Iz KBC-a Split dolaze vijesti o novim uspjesima njihovih liječnika u području liječenja bolesti srca. Naime, po prvi puta su izveli intervencijske procedure perkutanog popravka mitralnog zalistka korištenjem novog transkateterskog sustava PASCAL. Radi se o minimalno invazivnoj metodi za liječenje bolesnika koji zbog visokog operacijskog rizika ne mogu biti podvrgnuti otvorenoj operaciji srca.
Ovi zahvati predstavljaju važna dostignuća u intervencijskom liječenju strukturne bolesti srca i rezultat su neumornog rada, stručnosti i posvećenosti tima u sastavu prof. Darija Baković Kramarić, dr. Frane Runjić, dr. Ivica Kristić i dr. Andrija Matetić i ostalog vrijednog osoblja.
Mitralna regurgitacija je česta valvularna greška koja nastaje zbog poremećaja bilo kojeg dijela mitralnog zalistka ili može biti posljedica druge srčane bolesti. Teži stupnjevi mitralne regurgitacije dovode do zatajenja rada srca, poremećaja kvalitete života i povećanja smrtnosti zbog čega je važno njeno ispravno liječenje.
Detalji operacije
- Transkateterski popravak mitralnog zaliska je minimalno invazivna metoda za liječenje odabranih bolesnika sa simptomatskom kroničnom umjereno teškom ili teškom mitralnom regurgitacijom, koji zbog visokog operacijskog rizika ne mogu biti podvrgnuti otvorenoj operaciji srca. Transkateterska tehnologija uključuje spajanje dijelova prednjeg i stražnjeg listića mitralnog zalistka korištenjem nitinolskih ili kobalt-kromnih kopči čime se smanjuje mitralna regurgitacija. Navedeni postupak izvodi se u intervencijskom kardiološkom laboratoriju uz pomoć fluoroskopskog i transezofagijskog ehokardiografskog navođenja - istaknula je prof. dr. sc. Darija Baković Kramarić, predstojnica Klinike za bolesti srca i krvnih žila.
U svijetu je dostupno tek nekoliko transkateterskih modaliteta za perkutano liječenje mitralne regurgitacije, a u KBC-u Split se trenutno koriste najrazvijeniji i najsuvremeniji modaliteti, uključujući dosadašnji sustav MitraClip i novi sustav PASCAL.
- Sposobnost korištenja oba transkateterska sustava donosi niz prednosti, uključujući sveobuhvatnost u liječenju, mogućnost svladavanja različitih anatomskih specifičnosti i postizanje ciljanih rezultata. Time je omogućeno suvremeno liječenje koje je prilagođeno individualnim potrebama naših bolesnika, a KBC Split se svrstava u sam vrh medicinske izvrsnosti - zaključuje dr. Baković Kramarić.

Iz KBC-a Split dolaze vijesti o novim uspjesima njihovih liječnika u području liječenja bolesti srca. Naime, po prvi puta su izveli intervencijske procedure perkutanog popravka mitralnog zalistka korištenjem novog transkateterskog sustava PASCAL. Radi se o minimalno invazivnoj metodi za liječenje bolesnika koji zbog visokog operacijskog rizika ne mogu biti podvrgnuti otvorenoj operaciji srca.
Ovi zahvati predstavljaju važna dostignuća u intervencijskom liječenju strukturne bolesti srca i rezultat su neumornog rada, stručnosti i posvećenosti tima u sastavu prof. Darija Baković Kramarić, dr. Frane Runjić, dr. Ivica Kristić i dr. Andrija Matetić i ostalog vrijednog osoblja.
Mitralna regurgitacija je česta valvularna greška koja nastaje zbog poremećaja bilo kojeg dijela mitralnog zalistka ili može biti posljedica druge srčane bolesti. Teži stupnjevi mitralne regurgitacije dovode do zatajenja rada srca, poremećaja kvalitete života i povećanja smrtnosti zbog čega je važno njeno ispravno liječenje.
Detalji operacije
- Transkateterski popravak mitralnog zaliska je minimalno invazivna metoda za liječenje odabranih bolesnika sa simptomatskom kroničnom umjereno teškom ili teškom mitralnom regurgitacijom, koji zbog visokog operacijskog rizika ne mogu biti podvrgnuti otvorenoj operaciji srca. Transkateterska tehnologija uključuje spajanje dijelova prednjeg i stražnjeg listića mitralnog zalistka korištenjem nitinolskih ili kobalt-kromnih kopči čime se smanjuje mitralna regurgitacija. Navedeni postupak izvodi se u intervencijskom kardiološkom laboratoriju uz pomoć fluoroskopskog i transezofagijskog ehokardiografskog navođenja - istaknula je prof. dr. sc. Darija Baković Kramarić, predstojnica Klinike za bolesti srca i krvnih žila.
U svijetu je dostupno tek nekoliko transkateterskih modaliteta za perkutano liječenje mitralne regurgitacije, a u KBC-u Split se trenutno koriste najrazvijeniji i najsuvremeniji modaliteti, uključujući dosadašnji sustav MitraClip i novi sustav PASCAL.
