Mariana Bucat, poznata splitska arhitektica, sudska vještakinja te predstavnica većine suvlasnika stanova u Riječkoj i Istarskoj ulici u blizini kojih bi trebao niknuti Small Mall na svom Facebooku je podijelila dojmove s jučerašnjeg sastanka koji su predstavnici investitora imali s predstavnicima kotara Lučac-Manuš i nekolicinom stanara.

Njezinu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

- O tome kakav bio jučerašnji dan za nas šačicu poslanu da izvidi stanje "investitora" koji se popularno zove Small mall, ovdje ću napisati par redaka u 7 nastavaka jer ne može kraće, a ne stane sve u jedan post.

Nesnosnu vrućinu koja Dalmaciji nosi desant turista ljeti dodatno otežava politika naviknuta da rješava sve bitne odluke koje se izravno tiču te Dalmacije, eda bi politika izbjegla bilo kakvu konfrontaciju s građanima. Tako se dogodilo i sa Small mallom. Prezentacija "Šta bi Johan Breiteneder i njegovi pomagači htjeli saziđati u centru Splita" upala je u dan 12. 7. 2023. godine. Na isti dan kad je Milan Kundera definitivno postao besmrtan.

Od pomagača, tu su bili dvoje arhitekata iz 3LHD-a, firme koja se u Splitu već proslavila s Rivom i crnom rukometnom dvoranom, jedan tip koji se nije predstavio, ali se po priči dalo zaključiti da ima veze s izvođačem te Ibrica i Njegov brat Također.

Nesretni Johan je namazao kosu nekom mašću i zalizao je put nazad. Kao da je ispao iz južnotalijanskog filma. Samo nije vodio računa da se mast rastopi na 40 stupnjeva tako da se ta mast na njegovom njegovanom mladom lišcu izmiješala sa znojem pa mu je u nerashlađenoj kotarskoj prostoriji, nakon pola ure divanjenja, po lišcu izbilo crvenilo.

Investitori odjeveni u za njihova torza preuskim bijelim košuljama preko kojih su objesili jednobojne kravate. Arhitekti umjetnički razdrljeni, tj. s majicama koje su nehajno bile utirane u gaće pa su se po dijelu opsega trbuha, uslijed kretanja tijela, izvukle. Građevinar se po ničemu ne ističe.

On je ozbiljan i konkretan, s nezapamtljivim bilo čime. Čak i bez izrečenog imena i prezimena. On ima na svako pitanje svaki odgovor. Jedini koji pokazuje stvarnu želju da čim prije naruči 100 kubika betona te da ga ulije u ganz - novu austrijsku oplatu pa da onda okrene janjca i nazdravi ladnom piwom. Na pitanje gdje im je obavezni izvedbeni projekt Građevinar spremno odgovara da ga on ima, ali ga nema uza se.

Dobar dio kotarskoga sastanka se Johann igrao s mobitelom. Takvu ignoranciju nije za osuditi jer se nitko iz njegove neposredne okoline nije naročito trudio da mu prevede o čemu se radi. Nota bene, u njegovoj neposrednoj okolini su sjedali Ibrica i Njegov brat Također.

Kako to uvijek biva, "investitor" je arhitektu uvalio da prezentira što bi "investitor" želio. Arhitektu je bilo vidno nelagodno pa je više gledao u projekcijsko platno nego u publiku, mrmorio kao da mu to što govori nije stvarno uvjerenje.

Suosjećala sam s arhitektom. Istodobno se Jerko Trogrlić, direktor firme koja se bavi savjetovanjem ili, kako se to popularno kaže, PR-om, mrštio. Jebiga, očigledno je sve išlo obratno od onoga što je Jerko savjetovao. Inače, Jerko je sjedio u publici tako da sam ga uočila tek pošto su ga komitenti svojim nastupom primorali da se uključi.

Razgovor je uglavnom bio vođen kao da imaju posla s debilima - zaključila je Bucat.

Mariana Bucat, poznata splitska arhitektica, sudska vještakinja te predstavnica većine suvlasnika stanova u Riječkoj i Istarskoj ulici u blizini kojih bi trebao niknuti Small Mall na svom Facebooku je podijelila dojmove s jučerašnjeg sastanka koji su predstavnici investitora imali s predstavnicima kotara Lučac-Manuš i nekolicinom stanara.

Njezinu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

- O tome kakav bio jučerašnji dan za nas šačicu poslanu da izvidi stanje "investitora" koji se popularno zove Small mall, ovdje ću napisati par redaka u 7 nastavaka jer ne može kraće, a ne stane sve u jedan post.

Nesnosnu vrućinu koja Dalmaciji nosi desant turista ljeti dodatno otežava politika naviknuta da rješava sve bitne odluke koje se izravno tiču te Dalmacije, eda bi politika izbjegla bilo kakvu konfrontaciju s građanima. Tako se dogodilo i sa Small mallom. Prezentacija "Šta bi Johan Breiteneder i njegovi pomagači htjeli saziđati u centru Splita" upala je u dan 12. 7. 2023. godine. Na isti dan kad je Milan Kundera definitivno postao besmrtan.

Od pomagača, tu su bili dvoje arhitekata iz 3LHD-a, firme koja se u Splitu već proslavila s Rivom i crnom rukometnom dvoranom, jedan tip koji se nije predstavio, ali se po priči dalo zaključiti da ima veze s izvođačem te Ibrica i Njegov brat Također.

Nesretni Johan je namazao kosu nekom mašću i zalizao je put nazad. Kao da je ispao iz južnotalijanskog filma. Samo nije vodio računa da se mast rastopi na 40 stupnjeva tako da se ta mast na njegovom njegovanom mladom lišcu izmiješala sa znojem pa mu je u nerashlađenoj kotarskoj prostoriji, nakon pola ure divanjenja, po lišcu izbilo crvenilo.

Investitori odjeveni u za njihova torza preuskim bijelim košuljama preko kojih su objesili jednobojne kravate. Arhitekti umjetnički razdrljeni, tj. s majicama koje su nehajno bile utirane u gaće pa su se po dijelu opsega trbuha, uslijed kretanja tijela, izvukle. Građevinar se po ničemu ne ističe.

On je ozbiljan i konkretan, s nezapamtljivim bilo čime. Čak i bez izrečenog imena i prezimena. On ima na svako pitanje svaki odgovor. Jedini koji pokazuje stvarnu želju da čim prije naruči 100 kubika betona te da ga ulije u ganz - novu austrijsku oplatu pa da onda okrene janjca i nazdravi ladnom piwom. Na pitanje gdje im je obavezni izvedbeni projekt Građevinar spremno odgovara da ga on ima, ali ga nema uza se.

Dobar dio kotarskoga sastanka se Johann igrao s mobitelom. Takvu ignoranciju nije za osuditi jer se nitko iz njegove neposredne okoline nije naročito trudio da mu prevede o čemu se radi. Nota bene, u njegovoj neposrednoj okolini su sjedali Ibrica i Njegov brat Također.

Kako to uvijek biva, "investitor" je arhitektu uvalio da prezentira što bi "investitor" želio. Arhitektu je bilo vidno nelagodno pa je više gledao u projekcijsko platno nego u publiku, mrmorio kao da mu to što govori nije stvarno uvjerenje.

Suosjećala sam s arhitektom. Istodobno se Jerko Trogrlić, direktor firme koja se bavi savjetovanjem ili, kako se to popularno kaže, PR-om, mrštio. Jebiga, očigledno je sve išlo obratno od onoga što je Jerko savjetovao. Inače, Jerko je sjedio u publici tako da sam ga uočila tek pošto su ga komitenti svojim nastupom primorali da se uključi.

Razgovor je uglavnom bio vođen kao da imaju posla s debilima - zaključila je Bucat.
