Ante Zoričić, bivši gradski vijećnik koji je posebno bio angažiran za izgradnju splitskog hospicija, poslao je je županijskim i gradskim vijećnicima otvoreno pismo koje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"U petak, 12.05.2023. god., obratila mi se jedna obitelj moleći me da im pomognem pri smještaju teško bolesnog člana u Hospicij Matošić. Nije mi bilo jasno zašto bi uopće bila potrebna bilo kakva intervencija kada znam da hospicij ima velike kapacitete, a s obzirom na prosjek boravka od 16 dana (max.30 dana), i 22 kreveta, u njemu se godišnje može zbrinuti oko 500 bolesnika.

Tada sam saznao da je tog dana bilo popunjeno samo 6 kreveta od postojeća 22, da je zatvoren cijeli jedan kat i da zbog toga postoji lista čekanja umirućih bolesnika. Sedam mjeseci nakon otvaranja naši sugrađani i dalje umiru u kućama, čekajući da netko drugi premine da bi bili primljeni tamo gdje ne bi trebao postojati red čekanja.

Grad Split, na čelu s gradonačelnikom Androm Krstulovićem Oparom, izgradio je Hospicij Matošić u vrijednosti od 17 mil. kn, jer je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija bila nezainteresirana za to. Štoviše, kada sam 2016. god. kao gradski vijećnik ponovno pokrenuo već davno započetu priču, iz Županije su mi poručili da im splitski hospicij nije opcija dok imaju prazne prostore u Imotskom i Makarskoj.

Smatrali su normalnim da iz drugog grada po veličini članovi obitelji svaki dan putuju 100 km u jednom pravcu pa onda ponovno u drugom, da bi bili u posljednjim trenucima života uz svoje najmilije. Kada smo, kao Grad, izgradili i opremili Hospicij predali smo ga Domu zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije jer nije postojala zakonska mogućnost da Grad Split upravlja sa njim. I sada imamo ovakvo stanje;

14 praznih kreveta od ukupno 22, liste čekanja umirućih bolesnika, postojeće osoblje koje je podcijenjeno sramotno niskim plaćama i manjak preostalog osoblja koje se ne javlja na javni natječaj, jer ne pristaju raditi neopisivo težak posao za cca 6 000 kn.

Prilikom predaje Hospicija Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, dogovor je bio da, zbog velikih kapaciteta, on ima status županijskog Hospicija čije troškove i inače, većinom, pokriva HZZO (16 od 22 kreveta). Ovu razliku od 6 kreveta trebali su pokriti preostali gradovi i općine u Županiji, prema broju korištenja, a ukupni troškovi godišnje ne bi trebali preći 2 milijuna kuna.

U komunikaciji sa čelnim ljudima Županije zaključio sam da za njih ne postoji nikakav problem, a i pored vlastitog iskustva koje sam imao u petak, uvjeravaju me da sve savršeno funkcionira. Zato Vas, vijećnike, molim da im postavite ova tri pitanja;

1. Koliko se umirućih bolesnika nalazilo u Hospiciju Matošić u petak, 12.05.2023. godine?

2. Postoji li lista čekanja za prijem u Hospicij?

3. Koliko je dana potrebno da se bolesnici obiđu u njihovim kućama prije nego budu primljeni u Hospicij Matošić (vikendom to navodno nije moguće zbog manjka stručnog osoblja)?

Vrijedne liječnice, medicinske sestre i njegovateljice Hospicija Matošić trebaju Vašu pomoć, jer se ne može očekivati od njih da rješavaju ove probleme.

Dok nabujala administracija u zgradi Županije i u brojnim županijskim tvrtkama prima dvostruko veću plaću od ljudi koji se svaki dan suočavaju sa smrću i tugom, ne trebamo se čuditi što nam nedostaje liječnika, medicinskih sestara i njegovatelja koji našim sugrađanima trebaju omogućiti dostojanstveno umiranje bez boli i patnje.

Da se istinski osluškuju želje i potrebe građana, vjerujem da nitko ne bi žalio da se zatvori jedan kat Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, a otvori onaj zatvoreni u Hospiciju Matošić.

Zbog ljudi koji u ovom trenutku pate očekujući skrb u Hospiciju Matošić, smatrao sam svojom ljudskom dužnošću i obvezom ukazati Vam na ove probleme, a dalje je na Vama, kao izabranim predstavnicima naroda, da pronađete način kako ih riješiti."

Tražili smo očitovanje dr. Marka Rađe, ravnatelja županiujskog Doma zdravlja, a objavit ćemo ga kad ga dobijemo.

Ante Zoričić, bivši gradski vijećnik koji je posebno bio angažiran za izgradnju splitskog hospicija, poslao je je županijskim i gradskim vijećnicima otvoreno pismo koje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"U petak, 12.05.2023. god., obratila mi se jedna obitelj moleći me da im pomognem pri smještaju teško bolesnog člana u Hospicij Matošić. Nije mi bilo jasno zašto bi uopće bila potrebna bilo kakva intervencija kada znam da hospicij ima velike kapacitete, a s obzirom na prosjek boravka od 16 dana (max.30 dana), i 22 kreveta, u njemu se godišnje može zbrinuti oko 500 bolesnika.

Tada sam saznao da je tog dana bilo popunjeno samo 6 kreveta od postojeća 22, da je zatvoren cijeli jedan kat i da zbog toga postoji lista čekanja umirućih bolesnika. Sedam mjeseci nakon otvaranja naši sugrađani i dalje umiru u kućama, čekajući da netko drugi premine da bi bili primljeni tamo gdje ne bi trebao postojati red čekanja.

Grad Split, na čelu s gradonačelnikom Androm Krstulovićem Oparom, izgradio je Hospicij Matošić u vrijednosti od 17 mil. kn, jer je Splitsko-dalmatinska županija bila nezainteresirana za to. Štoviše, kada sam 2016. god. kao gradski vijećnik ponovno pokrenuo već davno započetu priču, iz Županije su mi poručili da im splitski hospicij nije opcija dok imaju prazne prostore u Imotskom i Makarskoj.

Smatrali su normalnim da iz drugog grada po veličini članovi obitelji svaki dan putuju 100 km u jednom pravcu pa onda ponovno u drugom, da bi bili u posljednjim trenucima života uz svoje najmilije. Kada smo, kao Grad, izgradili i opremili Hospicij predali smo ga Domu zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije jer nije postojala zakonska mogućnost da Grad Split upravlja sa njim. I sada imamo ovakvo stanje;

14 praznih kreveta od ukupno 22, liste čekanja umirućih bolesnika, postojeće osoblje koje je podcijenjeno sramotno niskim plaćama i manjak preostalog osoblja koje se ne javlja na javni natječaj, jer ne pristaju raditi neopisivo težak posao za cca 6 000 kn.

Prilikom predaje Hospicija Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, dogovor je bio da, zbog velikih kapaciteta, on ima status županijskog Hospicija čije troškove i inače, većinom, pokriva HZZO (16 od 22 kreveta). Ovu razliku od 6 kreveta trebali su pokriti preostali gradovi i općine u Županiji, prema broju korištenja, a ukupni troškovi godišnje ne bi trebali preći 2 milijuna kuna.

U komunikaciji sa čelnim ljudima Županije zaključio sam da za njih ne postoji nikakav problem, a i pored vlastitog iskustva koje sam imao u petak, uvjeravaju me da sve savršeno funkcionira. Zato Vas, vijećnike, molim da im postavite ova tri pitanja;

1. Koliko se umirućih bolesnika nalazilo u Hospiciju Matošić u petak, 12.05.2023. godine?

2. Postoji li lista čekanja za prijem u Hospicij?

3. Koliko je dana potrebno da se bolesnici obiđu u njihovim kućama prije nego budu primljeni u Hospicij Matošić (vikendom to navodno nije moguće zbog manjka stručnog osoblja)?

Vrijedne liječnice, medicinske sestre i njegovateljice Hospicija Matošić trebaju Vašu pomoć, jer se ne može očekivati od njih da rješavaju ove probleme.

Dok nabujala administracija u zgradi Županije i u brojnim županijskim tvrtkama prima dvostruko veću plaću od ljudi koji se svaki dan suočavaju sa smrću i tugom, ne trebamo se čuditi što nam nedostaje liječnika, medicinskih sestara i njegovatelja koji našim sugrađanima trebaju omogućiti dostojanstveno umiranje bez boli i patnje.

Da se istinski osluškuju želje i potrebe građana, vjerujem da nitko ne bi žalio da se zatvori jedan kat Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, a otvori onaj zatvoreni u Hospiciju Matošić.

Zbog ljudi koji u ovom trenutku pate očekujući skrb u Hospiciju Matošić, smatrao sam svojom ljudskom dužnošću i obvezom ukazati Vam na ove probleme, a dalje je na Vama, kao izabranim predstavnicima naroda, da pronađete način kako ih riješiti."

Tražili smo očitovanje dr. Marka Rađe, ravnatelja županiujskog Doma zdravlja, a objavit ćemo ga kad ga dobijemo.
