Pritužbe na Flixbus autobuse na redakcijski mail stižu redovito, a svaki put nas iznenadi raznolikost i specifičnost svake od njih.

Nikolina Ivković, Hrvatica s mjestom prebivališta u Švicarskoj, prepričala je negativno iskustvo s Flixbusom čija je polazišna točka bila grad Split. 

- Živimo u Švicarskoj, a naše 15-godišnje dijete svaki Božić i svako ljeto ide kod prijatelja i bake i djeda na praznike. Prije nekoliko dana krenuo je iz Splita za Lausanneu u Švicarskoj. 

Inače putuje drugom firmom, međutim, za ovaj datum nam nije odgovaralo vrijeme, jer je bus dolazio ujutro u 5 i ne bi stigli na posao, pa smo uzeli kartu za Flixbus.

Prema rasporedu, autobus je trebao krenuti u 10 i 30 iz Splita, zatim je u Zagrebu trebalo biti presjedanje u 15 i 30 te nastavak puta dalje u 17 sati. Međutim, zbog prevelike gužve autobus u Zagreb stiže tek u 21 sati. 

U nadi da će ipak uhvatiti neki autobus za krajnju destinaciju, dječak pita vozača gdje je sljedeći autobus za Švicarsku na što mu on odgovara kako je ovo zadnje stajalište.

- Vozač se okrene i otiđe. Na informacijama mu kažu kako nema autobusa do sutra ujutro, nema nikakve vanredne linije i ne mogu mu pomoći.

Kaže neljubazna gospođa na njihovom šalteru da to nije njezin problem i da ima sljedeći bus ujutro u 11. Ne znam čiji bi problem trebao biti što je dijete od 15 godina navečer samo na stanici, pada kiša, a za kartu koja je plaćena nema autobusa! - priča Nikolina. 

Nakon bezupješno obavljenog razgovora s gospođom na šalteru, dječak pita još dva vozača Flixbusa koji dolaze na kolovor za više informacija.

- Jedan mu kaže da čeka na peronu 503, a drugi da ne zna.. I čeka on tako preko sat vremena. Pogasila se svjetla. Nema više ni ljudi ni autobusa... Pokušali smo ih dobiti na sve moguće brojeve, javlja se neka gospođa s kolodvora koja nam je rekla nema više buseva, svi su otišli... - prepričava zabrinuta majka. 

- Idući dan ujutro na oba autobusa piše "rasprodano". Ništa... Nađemo osobu kod koje može prespavati, kupimo drugu kartu za drugog prijevoznika ponovno za 150 eura, no ovu kartu ne mogu gospoda nadoknaditi jer smo otišli u drugog prijevoznika.

Znači da bismo trebali čekati dva, tri dana njihov sljedeći bus, ako ga uopće bude, da bi nam vratili novce. Dijete je zbog njihove greške putovalo od subote ujutro u 10 iz Splita, a došlo kući u ponedjeljak ujutro u 3 i 30. 

Tražili su i povrat novca, ali rekli su im da povrata nema. 

- Nadam se da se drugi neće zeznuti jer ima dosta starijih ljudi koji se ne bi snašli ili onih koji ne bi imali kod koga prespavati usredi noći dok je vani kiša. Ovo je stvarno grozno, neprofesionalno i neljubazno za toliku firmu i tolike novce... - frustrirano kaže Nikolina.

Pritužbe na Flixbus autobuse na redakcijski mail stižu redovito, a svaki put nas iznenadi raznolikost i specifičnost svake od njih.

Nikolina Ivković, Hrvatica s mjestom prebivališta u Švicarskoj, prepričala je negativno iskustvo s Flixbusom čija je polazišna točka bila grad Split. 

- Živimo u Švicarskoj, a naše 15-godišnje dijete svaki Božić i svako ljeto ide kod prijatelja i bake i djeda na praznike. Prije nekoliko dana krenuo je iz Splita za Lausanneu u Švicarskoj. 

Inače putuje drugom firmom, međutim, za ovaj datum nam nije odgovaralo vrijeme, jer je bus dolazio ujutro u 5 i ne bi stigli na posao, pa smo uzeli kartu za Flixbus.

Prema rasporedu, autobus je trebao krenuti u 10 i 30 iz Splita, zatim je u Zagrebu trebalo biti presjedanje u 15 i 30 te nastavak puta dalje u 17 sati. Međutim, zbog prevelike gužve autobus u Zagreb stiže tek u 21 sati. 

U nadi da će ipak uhvatiti neki autobus za krajnju destinaciju, dječak pita vozača gdje je sljedeći autobus za Švicarsku na što mu on odgovara kako je ovo zadnje stajalište.

- Vozač se okrene i otiđe. Na informacijama mu kažu kako nema autobusa do sutra ujutro, nema nikakve vanredne linije i ne mogu mu pomoći.

Kaže neljubazna gospođa na njihovom šalteru da to nije njezin problem i da ima sljedeći bus ujutro u 11. Ne znam čiji bi problem trebao biti što je dijete od 15 godina navečer samo na stanici, pada kiša, a za kartu koja je plaćena nema autobusa! - priča Nikolina. 

Nakon bezupješno obavljenog razgovora s gospođom na šalteru, dječak pita još dva vozača Flixbusa koji dolaze na kolovor za više informacija.

- Jedan mu kaže da čeka na peronu 503, a drugi da ne zna.. I čeka on tako preko sat vremena. Pogasila se svjetla. Nema više ni ljudi ni autobusa... Pokušali smo ih dobiti na sve moguće brojeve, javlja se neka gospođa s kolodvora koja nam je rekla nema više buseva, svi su otišli... - prepričava zabrinuta majka. 

- Idući dan ujutro na oba autobusa piše "rasprodano". Ništa... Nađemo osobu kod koje može prespavati, kupimo drugu kartu za drugog prijevoznika ponovno za 150 eura, no ovu kartu ne mogu gospoda nadoknaditi jer smo otišli u drugog prijevoznika.

Znači da bismo trebali čekati dva, tri dana njihov sljedeći bus, ako ga uopće bude, da bi nam vratili novce. Dijete je zbog njihove greške putovalo od subote ujutro u 10 iz Splita, a došlo kući u ponedjeljak ujutro u 3 i 30. 

Tražili su i povrat novca, ali rekli su im da povrata nema. 

- Nadam se da se drugi neće zeznuti jer ima dosta starijih ljudi koji se ne bi snašli ili onih koji ne bi imali kod koga prespavati usredi noći dok je vani kiša. Ovo je stvarno grozno, neprofesionalno i neljubazno za toliku firmu i tolike novce... - frustrirano kaže Nikolina.
