Iz splitskog ogranka političke platforme Možemo reagirali su na izjavu gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka u kojoj je obznanio da se odustalo iz izgranje stanova za dugoročni najam.

Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Kad je još u izbornom programu 2019. naša stranka Možemo! pokrenula inicijativu za gradnju javnih gradskih stanova za najam kako bi mlade obitelji povoljno i bez dužničkog ropstva riješile svoje stambeno pitanje, to je od većine hrvatske političke scene dočekano na nož, uz optužbe za povratak socijalizma ili rušenje tržišta.

Kad su cijene nekretnina "tržišno" odletjele u nebo najednom više nije bilo političke stranke koja nije zajašila baš na toj ideji. No, nije trebalo dugo da stvari sjednu na svoje mjesto, i da se pokaže kako tko promatra javno dobro u ovom segmentu. Evo, recimo, u Splitu.

Lokalni HDZ "rješenje" je našao u subvencioniranju podstanara s po 200 eura mjesečno, ne uspijevajući predvidjeti čak ni očitu i banalnu posljedicu: time bi samo pomogli stanodavcima da zadrže ili još povećaju ionako previsoke cijene.

Još zanimljiviji preokret došao je od Centra i gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka. U svom predizbornom programu naveli su da već imaju "model izgradnje stanova za dugoročni najam, kako za mlade, tako i za starije, te za socijalno ugrožene kategorije građana, prema modelima najboljih europskih zemalja, poput Nizozemske", naveli su i lokacije - Brda, Šine, Korešnicu i Kopilicu. I to za čak 1100 stanova.

Dvije godine kasnije, najednom, gradonačelniku čak ni važna stavka u vlastitom programu "nije prihvatljiva gradu Splitu". Dvije su godine prošle, i od Korešnice nema ništa, čak ni zemljište. Netko mu je, pak, izračunao da bi najam stana od 50 kvadrata stajao basnoslovnih 850 eura mjesečno, Inače se gradu "ne isplati". Ali će zato ponuditi privatnim investitorima olakšice ne bi li oni gradili takve stanove. Kao da Split nema već slično iskustvo s POS-om na Brodarici.

Pritom se u tom liberalnom vrtlogu zaboravlja najvažnije: grad ne može raditi samo stvari koje mu se "isplate". Ni parkovi se ne isplate, ni škole, ni bolnice se ne isplate. Knjižnica i jaslice također se ne isplate. To za javnu upravu nije nikakav argument. Zato i postoje porezi i ostala davanja, da bi društvo moglo financirati ono što je "neisplativo".

A kad se "ne isplati", stiže nova "spasonosna" ideja: od države i državnih vlasti, ma što autori ideje javno mislili o njima, zatražit će osnivanje državnog fonda za sufinanciranje stanova za dugoročni najam. Logika je jednostavna: zacrtaš plan, obećaš ga biračima, shvatiš da ga nisi u stanju realizirati ili ti to doista nikad nije bila namjera, i onda kreneš u potragu za nekim zločestim koga ćeš okriviti za neuspjeh. I tako, plan po plan, obećanje po obećanje, prođe mandat", poručili su iz Možemo.

Iz splitskog ogranka političke platforme Možemo reagirali su na izjavu gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka u kojoj je obznanio da se odustalo iz izgranje stanova za dugoročni najam.

Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Kad je još u izbornom programu 2019. naša stranka Možemo! pokrenula inicijativu za gradnju javnih gradskih stanova za najam kako bi mlade obitelji povoljno i bez dužničkog ropstva riješile svoje stambeno pitanje, to je od većine hrvatske političke scene dočekano na nož, uz optužbe za povratak socijalizma ili rušenje tržišta.

Kad su cijene nekretnina "tržišno" odletjele u nebo najednom više nije bilo političke stranke koja nije zajašila baš na toj ideji. No, nije trebalo dugo da stvari sjednu na svoje mjesto, i da se pokaže kako tko promatra javno dobro u ovom segmentu. Evo, recimo, u Splitu.

Lokalni HDZ "rješenje" je našao u subvencioniranju podstanara s po 200 eura mjesečno, ne uspijevajući predvidjeti čak ni očitu i banalnu posljedicu: time bi samo pomogli stanodavcima da zadrže ili još povećaju ionako previsoke cijene.

Još zanimljiviji preokret došao je od Centra i gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka. U svom predizbornom programu naveli su da već imaju "model izgradnje stanova za dugoročni najam, kako za mlade, tako i za starije, te za socijalno ugrožene kategorije građana, prema modelima najboljih europskih zemalja, poput Nizozemske", naveli su i lokacije - Brda, Šine, Korešnicu i Kopilicu. I to za čak 1100 stanova.

Dvije godine kasnije, najednom, gradonačelniku čak ni važna stavka u vlastitom programu "nije prihvatljiva gradu Splitu". Dvije su godine prošle, i od Korešnice nema ništa, čak ni zemljište. Netko mu je, pak, izračunao da bi najam stana od 50 kvadrata stajao basnoslovnih 850 eura mjesečno, Inače se gradu "ne isplati". Ali će zato ponuditi privatnim investitorima olakšice ne bi li oni gradili takve stanove. Kao da Split nema već slično iskustvo s POS-om na Brodarici.

Pritom se u tom liberalnom vrtlogu zaboravlja najvažnije: grad ne može raditi samo stvari koje mu se "isplate". Ni parkovi se ne isplate, ni škole, ni bolnice se ne isplate. Knjižnica i jaslice također se ne isplate. To za javnu upravu nije nikakav argument. Zato i postoje porezi i ostala davanja, da bi društvo moglo financirati ono što je "neisplativo".

A kad se "ne isplati", stiže nova "spasonosna" ideja: od države i državnih vlasti, ma što autori ideje javno mislili o njima, zatražit će osnivanje državnog fonda za sufinanciranje stanova za dugoročni najam. Logika je jednostavna: zacrtaš plan, obećaš ga biračima, shvatiš da ga nisi u stanju realizirati ili ti to doista nikad nije bila namjera, i onda kreneš u potragu za nekim zločestim koga ćeš okriviti za neuspjeh. I tako, plan po plan, obećanje po obećanje, prođe mandat", poručili su iz Možemo.
