Nedavno smo pisali o inicijativi skupine HDZ-ovih saborskih zastupnika kojom su željeli pokrenuti obnovu broda “Istranka”, koji trune na vezu uz gradilište ribarskog pristaništa na Brižinama, na samoj granici Kaštel Sućurca i Solina.

Svoje su pismo namjere poslali Ministarstvu kulture, ali su se obratili i čelnicima resora diplomacije i mora, računajući na njihovu pomoć. Prva im je odgovorila ministrica dr. Nina Obuljen Koržinek sa, zasad, pisanom podrškom:

- Zajedničkom koordinacijom tijela, kojima je upućena inicijativa, vjerujemo da bi se pronašlo zadovoljavajuće rješenje mogućim otkupom broda od aktualnih vlasnika i osiguralo potrebno sufinanciranje za provedbu programa obnove i restauracije tog pokretnog kulturnog dobra.

Podsjećamo, riječ je o akciji spašavanja povijesnog broda, sadašnjeg imena “lstranka”, izrađenog 1896. godine u Trstu pod imenom “Ossero” (“Osor”) kao jahta carske obitelji Habsburga, koji je jedini “preživjeli” član austrougarske flote.

Već 1899. brod je preuzima austrijska mornarica, te je pod imenom “Dalmat” služio za razne namjene.

Upravo tom jahtom su 25. lipnja 1914. u Metković doplovili nadvojvoda Franjo Ferdinand i njegova supruga Sofija i vlakom nastavili putovanje prema Sarajevu, gdje su postali žrtve atentata.

Da povijest doista piše romane, potvrdilo se i u tom slučaju, jer su istim brodom njihovi posmrtni ostaci prevezeni pet dana kasnije upravo iz metkovske luke do bojnog broda “Viribus Unitis”, usidrenog ispred današnjih Ploča.

Čitav svoj vijek je “Istranka” provela u akvatoriju Jadranskog mora. Sjetit ćete se i vremena kada je bila privezana na našu Rivu, kao brod - restoran.

Krajem osamdesetih godina brod prelazi u privatno vlasništvo Duje Krstulovića i Stipe Tolja, te na njemu započinje obnova, ali početkom Domovinskog rata 1991. godine radovi se prekidaju, te brod ostaje privezan uz gat ispred tada već bivšeg rezališta u Svetom Kaju gdje se, nakon spašavanja od potonuća uz vranjičku obalu Sjeverne luke, i danas nalazi.

Početkom rujna 2002. brod je kupila talijanska tvrtka “Marina degli Aregai”, ali njihovi planovi o rekonstrukciji brzo su pali u more.

- Budući da su vlasnici iz ltalije, otvara se problem provođenja zakonskih obaveza, kao što su redovito održavanje i provođenje mjera zaštite, a za vlasnike je sporno i obvezujuće provođenje odredbi Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara kojim se “Istranka” ili njezini dijelovi ne mogu iznijeti iz Hrvatske.

Od 2016. do 2018. za zaustavljanje prodora mora i neuspjelo vađenje broda s dna, Ministarstvo kulture je odobrilo ukupno 277.625 kuna. Radovi su vođeni pod nadzorom Hrvatskog pomorskog muzeja u Splitu i Konzervatorskog odjela - navodi se u ministričinu dopisu i dodaje:

- Lanjska provedba programa sanacije i zbrinjavanja broda nije rezultirala očekivanim učincima. Tada je Hrvatskom pomorskom muzeju kao nositelju programa bilo odobreno 20 tisuća kuna i aneksom još 61.700 kuna, budući da je ukupno traženje prema troškovniku iznosilo ukupno 81.700 kuna.

Novac nije mogao biti uložen jer provoditelj programa nije osigurao potrebne 240.624 kune za izradu konstrukcije na koju bi brod bio smješten na “suhi vez” radi obavljanja restauratorskih radova. Hrvatski pomorski muzej izvijestio nas je o tom nedostatku 19. prosinca 2019., iz čega se može zaključiti da program zaštite i očuvanja nije bio stručno pripremljen.

Dok prepucavanja na kulturnjačkim vezama očito ne manjka, baštinski biser i dalje propada, pa ćemo i dalje pratiti razvoj situacije.

Nedavno smo pisali o inicijativi skupine HDZ-ovih saborskih zastupnika kojom su željeli pokrenuti obnovu broda “Istranka”, koji trune na vezu uz gradilište ribarskog pristaništa na Brižinama, na samoj granici Kaštel Sućurca i Solina.

Svoje su pismo namjere poslali Ministarstvu kulture, ali su se obratili i čelnicima resora diplomacije i mora, računajući na njihovu pomoć. Prva im je odgovorila ministrica dr. Nina Obuljen Koržinek sa, zasad, pisanom podrškom:

- Zajedničkom koordinacijom tijela, kojima je upućena inicijativa, vjerujemo da bi se pronašlo zadovoljavajuće rješenje mogućim otkupom broda od aktualnih vlasnika i osiguralo potrebno sufinanciranje za provedbu programa obnove i restauracije tog pokretnog kulturnog dobra.

Podsjećamo, riječ je o akciji spašavanja povijesnog broda, sadašnjeg imena “lstranka”, izrađenog 1896. godine u Trstu pod imenom “Ossero” (“Osor”) kao jahta carske obitelji Habsburga, koji je jedini “preživjeli” član austrougarske flote.

Već 1899. brod je preuzima austrijska mornarica, te je pod imenom “Dalmat” služio za razne namjene.

Upravo tom jahtom su 25. lipnja 1914. u Metković doplovili nadvojvoda Franjo Ferdinand i njegova supruga Sofija i vlakom nastavili putovanje prema Sarajevu, gdje su postali žrtve atentata.

Da povijest doista piše romane, potvrdilo se i u tom slučaju, jer su istim brodom njihovi posmrtni ostaci prevezeni pet dana kasnije upravo iz metkovske luke do bojnog broda “Viribus Unitis”, usidrenog ispred današnjih Ploča.

Čitav svoj vijek je “Istranka” provela u akvatoriju Jadranskog mora. Sjetit ćete se i vremena kada je bila privezana na našu Rivu, kao brod - restoran.

Krajem osamdesetih godina brod prelazi u privatno vlasništvo Duje Krstulovića i Stipe Tolja, te na njemu započinje obnova, ali početkom Domovinskog rata 1991. godine radovi se prekidaju, te brod ostaje privezan uz gat ispred tada već bivšeg rezališta u Svetom Kaju gdje se, nakon spašavanja od potonuća uz vranjičku obalu Sjeverne luke, i danas nalazi.

Početkom rujna 2002. brod je kupila talijanska tvrtka “Marina degli Aregai”, ali njihovi planovi o rekonstrukciji brzo su pali u more.

Brod ne smije iz Hrvatske

- Budući da su vlasnici iz ltalije, otvara se problem provođenja zakonskih obaveza, kao što su redovito održavanje i provođenje mjera zaštite, a za vlasnike je sporno i obvezujuće provođenje odredbi Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara kojim se “Istranka” ili njezini dijelovi ne mogu iznijeti iz Hrvatske.

Od 2016. do 2018. za zaustavljanje prodora mora i neuspjelo vađenje broda s dna, Ministarstvo kulture je odobrilo ukupno 277.625 kuna. Radovi su vođeni pod nadzorom Hrvatskog pomorskog muzeja u Splitu i Konzervatorskog odjela - navodi se u ministričinu dopisu i dodaje:

- Lanjska provedba programa sanacije i zbrinjavanja broda nije rezultirala očekivanim učincima. Tada je Hrvatskom pomorskom muzeju kao nositelju programa bilo odobreno 20 tisuća kuna i aneksom još 61.700 kuna, budući da je ukupno traženje prema troškovniku iznosilo ukupno 81.700 kuna.

Novac nije mogao biti uložen jer provoditelj programa nije osigurao potrebne 240.624 kune za izradu konstrukcije na koju bi brod bio smješten na “suhi vez” radi obavljanja restauratorskih radova. Hrvatski pomorski muzej izvijestio nas je o tom nedostatku 19. prosinca 2019., iz čega se može zaključiti da program zaštite i očuvanja nije bio stručno pripremljen.

Dok prepucavanja na kulturnjačkim vezama očito ne manjka, baštinski biser i dalje propada, pa ćemo i dalje pratiti razvoj situacije.

Nedavno smo pisali o inicijativi skupine HDZ-ovih saborskih zastupnika kojom su željeli pokrenuti obnovu broda “Istranka”, koji trune na vezu uz gradilište ribarskog pristaništa na Brižinama, na samoj granici Kaštel Sućurca i Solina.

Svoje su pismo namjere poslali Ministarstvu kulture, ali su se obratili i čelnicima resora diplomacije i mora, računajući na njihovu pomoć. Prva im je odgovorila ministrica dr. Nina Obuljen Koržinek sa, zasad, pisanom podrškom:

- Zajedničkom koordinacijom tijela, kojima je upućena inicijativa, vjerujemo da bi se pronašlo zadovoljavajuće rješenje mogućim otkupom broda od aktualnih vlasnika i osiguralo potrebno sufinanciranje za provedbu programa obnove i restauracije tog pokretnog kulturnog dobra.
