Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća nižu se točke rasprave koje su vezane uz rebalans proračuna, a sve je to samo uvertira u raspravu o podizanju kredita kod Europske investicijske banke od 71 milijun eura.

Davor Matijević, prvi čovjek splitskog SDP-a je iznio uvjete po kojima bi njegovi zastupnici u vijeću dignuli ruke, a to je da svaka tranša ide pred vijećnike te da prije usvajanja, umjesto draft verzije, vijećnicima bude ponuđena konačna verzija ugovora.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je više puta ponovio da je Gradsko vijeće već uključeno u odlučivanje o svakom projektu koji će se financirati iz tih sredstava te da je draft verzija ugovora, ujedno i konačna.

Međutim, SDP je decidiran, u slučaju da Puljak ne pristane na njihove uvjete, oni neće dignuti ruku za kredit. Kako će onda Centar osigurati presudnu 16. ruku za izglasavanje zaduženja?

Špekulira da bi SDP-ovac Damir Barbir svakako mogao podržati zaduženje, što bi moglo izazvati dodatan raskol u ionako već klimavim odnosima na splitskoj ljevici.

Pitali smo Barbira hoće li beskompromisno podržati kredit, bez obzira na to hoće li Puljak pristati na uvjete njihove strane.

Damir Barbir nije htio komentirati ništa po tom pitanju, već čeka što će gradonačelnik reći po pitanju SDP-ovih uvjeta, ali će vidjeti i što donosi sami tijek rasprave.

Podsjećamo, Europska investicijska banka odobrila je Gradu Splitu okvirni mogući zajam je 150 milijuna eura na 25 godina, a na ovoj sjednici se odlučuje o prvom zajmu od 71 milijun eura.

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća nižu se točke rasprave koje su vezane uz rebalans proračuna, a sve je to samo uvertira u raspravu o podizanju kredita kod Europske investicijske banke od 71 milijun eura.

Davor Matijević, prvi čovjek splitskog SDP-a je iznio uvjete po kojima bi njegovi zastupnici u vijeću dignuli ruke, a to je da svaka tranša ide pred vijećnike te da prije usvajanja, umjesto draft verzije, vijećnicima bude ponuđena konačna verzija ugovora.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je više puta ponovio da je Gradsko vijeće već uključeno u odlučivanje o svakom projektu koji će se financirati iz tih sredstava te da je draft verzija ugovora, ujedno i konačna.

Međutim, SDP je decidiran, u slučaju da Puljak ne pristane na njihove uvjete, oni neće dignuti ruku za kredit. Kako će onda Centar osigurati presudnu 16. ruku za izglasavanje zaduženja?

Špekulira da bi SDP-ovac Damir Barbir svakako mogao podržati zaduženje, što bi moglo izazvati dodatan raskol u ionako već klimavim odnosima na splitskoj ljevici.

Pitali smo Barbira hoće li beskompromisno podržati kredit, bez obzira na to hoće li Puljak pristati na uvjete njihove strane.

Damir Barbir nije htio komentirati ništa po tom pitanju, već čeka što će gradonačelnik reći po pitanju SDP-ovih uvjeta, ali će vidjeti i što donosi sami tijek rasprave.

Podsjećamo, Europska investicijska banka odobrila je Gradu Splitu okvirni mogući zajam je 150 milijuna eura na 25 godina, a na ovoj sjednici se odlučuje o prvom zajmu od 71 milijun eura.
