min od Rive i 3 min od plaže, super lokacija, ograđeni parking, jug pun svjetla, 2. kat, sređen i adaptiran! Dostupan od 1.6. Cijena 1600€ plus režije i prijava - oglas je vlasnika stana na koji su se vrlo brzo naredali brojni komentari.

- Za 1600 eura bi voljela proć kraj bračnog kreveta do prozora ili bi onda koštalo 2000 eura?
- Ljudi rade za 1000 eura. Znači obitelj s djecom 2000 eura. Mjesečno tebi 1600 i nek jedu zrak.
- 1600 s režijama bi bilo okej. Tri osobe s normalnom plaćom ovo mogu priuštit.
Mislim da tri osobe s normalnom plaćom nisu baš zainteresirani za spavanje u dječjem krevetu za 533 eura po osobi - neki su od komentara.
Drugi su se pak dali u detaljniju analizu stana preko objavljenih fotografija pa ustanovili da je spavaća soba s bračnim krevetom prekrcana i ne može se proći s jednog kraja na drugi, da se klima ne vidi te da je vlasnik pretjerao u opisu lokacije i udaljenosti.
No, bilo je i onih koji shvaćaju da je riječ o ponudi i potražnji i možda nije prihvatljivo domaćima, ali svaka roba nađe svog kupca.
- Vi se rugate, a stan bi se iznajmija šta je najgore i za 2000 eura jer je nažalost trenutno takvo stanje u Splitu. Bogati Ukrajinac će bez da trepne iskeširat te pare i još će mu bit jeftino, a stanonajmcu je u interesu da šta više zaradi, naravno, ka šta bi i svakome bilo da ima svoj stan za najam. Naš prosječan čovik nažalost ne može dat toliko za najam, ali baš zato onda ovaj stan nije za našeg prosječnog čovika.
Ovdje cijenu dirigiraju stranci (Ukrajinci i IT djelatnici-nomadi) koji to mogu platiti i čemu čuđenje? - neki su od komentara članova Facebook grupe "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split".
