U vremenima kada se Grad zadužuje 90 milijuna kuna, nedopustivo je da se novac baca na kupovinu bezvrijedne firme "Tržnice Hippos", privatne tvrtke koja je još puna dva mjeseca koncesionar gradskih tržnica i Peškarije - poručili su Jakov Prkić i Branimir Urlić, splitski gradski vijećnici stranke Pametno na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare.

Podsjetimo, u gospodarskoj studiji modela upravljanja tržnica na malo koju je izradila tvrtka "Deloitte" predstavljeno je pet različitih modela kako bi se gradskim ocima pomoglo pri odabiru najkvalitetnijeg za upravljanje pazarima i ribarnicom, a prvorangirani model upravljanja prema tvrtki "Deloitte" je preuzimanje "Tržnica Hippos" od strane Grada.

- Mislim da ne smijemo pristati na kupnju 'Hipposa' koji ne vrijedi apsolutno ništa. Nekoliko vaga i suncobrana ne mogu vrijediti ništa. Predlažemo da upravljanje tržnicama na malo po isteku ugovora preuzme gradsko poduzeće ili, ako je potrebno, više njih.

Neshvatljivo je kako se nešto sa čime nismo zadovoljni dugo godina, sada se pojavljuje kao dobra prilika za kupovinu - rekao je Jakov Prkić.

Istaknuo je da su vijećnici dovedeni u vremenski tjesnac, a to smatra krivnjom gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare i njegovih suradnika, budući da se godinama znalo da nam se približava kraj koncesije.

- Još uvijek nije kasno osnovati novu gradsku tvrtku za upravljanje tržnicama, a ako ništa drugo, imamo Spalatum DMC, firmu koja ne služi ničemu pa neka preuzme upravljanje tržnicama na malo. Sve je bolje rješenje nego kupovati nešto što ne vrijedi apsolutno ništa - istaknuo je Prkić.

Njegov stranački kolega Branimir Urlić je dodao da je smiješan argument gradonačelnika da je vrijednost tvrtke "Tržnice Hippos" što imaju minimalne tehničke uvjete.

- Pravilnik o minimalnim tehničkim i drugim uvjetima koji se odnose na tržnice na malo nije zahtjevan i može se bez problema ishoditi. Od pet stavaka tog Pravilnika, u jednom stavku stoji kako se treba biti spojeno na komunalnu infrastrukturu i kako treba održavati čistoću.

Eto, imamo sreće što smo spojeni na komunalnu infrastrukturu, a čistoću je uvijek bilo teško održavati - poručio je Urlić.

Kao što je "Tržnica Hippos" preuzela zaposlenike od "Tržnice-Split", poduzeća koje je prije "Hipposa" upravljalo tržnicama, smatra da bi tako neki bitni zaposlenici mogli prijeći u odjel postojećeg gradskog poduzeća, a oprema se, dodaje, može kupiti po razumnom iznosu od sadašnjeg koncesionara.

Za sada ne znaju koliko bi mogao vrijediti "Hippos", ali ih priča neodoljivo podsjeća na kupnju HVIDRA-e, čija je procjena iznosila između dva i 22 milijuna kuna.

- Na kraju je Grad kupio za pet milijuna kuna, a slično očekujemo i s "Tržnicama Hippos" da će se procijeniti na neku vrijednost, pa će, eto, "Hippos" izaći ususret i spustiti tu cijenu, pa ćemo svi biti zadovoljni jer ćemo dobiti manje od procijenjene cijene.

U svakom slučaju, kupnja te firme nije opcija - zaključio je Jakov Prkić koji smatra da se preuzimanje tržnica od strane postojećeg gradskog poduzeća može realizirati i u ovom kratkom periodu, ali samo ako za to Grad ima volje.

Hippos je u posljednjih 20 godina imao više od 60 milijuna kuna dobiti


Branimir Urlić i Jakov Prkić su istaknuli da je posljednjih 20 godina "Hippos" imao više do 60 milijuna kuna dobiti.
- Ostvarivali su dobit s minimalnim ulaganjima. Čak je održavanje bilo smiješno i nekome takvome dati da upravlja time je nelogično. Oni su doveli gradsku imovinu u stanje raspadanja, a Grad bi je sada trebao obnoviti i tim istim ljudima koji su je doveli u ovakvo stanje, još dati nekoliko milijuna kuna da ih nagradimo, a i da s još tih 60 milijuna kuna dobiti mogu lakše otići u penziju - rekao je Urlić, na što je Jakov Prkić je naglasio kako ne može shvatiti zašto ih se dovodi u vremenski tjesnac, osim ako  nije nekome u interesu da se kupi ta privatna firma zbog koje je prije gotovo 20 godina ugašena gradska tvrtka "Tržnice-Split"

U vremenima kada se Grad zadužuje 90 milijuna kuna, nedopustivo je da se novac baca na kupovinu bezvrijedne firme "Tržnice Hippos", privatne tvrtke koja je još puna dva mjeseca koncesionar gradskih tržnica i Peškarije - poručili su Jakov Prkić i Branimir Urlić, splitski gradski vijećnici stranke Pametno na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare.

Podsjetimo, u gospodarskoj studiji modela upravljanja tržnica na malo koju je izradila tvrtka "Deloitte" predstavljeno je pet različitih modela kako bi se gradskim ocima pomoglo pri odabiru najkvalitetnijeg za upravljanje pazarima i ribarnicom, a prvorangirani model upravljanja prema tvrtki "Deloitte" je preuzimanje "Tržnica Hippos" od strane Grada.

- Mislim da ne smijemo pristati na kupnju 'Hipposa' koji ne vrijedi apsolutno ništa. Nekoliko vaga i suncobrana ne mogu vrijediti ništa. Predlažemo da upravljanje tržnicama na malo po isteku ugovora preuzme gradsko poduzeće ili, ako je potrebno, više njih.

Neshvatljivo je kako se nešto sa čime nismo zadovoljni dugo godina, sada se pojavljuje kao dobra prilika za kupovinu - rekao je Jakov Prkić.

Istaknuo je da su vijećnici dovedeni u vremenski tjesnac, a to smatra krivnjom gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare i njegovih suradnika, budući da se godinama znalo da nam se približava kraj koncesije.

- Još uvijek nije kasno osnovati novu gradsku tvrtku za upravljanje tržnicama, a ako ništa drugo, imamo Spalatum DMC, firmu koja ne služi ničemu pa neka preuzme upravljanje tržnicama na malo. Sve je bolje rješenje nego kupovati nešto što ne vrijedi apsolutno ništa - istaknuo je Prkić.

Njegov stranački kolega Branimir Urlić je dodao da je smiješan argument gradonačelnika da je vrijednost tvrtke "Tržnice Hippos" što imaju minimalne tehničke uvjete.

- Pravilnik o minimalnim tehničkim i drugim uvjetima koji se odnose na tržnice na malo nije zahtjevan i može se bez problema ishoditi. Od pet stavaka tog Pravilnika, u jednom stavku stoji kako se treba biti spojeno na komunalnu infrastrukturu i kako treba održavati čistoću.

Eto, imamo sreće što smo spojeni na komunalnu infrastrukturu, a čistoću je uvijek bilo teško održavati - poručio je Urlić.

Kao što je "Tržnica Hippos" preuzela zaposlenike od "Tržnice-Split", poduzeća koje je prije "Hipposa" upravljalo tržnicama, smatra da bi tako neki bitni zaposlenici mogli prijeći u odjel postojećeg gradskog poduzeća, a oprema se, dodaje, može kupiti po razumnom iznosu od sadašnjeg koncesionara.

Za sada ne znaju koliko bi mogao vrijediti "Hippos", ali ih priča neodoljivo podsjeća na kupnju HVIDRA-e, čija je procjena iznosila između dva i 22 milijuna kuna.

- Na kraju je Grad kupio za pet milijuna kuna, a slično očekujemo i s "Tržnicama Hippos" da će se procijeniti na neku vrijednost, pa će, eto, "Hippos" izaći ususret i spustiti tu cijenu, pa ćemo svi biti zadovoljni jer ćemo dobiti manje od procijenjene cijene.

U svakom slučaju, kupnja te firme nije opcija - zaključio je Jakov Prkić koji smatra da se preuzimanje tržnica od strane postojećeg gradskog poduzeća može realizirati i u ovom kratkom periodu, ali samo ako za to Grad ima volje.

Branimir Urlić i Jakov Prkić su istaknuli da je posljednjih 20 godina "Hippos" imao više do 60 milijuna kuna dobiti.
- Ostvarivali su dobit s minimalnim ulaganjima. Čak je održavanje bilo smiješno i nekome takvome dati da upravlja time je nelogično. Oni su doveli gradsku imovinu u stanje raspadanja, a Grad bi je sada trebao obnoviti i tim istim ljudima koji su je doveli u ovakvo stanje, još dati nekoliko milijuna kuna da ih nagradimo, a i da s još tih 60 milijuna kuna dobiti mogu lakše otići u penziju - rekao je Urlić, na što je Jakov Prkić je naglasio kako ne može shvatiti zašto ih se dovodi u vremenski tjesnac, osim ako  nije nekome u interesu da se kupi ta privatna firma zbog koje je prije gotovo 20 godina ugašena gradska tvrtka "Tržnice-Split"
