Neracionalno podizanje cijena najamnine stanova u Splitu mnoge građane dovodi u nezavidan položaj. U cijeloj Europi cijene stanova padaju, a u Splitu samo rapidno rastu, što je dovelo do neviđenog zastoja kupoprodaje. Kupuju samo oni kojima gori pod petama, a svi ostali čekaju najavljeni pad cijena ili ulažu u nešto što nije toliko debelo precijenjeno.

Nevjerojatno je da u Splitu u ovom trenutku prodavači stanova za dvosobne starogradnje, koje zahtijevaju adaptaciju, traže po 250.000 do 300.000 eura. Isti se oglasi, da se to primijetiti, stoga mjesecima vrte po oglasnicima.  

Instagram profil "Dnevna doza splitskih nekretnina" nagoviješta da se "cijene nekretnina vraćaju u normalu" uz napomenu kako "svi želimo niže cijene najma i prodaje". 

Kako bi potkrijepili svoju tezu, dali su si truda i pronašli dokaze - slike oglasa prije i trenutno stanje.

- Dragi svi, mi ne oglašavamo stanove. Mi vam želimo pokazati da cijene stanova padaju i da, ako se strpite do ožujka-travnja, stan ćete moći kupiti po 30 posto nižoj cijeni... - pišu u jednoj od objava. 

- ... Nije pravo vrijeme za kupiti nekretninu. Cijene naglo padaju što znači da potraženje nema! Strpimo se svi do ljeta, cijene će se korigirati. Agencije se slažu, neke smo kontaktirali i svi potvrđuju i očekuju pad! - mišljenja su.  

Najveći pad koji su zabilježili je pad od 110 000 eura.

Neracionalno podizanje cijena najamnine stanova u Splitu mnoge građane dovodi u nezavidan položaj. U cijeloj Europi cijene stanova padaju, a u Splitu samo rapidno rastu, što je dovelo do neviđenog zastoja kupoprodaje. Kupuju samo oni kojima gori pod petama, a svi ostali čekaju najavljeni pad cijena ili ulažu u nešto što nije toliko debelo precijenjeno.

Nevjerojatno je da u Splitu u ovom trenutku prodavači stanova za dvosobne starogradnje, koje zahtijevaju adaptaciju, traže po 250.000 do 300.000 eura. Isti se oglasi, da se to primijetiti, stoga mjesecima vrte po oglasnicima.  

Instagram profil "Dnevna doza splitskih nekretnina" nagoviješta da se "cijene nekretnina vraćaju u normalu" uz napomenu kako "svi želimo niže cijene najma i prodaje". 

Kako bi potkrijepili svoju tezu, dali su si truda i pronašli dokaze - slike oglasa prije i trenutno stanje.

- Dragi svi, mi ne oglašavamo stanove. Mi vam želimo pokazati da cijene stanova padaju i da, ako se strpite do ožujka-travnja, stan ćete moći kupiti po 30 posto nižoj cijeni... - pišu u jednoj od objava. 

- ... Nije pravo vrijeme za kupiti nekretninu. Cijene naglo padaju što znači da potraženje nema! Strpimo se svi do ljeta, cijene će se korigirati. Agencije se slažu, neke smo kontaktirali i svi potvrđuju i očekuju pad! - mišljenja su.  

Najveći pad koji su zabilježili je pad od 110 000 eura.
