Ivica Kusić, potpredsjednik HDZ-a Split osvrnuo se na proračun Grada Splita i način vođenja gradskih financija od strane Ivice Puljka.

Siguran sam da nam za analizu gradonačelnikove financijske doktrine neće trebati puno vremena s obzirom da je prilično jednostavna - podigni cijene komunalne naknade i vrtića, a istovremeno se nenamjenski zaduži kod banaka iza zatvorenih vrata bez znanja javnosti, Gradskoga vijeća te bez pripremljenih projekata.

Ono što se posebno negativno ističe u cijeloj priči - čemu zaduživanje Grada ako u 2022. godini prebacujemo proračunski višak od 50 milijuna kuna, a gradska vlast nema spremne projekte na koje bi kredite uložila?

Predlaganje ovakvog blef-proračuna znači igranje sudbinama građana, a gradonačelnikovi projektni partneri su se već izjasnili da ga neće podržati jer želi kupiti vrijeme novim izborima kako bi prikrio nered koji je stvorio neradom.

To je sukus njihovog promišljanja gradskih financija, ali to i ne čudi jer nikad nisu upravljali složenim sustavom kao što je Grad Split, već imaju iskustvo samo u rušenju bitnih projekata poput izmjena DPU-a Žnjan i Dračevac, koje sad svojataju kao vlastite.

Međutim, iako im nedostaje iskustvo i znanje u vođenju financija, uvjeren sam da svojim kućnim budžetima ne bi raspolagali kao našim gradskim!

Ivica Kusić, potpredsjednik HDZ-a Split osvrnuo se na proračun Grada Splita i način vođenja gradskih financija od strane Ivice Puljka.

Siguran sam da nam za analizu gradonačelnikove financijske doktrine neće trebati puno vremena s obzirom da je prilično jednostavna - podigni cijene komunalne naknade i vrtića, a istovremeno se nenamjenski zaduži kod banaka iza zatvorenih vrata bez znanja javnosti, Gradskoga vijeća te bez pripremljenih projekata.

Ono što se posebno negativno ističe u cijeloj priči - čemu zaduživanje Grada ako u 2022. godini prebacujemo proračunski višak od 50 milijuna kuna, a gradska vlast nema spremne projekte na koje bi kredite uložila?

Predlaganje ovakvog blef-proračuna znači igranje sudbinama građana, a gradonačelnikovi projektni partneri su se već izjasnili da ga neće podržati jer želi kupiti vrijeme novim izborima kako bi prikrio nered koji je stvorio neradom.

To je sukus njihovog promišljanja gradskih financija, ali to i ne čudi jer nikad nisu upravljali složenim sustavom kao što je Grad Split, već imaju iskustvo samo u rušenju bitnih projekata poput izmjena DPU-a Žnjan i Dračevac, koje sad svojataju kao vlastite.

Međutim, iako im nedostaje iskustvo i znanje u vođenju financija, uvjeren sam da svojim kućnim budžetima ne bi raspolagali kao našim gradskim!

Ivica Kusić, potpredsjednik HDZ-a Split osvrnuo se na proračun Grada Splita i način vođenja gradskih financija od strane Ivice Puljka.

Siguran sam da nam za analizu gradonačelnikove financijske doktrine neće trebati puno vremena s obzirom da je prilično jednostavna - podigni cijene komunalne naknade i vrtića, a istovremeno se nenamjenski zaduži kod banaka iza zatvorenih vrata bez znanja javnosti, Gradskoga vijeća te bez pripremljenih projekata.

Ono što se posebno negativno ističe u cijeloj priči - čemu zaduživanje Grada ako u 2022. godini prebacujemo proračunski višak od 50 milijuna kuna, a gradska vlast nema spremne projekte na koje bi kredite uložila?
