Mjesec dana trajala je velika akcija komunalnog redarstva i Čistoće "Očistimo grad" tijekom koje je s 1588 lokacija prikupljeno 335 tona otpada, ali nažalost brzo su se navike naših sugrađana vratile na staro.

Unatoč svim apelima i informacijama, gdje i kako s glomaznim i građevinskim otpad, izgleda da je nekim građanima ipak jednostavnije pod okriljem noći izbaciti građevinski otpad na ulicu pod mišlju neka moja briga pređe na drugog.

Primjer takvog ponašanja stiže nam iz Gupčeve na Bačvicama, kod Hatzeovog perivoja. U srijedu, 28. srpnja u večernjim satima, sugrađanin je sa svojom karijolom u nekoliko navrata pokraj kontejnera prebacio građevinski otpad i po njemu je taj problem riješen jer otpad više nije u njegovoj kući. No, nažalost problem nije riješen jer taj otpad već danima stoji na ulici.

Razlog toga je što radnici gradske tvrtke "Čistoće" ne mogu samoinicijativno pokupiti građevinski otpad već to rade po nalog komunalnog redara, a kako nam je potvrdio Goran Dlaka, voditelj komunalnih redara, uklanjanje je dogovoreno za utorak ujutro.

Akcija "Očistimo grad" koštala je 234 tisuće kune javnog novca, a kakvo je stanje nakon njene provedbe, pitali smo Lukšu Regja, direktora "Čistoće".

- Najveći problem su navike koje su loše. Primjerice građani u dva reciklažna dvorišta, Karepovac i Orišac, mogu besplatno odložiti do 200 kilograma građevinskog otpada u šest mjeseci. Pod tim se odnosi na građevinski otpad koji nastaje održavanjem i manjim popravcima u kućanstvo koje obavlja sam vlasnik, objašnjava nam Regjo.

S druge strane, primjerice prilikom većeg renoviranja stana građani su dužni držati se propisa i odložiti građevinski otpad kako je propisano.

- Građevinski otpad koji pokupimo odnosimo kod ovlaštene tvrtke Brkan Plano, a Grad Split svaku tonu plaća 300 kuna. Građani odnosno investitori su dužni taj isti građevinski otpad primjerice prilikom renoviranja stana i zbrinuti, što ih po nekoj računici košta oko dvije tisuće kuna. Ima i situacija gdje građani u dobroj vjeri i plate nekome zbrinjavanje, a zapravo taj otpad završi svugdje samo ne gdje treba. U situacijama angažiranja nekoga za odvoz toga otpada neka traže dokaz gdje je zbrinut, ističe Regjo.

Dodaje kako se ovom akcijom pokazalo da grad može biti čist, ali sada su na potezu sami građani.

- Informacije gdje s kojom vrstom otpada su dostupne na našim web stranicama, na poleđini svakog računa je raspored odvoza glomaznog otpada.. Treba se uvesti disciplina kako bi ljudi shvatili da ne mogu bacati otpad gdje požele. Sada treba početi i kažnjavati jer ćemo se na ovaj način samo vrtjeti u krug, za kraj nam je kazao Regjo.

Mjesec dana trajala je velika akcija komunalnog redarstva i Čistoće "Očistimo grad" tijekom koje je s 1588 lokacija prikupljeno 335 tona otpada, ali nažalost brzo su se navike naših sugrađana vratile na staro.

Unatoč svim apelima i informacijama, gdje i kako s glomaznim i građevinskim otpad, izgleda da je nekim građanima ipak jednostavnije pod okriljem noći izbaciti građevinski otpad na ulicu pod mišlju neka moja briga pređe na drugog.

Primjer takvog ponašanja stiže nam iz Gupčeve na Bačvicama, kod Hatzeovog perivoja. U srijedu, 28. srpnja u večernjim satima, sugrađanin je sa svojom karijolom u nekoliko navrata pokraj kontejnera prebacio građevinski otpad i po njemu je taj problem riješen jer otpad više nije u njegovoj kući. No, nažalost problem nije riješen jer taj otpad već danima stoji na ulici.

Razlog toga je što radnici gradske tvrtke "Čistoće" ne mogu samoinicijativno pokupiti građevinski otpad već to rade po nalog komunalnog redara, a kako nam je potvrdio Goran Dlaka, voditelj komunalnih redara, uklanjanje je dogovoreno za utorak ujutro.

Akcija "Očistimo grad" koštala je 234 tisuće kune javnog novca, a kakvo je stanje nakon njene provedbe, pitali smo Lukšu Regja, direktora "Čistoće".

- Najveći problem su navike koje su loše. Primjerice građani u dva reciklažna dvorišta, Karepovac i Orišac, mogu besplatno odložiti do 200 kilograma građevinskog otpada u šest mjeseci. Pod tim se odnosi na građevinski otpad koji nastaje održavanjem i manjim popravcima u kućanstvo koje obavlja sam vlasnik, objašnjava nam Regjo.

S druge strane, primjerice prilikom većeg renoviranja stana građani su dužni držati se propisa i odložiti građevinski otpad kako je propisano.

- Građevinski otpad koji pokupimo odnosimo kod ovlaštene tvrtke Brkan Plano, a Grad Split svaku tonu plaća 300 kuna. Građani odnosno investitori su dužni taj isti građevinski otpad primjerice prilikom renoviranja stana i zbrinuti, što ih po nekoj računici košta oko dvije tisuće kuna. Ima i situacija gdje građani u dobroj vjeri i plate nekome zbrinjavanje, a zapravo taj otpad završi svugdje samo ne gdje treba. U situacijama angažiranja nekoga za odvoz toga otpada neka traže dokaz gdje je zbrinut, ističe Regjo.

Dodaje kako se ovom akcijom pokazalo da grad može biti čist, ali sada su na potezu sami građani.

- Informacije gdje s kojom vrstom otpada su dostupne na našim web stranicama, na poleđini svakog računa je raspored odvoza glomaznog otpada.. Treba se uvesti disciplina kako bi ljudi shvatili da ne mogu bacati otpad gdje požele. Sada treba početi i kažnjavati jer ćemo se na ovaj način samo vrtjeti u krug, za kraj nam je kazao Regjo.
