Liječnici kojima nije lako raditi u pandemiji koronavirusa zasigurno su pedijatri primarne zdravstvene zaštite.
Kako rade s vrlo osjetljivim dijelom populacije, najmanjim pacijentima, i njihova odgovornost je iznimno velika.

O tome na koji se način u pedijatrijskim ordinacijama promijenio način rada od početka pandemije razgovarali smo s dr. Snježanom Kapor Jeričević, poznatom splitskom pedijatricom.

– Unaprijedili smo sve mogućnosti komunikacije u digitalnom obliku u cilju smanjenja posjeta ordinaciji za administrativne potrebe, kao što su dobivanje potvrda, ispričnica ili terapije. Novost je da od 1. listopada kreće sustav e-uputnica. Do sada smo uputnice davali u papirnatom obliku, a samo naručivanje na preglede obavljalo se elektronički – kazuje nam dr. Kapor Jeričević.

Da bi se smanjila mogućnost zaraze koronavirusom, tijekom posjeta pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji potrebno je obvezno najaviti svoj dolazak.

Više respiratornih infekcija

Doktorica navodi kako je važno da dijete dođe u pratnji samo jednog roditelja, za kojeg su nošenje maske i dezinfekcija ruku obvezni, kao i držanje razmaka u čekaonici, jer na taj način najbolje preveniramo moguću zarazu COVID-om.
Od početka nastave u školama, dakle, proteklih 15-ak dana, pedijatri u Splitu bilježe značajniji porast broja pacijenata s respiratornim infekcijama.

– Tijekom epidemije koronavirusa nije moguće jasno kliničkim pregledom djeteta razlikovati uobičajene respiratorne infekcije od COVID-19, jer se simptomi u potpunosti preklapaju. Zbog toga nam je najvažnije uzeti detaljnu epidemiološku anamnezu od roditelja u pratnji, podatke o eventualnom kontaktu djeteta s oboljelom osobom ili osobom u samoizolaciji, kretanju u rizična područja unatrag dva tjedna, boravku na većim okupljanjima, te pojavi istih simptoma kod više članova kućanstva ili kolektiva koje dijete pohađa. Kada postavimo sumnju u moguću infekciju, dijete se nakon konzultacije s epidemiologom upućuje na testiranje – pojašnjava naša sugovornica.

S obzirom na sadašnje stanje, velika je vjerojatnost da će se situacija tijekom jeseni i zime dodatno pogoršavati, a ne treba zanemariti ni dolazak sezone gripe.

– Od ove godine preporučeno je cijepiti svu zdravu djecu protiv gripe, a ne samo rizičnu, kao što je to bilo do sada. Rizična skupina su djeca s bolestima srca, pluća, jetre, bubrega, metaboličkim bolestima i dijabetesom. Za njih je cjepivo besplatno, osigurano od Zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

Cjepivo protiv gripe se do devete godine života, u slučaju da se dijete cijepi prvi put, mora dati u dvije doze u razmaku od četiri tjedna, a djeca koja su se prethodnih godina cijepila i ona starija od devet godina primit će samo jednu dozu – kazuje dr. Kapor Jeričević.

Veći interes za cijepljenjem

Zanimalo nas je kakav je interes za cijepljenjem.
– Interes za cijepljenjem je ove godine veći s obzirom na to da je prošle godine broj djece oboljele od gripe bio puno veći nego prijašnjih godina.

Procijepljenost odraslih osoba je prošle zime bila bolja, stoga je došlo do povećanog širenja virusa u dječjoj populaciji, a nerijetko smo viđali djecu koja su preboljela dva tipa gripe, A i B, budući da nema unakrsne zaštite. To je jako iscrpljujuće za dijete i roditelje – ističe doktorica.

Također je preporučeno cijepiti dijete protiv pneumokokne bolesti, jer je pneumokok uzročnik teških upala pluća i uha, što bi u kombinaciji s infekcijom koronavirusom moglo dovesti do komplikacija.


– Pneumokokno cjepivo je u kalendaru cijepljenja za svu djecu rođenu od 1. siječnja 2019. te za svu djecu s kroničnim bolestima. Djeca iza navršene druge godine trebaju primiti jednu dozu i zaštita je dugogodišnja. Mi preporučujemo roditeljima da izbjegavaju posjete ordinaciji u slučajevima kada dijete nije teže bolesno, da se savjetuju s izabranim pedijatrom o prevenciji ostalih bolesti prije nadolazeće zime

Nama će biti zahtjevno organizirati rad i procjepljivanje cjepivima izvan kalendara, no to će biti puno lakše ako ne budemo imali veliki broj pregleda bolesne djece – kazuje dr. Kapor Jeričević.

I na kraju jedan optimističniji podatak.

– Unatoč brzom širenju, moguće je discipliniranim ponašanjem smanjiti prijenos COVID-a, koji, na sreću, u dječjoj i mlađoj populaciji ima blagi tijek. Epidemiološke mjere uistinu pomažu jer se smanjio prijenos drugih virusnih zaraznih bolesti u djece, kojih je ovo ljeto bilo puno manje – zaključuje dr. Snježana Kapor Jeričević.

Liječnici kojima nije lako raditi u pandemiji koronavirusa zasigurno su pedijatri primarne zdravstvene zaštite.
Kako rade s vrlo osjetljivim dijelom populacije, najmanjim pacijentima, i njihova odgovornost je iznimno velika.

O tome na koji se način u pedijatrijskim ordinacijama promijenio način rada od početka pandemije razgovarali smo s dr. Snježanom Kapor Jeričević, poznatom splitskom pedijatricom.

– Unaprijedili smo sve mogućnosti komunikacije u digitalnom obliku u cilju smanjenja posjeta ordinaciji za administrativne potrebe, kao što su dobivanje potvrda, ispričnica ili terapije. Novost je da od 1. listopada kreće sustav e-uputnica. Do sada smo uputnice davali u papirnatom obliku, a samo naručivanje na preglede obavljalo se elektronički – kazuje nam dr. Kapor Jeričević.

Da bi se smanjila mogućnost zaraze koronavirusom, tijekom posjeta pedijatrijskoj ordinaciji potrebno je obvezno najaviti svoj dolazak.

Više respiratornih infekcija

Doktorica navodi kako je važno da dijete dođe u pratnji samo jednog roditelja, za kojeg su nošenje maske i dezinfekcija ruku obvezni, kao i držanje razmaka u čekaonici, jer na taj način najbolje preveniramo moguću zarazu COVID-om.
Od početka nastave u školama, dakle, proteklih 15-ak dana, pedijatri u Splitu bilježe značajniji porast broja pacijenata s respiratornim infekcijama.

– Tijekom epidemije koronavirusa nije moguće jasno kliničkim pregledom djeteta razlikovati uobičajene respiratorne infekcije od COVID-19, jer se simptomi u potpunosti preklapaju. Zbog toga nam je najvažnije uzeti detaljnu epidemiološku anamnezu od roditelja u pratnji, podatke o eventualnom kontaktu djeteta s oboljelom osobom ili osobom u samoizolaciji, kretanju u rizična područja unatrag dva tjedna, boravku na većim okupljanjima, te pojavi istih simptoma kod više članova kućanstva ili kolektiva koje dijete pohađa. Kada postavimo sumnju u moguću infekciju, dijete se nakon konzultacije s epidemiologom upućuje na testiranje – pojašnjava naša sugovornica.

S obzirom na sadašnje stanje, velika je vjerojatnost da će se situacija tijekom jeseni i zime dodatno pogoršavati, a ne treba zanemariti ni dolazak sezone gripe.

– Od ove godine preporučeno je cijepiti svu zdravu djecu protiv gripe, a ne samo rizičnu, kao što je to bilo do sada. Rizična skupina su djeca s bolestima srca, pluća, jetre, bubrega, metaboličkim bolestima i dijabetesom. Za njih je cjepivo besplatno, osigurano od Zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

Cjepivo protiv gripe se do devete godine života, u slučaju da se dijete cijepi prvi put, mora dati u dvije doze u razmaku od četiri tjedna, a djeca koja su se prethodnih godina cijepila i ona starija od devet godina primit će samo jednu dozu – kazuje dr. Kapor Jeričević.

Veći interes za cijepljenjem

Zanimalo nas je kakav je interes za cijepljenjem.
– Interes za cijepljenjem je ove godine veći s obzirom na to da je prošle godine broj djece oboljele od gripe bio puno veći nego prijašnjih godina.

Procijepljenost odraslih osoba je prošle zime bila bolja, stoga je došlo do povećanog širenja virusa u dječjoj populaciji, a nerijetko smo viđali djecu koja su preboljela dva tipa gripe, A i B, budući da nema unakrsne zaštite. To je jako iscrpljujuće za dijete i roditelje – ističe doktorica.

Također je preporučeno cijepiti dijete protiv pneumokokne bolesti, jer je pneumokok uzročnik teških upala pluća i uha, što bi u kombinaciji s infekcijom koronavirusom moglo dovesti do komplikacija.


– Pneumokokno cjepivo je u kalendaru cijepljenja za svu djecu rođenu od 1. siječnja 2019. te za svu djecu s kroničnim bolestima. Djeca iza navršene druge godine trebaju primiti jednu dozu i zaštita je dugogodišnja. Mi preporučujemo roditeljima da izbjegavaju posjete ordinaciji u slučajevima kada dijete nije teže bolesno, da se savjetuju s izabranim pedijatrom o prevenciji ostalih bolesti prije nadolazeće zime

Nama će biti zahtjevno organizirati rad i procjepljivanje cjepivima izvan kalendara, no to će biti puno lakše ako ne budemo imali veliki broj pregleda bolesne djece – kazuje dr. Kapor Jeričević.

I na kraju jedan optimističniji podatak.

– Unatoč brzom širenju, moguće je discipliniranim ponašanjem smanjiti prijenos COVID-a, koji, na sreću, u dječjoj i mlađoj populaciji ima blagi tijek. Epidemiološke mjere uistinu pomažu jer se smanjio prijenos drugih virusnih zaraznih bolesti u djece, kojih je ovo ljeto bilo puno manje – zaključuje dr. Snježana Kapor Jeričević.
