Branimir Urlić iz Pametnog za Split i Dalmaciju poziva gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka i Grad Split da spriječe potpisivanje novog ugovora za školsko igralište OŠ Pojišan i vrate ga djeci s Bačvica.
Naime, Urlić naglašava da uskoro ističe ili je već istekao petnaestogodišnji ugovor o zakupu koji je bio više puta problematiziran posljednjih godina od stanovnika kotara čija djeca nisu imala mogućnost korištenja školskog igrališta.
- Školsko igralište i prostor pokraj školske dvorane (uz crkvu Gospe od Pojišana) gdje je postavljeno nekoliko cageball terena dani su na nerealno dugi period zakupa od 15 godina jednom zakupniku, čime je onemogućeno slobodno korištenje ovih prostora djeci s Bačvica. Sam zakup toliko je dug da su oprema i ograda postavljena od strane zakupnika na nekim dijelovima u izrazito lošem stanju.
Grad Split je posljednjih godina obnovio veliki broj sportskih igrališta i otvoreni su za korištenje svim građanima, te smatramo da isto treba biti slučaj najmanje i za glavno igralište OŠ Pojišan.

Grad Split treba svojim sugrađanima omogućiti slobodno bavljenje sportom na terenima u svom vlasništvu i isto tako sustavno održavati iste zbog čega ćemo predložiti da u novom proračunu po prvi put uđe stavka održavanja sportskih/školskih igrališta kao što je prije nekoliko godina uvedena i stavka održavanja dječjih igrališta - objasnio je inicijativu Branimir Urlić iz Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju.
Istaknuo je da bi moguće potpisivanja novog ugovora na duži period, posebno za veliko školsko igralište blokiralo moguću izgradnju višeetažne garaže sa igralištima na krovu objekta.

- Po odredbama GUP-a grada Splita nove garaže se mogu graditi u zonama društvene namjene ili ispod sportskih terena. Mišljenja smo da bi jedna garaža pretpostavljenog kapaciteta od 200 parkirnih mjesta omogućila rješavanje problema s parkirnim mjestima stanara okolnog područja.
Isto tako kao jedna od najbližih lokacija u odnosu na gradsku jezgru poslužila bi kao izvrsno parkirno područje za posjetitelje grada posebno uzimajući u obzir da se nalazi uz glavni izlaz iz luke te da sve ostale bliske lokacije nisu u vlasništvu grada i njihova realizacija je upitna u kraćem vremenskom periodu - zaključio je Urlić.

Branimir Urlić iz Pametnog za Split i Dalmaciju poziva gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka i Grad Split da spriječe potpisivanje novog ugovora za školsko igralište OŠ Pojišan i vrate ga djeci s Bačvica.
Naime, Urlić naglašava da uskoro ističe ili je već istekao petnaestogodišnji ugovor o zakupu koji je bio više puta problematiziran posljednjih godina od stanovnika kotara čija djeca nisu imala mogućnost korištenja školskog igrališta.
- Školsko igralište i prostor pokraj školske dvorane (uz crkvu Gospe od Pojišana) gdje je postavljeno nekoliko cageball terena dani su na nerealno dugi period zakupa od 15 godina jednom zakupniku, čime je onemogućeno slobodno korištenje ovih prostora djeci s Bačvica. Sam zakup toliko je dug da su oprema i ograda postavljena od strane zakupnika na nekim dijelovima u izrazito lošem stanju.
Grad Split je posljednjih godina obnovio veliki broj sportskih igrališta i otvoreni su za korištenje svim građanima, te smatramo da isto treba biti slučaj najmanje i za glavno igralište OŠ Pojišan.

Grad Split treba svojim sugrađanima omogućiti slobodno bavljenje sportom na terenima u svom vlasništvu i isto tako sustavno održavati iste zbog čega ćemo predložiti da u novom proračunu po prvi put uđe stavka održavanja sportskih/školskih igrališta kao što je prije nekoliko godina uvedena i stavka održavanja dječjih igrališta - objasnio je inicijativu Branimir Urlić iz Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju.
Istaknuo je da bi moguće potpisivanja novog ugovora na duži period, posebno za veliko školsko igralište blokiralo moguću izgradnju višeetažne garaže sa igralištima na krovu objekta.

- Po odredbama GUP-a grada Splita nove garaže se mogu graditi u zonama društvene namjene ili ispod sportskih terena. Mišljenja smo da bi jedna garaža pretpostavljenog kapaciteta od 200 parkirnih mjesta omogućila rješavanje problema s parkirnim mjestima stanara okolnog područja.
Isto tako kao jedna od najbližih lokacija u odnosu na gradsku jezgru poslužila bi kao izvrsno parkirno područje za posjetitelje grada posebno uzimajući u obzir da se nalazi uz glavni izlaz iz luke te da sve ostale bliske lokacije nisu u vlasništvu grada i njihova realizacija je upitna u kraćem vremenskom periodu - zaključio je Urlić.
