Kad parkiram auto tamo di ga ne bi smija parkirat, normalno da ne želin da se po mome takujinu prilama neki propis koji bi mi izbija eure. Kad postavin trafiku bez dozvole na javnu površinu, naravno da ne bi tija da mi je neko ukloni.

Kad stavin štekat nasrid kale u Dioklecijanovoj palači, suncobranima zatvorin pogled na renesansu fasadu neke palače, potaracan kvadrate stolicama i postavin ogradu, jasno je da ne želin čut za nekakvu kaznu.

Kad ubacin hrpu mladih turista u stan na sedmome katu nebodera na Splitu 3 koji ne daju susidima mira ni danju ni noću, branit ću njihovo pravo da mi plate noćenja, ako triba i životon. U sva četiri slučaja ne želin da me neko dira. Kako bi postiga svoj mir u kršenju zakona i propisa, okrenit ću nebo i zemlju da bude po mome.

Pun san ka brod i mogu šta oću. Plakat ću, cvilit ću, potplatit ću, uvatit ću vezu, žalit ću se medijima na političke pritiske, samo da bude po mome. I boli me pipi šta nije po propisu, šta san blokira, zatvorija, prikrija, uništija, šta maltretiran prostor i ljude oko sebe. Propisi ne valjaju, paragrafe i članke triba minjat. Sve triba pustit. Onda će bit dobro.

Obaranje reda

Eto tako se u Splitu donosi i obara Komunalni red. Mi bi se tribali konačno izjasnit – kad već oćete, i referendumski – želimo li taj red ili ne želimo. Najbolje bi bilo da ga nema i ne znan šta se oko toga uzbuđujemo. Ili da ga ima, ali da ne ugrožava moje pravo da ga – malo i nema kad meni to ide na korist.

U Banovini već drugi put donose isti Komunalni red, prvi put su se posklizli na nestrpljenju, javno savjetovanje bilo je prekratko. Sad su se svi protagonisti upeli da ga se opet obori.

Dobro šta to rade ugostitelji iz centra i njihovi advokati, to in je posal, imaju milijune šuštavih razloga da mu se protive i znaju zbog čega im red ne triba. Ali šta se propela oporba: “Naći ćemo sve proceduralne greške da ga opet oborimo!”

Kako se u psihopatologiji naziva ta vrsta mazohizma?! Jer oni znaju zbog kojih bi proceduralnih grešaka Komunalni red opet triba past, ali neće reć. Iskoristit će to da ga obore. Da bude ne-red? Ti ljudi misle da činjenica kako su oporba i side u Gradskom vijeću ne znači da i oni participiraju u gradskoj vlasti. Oni možda ne znaju da štetu koju namjerno čine gradskin propisima, čine građanima.

Ne bi se tili mišat

Konzervatori su ka i obično reterirali, oni bi da je grad čist, prohodan i prozračan, da se čuva starina, ali kad je stani-pani, ne bi baš “da njima uđe”. Oni ne bi tili znat kako do toga doć. Pa bi najrađe povukli smjernice iz 2012. po kojima je sadašnji Komunalni red u centru skrojen, ne bi se tili mišat. Ali gradska vlast pri sastavljanju Komunalnog reda uopće ne triba njihove smjernice. Dobro je da ih uvaže, ali ne tribaju.

I ta gradska vlast. Toliko su pripametni da ne žele angažirat nekoga dobrog pravnika ili odvjetnika koji će im reć kako da sastave taj pišljivi Komunalni red bez da ga obori svaka šuša. Sitimo se samo ko je oslobodija grad obaveze plaćanja golemih rata za Spaladium Arenu. Po Gradu je to bila gotova priča. A pokazalo se da nije i ne mora bit.

Padne li ponovo Komunalni red, tribali bi sad odgovarat oni koju su ga očito drljavo sastavljali, taj je dokument prevažan da bi se od njega radila ovakva sprdačina.

Mogli bismo pomislit kako oni namjerno inzistiraju na pogreškama, kako bi ga se oborilo. Znači, kad se sve zbroji i oduzme, svi su protiv reda.

Kad parkiram auto tamo di ga ne bi smija parkirat, normalno da ne želin da se po mome takujinu prilama neki propis koji bi mi izbija eure. Kad postavin trafiku bez dozvole na javnu površinu, naravno da ne bi tija da mi je neko ukloni.

Kad stavin štekat nasrid kale u Dioklecijanovoj palači, suncobranima zatvorin pogled na renesansu fasadu neke palače, potaracan kvadrate stolicama i postavin ogradu, jasno je da ne želin čut za nekakvu kaznu.

Kad ubacin hrpu mladih turista u stan na sedmome katu nebodera na Splitu 3 koji ne daju susidima mira ni danju ni noću, branit ću njihovo pravo da mi plate noćenja, ako triba i životon. U sva četiri slučaja ne želin da me neko dira. Kako bi postiga svoj mir u kršenju zakona i propisa, okrenit ću nebo i zemlju da bude po mome.

Pun san ka brod i mogu šta oću. Plakat ću, cvilit ću, potplatit ću, uvatit ću vezu, žalit ću se medijima na političke pritiske, samo da bude po mome. I boli me pipi šta nije po propisu, šta san blokira, zatvorija, prikrija, uništija, šta maltretiran prostor i ljude oko sebe. Propisi ne valjaju, paragrafe i članke triba minjat. Sve triba pustit. Onda će bit dobro.

Obaranje reda

Eto tako se u Splitu donosi i obara Komunalni red. Mi bi se tribali konačno izjasnit – kad već oćete, i referendumski – želimo li taj red ili ne želimo. Najbolje bi bilo da ga nema i ne znan šta se oko toga uzbuđujemo. Ili da ga ima, ali da ne ugrožava moje pravo da ga – malo i nema kad meni to ide na korist.

U Banovini već drugi put donose isti Komunalni red, prvi put su se posklizli na nestrpljenju, javno savjetovanje bilo je prekratko. Sad su se svi protagonisti upeli da ga se opet obori.

Dobro šta to rade ugostitelji iz centra i njihovi advokati, to in je posal, imaju milijune šuštavih razloga da mu se protive i znaju zbog čega im red ne triba. Ali šta se propela oporba: “Naći ćemo sve proceduralne greške da ga opet oborimo!”

Kako se u psihopatologiji naziva ta vrsta mazohizma?! Jer oni znaju zbog kojih bi proceduralnih grešaka Komunalni red opet triba past, ali neće reć. Iskoristit će to da ga obore. Da bude ne-red? Ti ljudi misle da činjenica kako su oporba i side u Gradskom vijeću ne znači da i oni participiraju u gradskoj vlasti. Oni možda ne znaju da štetu koju namjerno čine gradskin propisima, čine građanima.

Ne bi se tili mišat

Konzervatori su ka i obično reterirali, oni bi da je grad čist, prohodan i prozračan, da se čuva starina, ali kad je stani-pani, ne bi baš “da njima uđe”. Oni ne bi tili znat kako do toga doć. Pa bi najrađe povukli smjernice iz 2012. po kojima je sadašnji Komunalni red u centru skrojen, ne bi se tili mišat. Ali gradska vlast pri sastavljanju Komunalnog reda uopće ne triba njihove smjernice. Dobro je da ih uvaže, ali ne tribaju.

I ta gradska vlast. Toliko su pripametni da ne žele angažirat nekoga dobrog pravnika ili odvjetnika koji će im reć kako da sastave taj pišljivi Komunalni red bez da ga obori svaka šuša. Sitimo se samo ko je oslobodija grad obaveze plaćanja golemih rata za Spaladium Arenu. Po Gradu je to bila gotova priča. A pokazalo se da nije i ne mora bit.

Padne li ponovo Komunalni red, tribali bi sad odgovarat oni koju su ga očito drljavo sastavljali, taj je dokument prevažan da bi se od njega radila ovakva sprdačina.

Mogli bismo pomislit kako oni namjerno inzistiraju na pogreškama, kako bi ga se oborilo. Znači, kad se sve zbroji i oduzme, svi su protiv reda.
