Nakon što smo u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" objavili članak o strahovanju ljudi u splitskim zgradama u kojima stanari sami preuređuju i ruše nosive zidove ugrožavajući statiku cijeloga zdanja, javio nam se jedan naš sugrađanin s dvije priče iz vlastitog iskustva o tome kako u uređenim državama izgleda građevinski intervenirati unutar vlastitog stambenog prostora.
- Vjerujem da vas zanima iz prve ruke, iako to i sami znate, kako se problem o kojemu pišete rješava u zemljama na Zapadu, tj. u sređenim državama.
Slučajno znam kako to u praksi ide u Velikoj Britaniji, dakle sređenoj državi od koje smo mi udaljeni puno, puno svjetlosnih
godina.
Naime moja kćerka, arhitektica, kupila je stan u Londonu i htjela ga je renovirati po svom guštu...
Htjela je proširiti vrata na dnevnom boravku prema blagovaonici/kuhinji i za taj plan je morala dobiti dozvolu od lokalnih vlasti, bazirano na procjeni statičara.
Planirala je taj veći otvor ostaviti bez vrata.
Oni su izašli na teren, tj. došli u stan te joj dali dozvolu da proširi ta vrata/otvor, ali joj nisu dozvolili da ga ostavi otvorenim već da tamo ugradi nova, veća vrata, ali po njihovoj specifikaciji kako bi ta vrata zadovoljila protupožarne mjere.
Nadgledali su izvođenje tih radova i izradbu tih vrata i dali joj dokumentaciju za to. Sve je bilo regulirano od stručnih službi. Drugačije nije išlo...
A onda ovaj slučaj za primjer:
Imam stan u Splitu koji iznajmljujem turistima.
Jedni turisti, Amerikanci, napisali su mi review za stan/njihov boravak u njemu; naveli su kako im je smetala velika buka TV-a iz susjednog stana i da je bilo vruće u stanu pa su sugerirali da se to popravi...
Ja sam odmah išao u akciju, ugradio sam zvučnu izolaciju koristeći specijalne knauf-ploče za zvučnu izolaciju te kamenu vunu.
Isto tako sam ugradio još dva klima uređaja i tako riješio primjedbe tih gostiju.
Onda sam to javio i poslao slike agenciji TripAdvisor u Londonu kako bi onda oni promijenili i objavili da su te primjedbe turista Amerikanaca riješene...
I što mi je, telefonom, rečeno iz agencije...?
Da im pošaljem ovjereni projekt i dozvolu lokalnih vlasti kojim mi se dozvoljava da te promjene u stanu mogu izvršiti, bez tih papira oni nisu mogli/željeli napraviti izmjene u oglašavanju apartmana...

Nakon što smo u "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" objavili članak o strahovanju ljudi u splitskim zgradama u kojima stanari sami preuređuju i ruše nosive zidove ugrožavajući statiku cijeloga zdanja, javio nam se jedan naš sugrađanin s dvije priče iz vlastitog iskustva o tome kako u uređenim državama izgleda građevinski intervenirati unutar vlastitog stambenog prostora.
- Vjerujem da vas zanima iz prve ruke, iako to i sami znate, kako se problem o kojemu pišete rješava u zemljama na Zapadu, tj. u sređenim državama.
Slučajno znam kako to u praksi ide u Velikoj Britaniji, dakle sređenoj državi od koje smo mi udaljeni puno, puno svjetlosnih
godina.
Naime moja kćerka, arhitektica, kupila je stan u Londonu i htjela ga je renovirati po svom guštu...
Htjela je proširiti vrata na dnevnom boravku prema blagovaonici/kuhinji i za taj plan je morala dobiti dozvolu od lokalnih vlasti, bazirano na procjeni statičara.
Planirala je taj veći otvor ostaviti bez vrata.
Oni su izašli na teren, tj. došli u stan te joj dali dozvolu da proširi ta vrata/otvor, ali joj nisu dozvolili da ga ostavi otvorenim već da tamo ugradi nova, veća vrata, ali po njihovoj specifikaciji kako bi ta vrata zadovoljila protupožarne mjere.
Nadgledali su izvođenje tih radova i izradbu tih vrata i dali joj dokumentaciju za to. Sve je bilo regulirano od stručnih službi. Drugačije nije išlo...
A onda ovaj slučaj za primjer:
Imam stan u Splitu koji iznajmljujem turistima.
Jedni turisti, Amerikanci, napisali su mi review za stan/njihov boravak u njemu; naveli su kako im je smetala velika buka TV-a iz susjednog stana i da je bilo vruće u stanu pa su sugerirali da se to popravi...
Ja sam odmah išao u akciju, ugradio sam zvučnu izolaciju koristeći specijalne knauf-ploče za zvučnu izolaciju te kamenu vunu.
Isto tako sam ugradio još dva klima uređaja i tako riješio primjedbe tih gostiju.
Onda sam to javio i poslao slike agenciji TripAdvisor u Londonu kako bi onda oni promijenili i objavili da su te primjedbe turista Amerikanaca riješene...
I što mi je, telefonom, rečeno iz agencije...?
Da im pošaljem ovjereni projekt i dozvolu lokalnih vlasti kojim mi se dozvoljava da te promjene u stanu mogu izvršiti, bez tih papira oni nisu mogli/željeli napraviti izmjene u oglašavanju apartmana...
