Suspendirana gradska pročelnica za imovinu grada Maja Đerek, čiji je upravni odjel u međuvremenu ukinuo gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, u utorak ujutro nije se pojavila na ročištu na Službeničkom sudu u Splitu.

- Ona inače voli prisustvovati svim ročištima, ali stvarno je spriječena - kazao je njezin odvjetnik Timon Sakoman, koji je nedolazak svoje klijentice opravdao visokom temperaturom.

Suspendiranoj pročelnici Grad Split na teret stavlja učestale kontakte s medijima bez odobrenja PR službe Grada, dogradonačelnika ili gradonačelnika. Nakon što je gradonačelnik upozorio sve pročelnike da svaka komunikacija s javnosti treba biti odobrena, tereti je Grad, Đerek je nastavila s dotadašnjom praksom.

Dalje je Grad tereti što je javno otkrila identitet korisnika gradskog stana koji je to pravo stekao zbog svog socijalnog statusa, a radi se o osobi sa 100-postotnim invaliditetom. Zatim je tereti što je odbila predmet te osobe dostaviti Odjelu za socijalu. Potom, da je prekoračila svoje ovlasti kada je uputila prijedlog da se na Gradskom vijeću raspravlja o ukidanju kadrovskih stanova.

Maja Adamić, predsjednica vijeća Službeničkog suda, imala je za Đerek pitanja vezano uz gradonačelnikov nalog o neistupanju u javnosti:

- Je li Maja Đerek vidjela gradonačelnikov e-mail s upozorenjem da svaka komunikacija s javnošću mora biti odobrena jer je od slanja e-maila do objave teksta u medijima pošlo tek nekoliko sati?

- Kada su komunicirale Maja Đerek i novinarka Dalmatinskog portala, i na koji način?

Na to će suspendirana službenica Grada odgovoriti pisanim putem.

Kristina Nuić Prka, voditeljica Odsjeka za ljudske potencijale u Uredu Grada, koja u tom predmetu zastupa Grad Split, istaknula je da će se i gradonačelnik Puljak izjasniti na okolnost koliko je puta i kada kazao Maji Đerek da ne istupa u javnosti bez odobrenja.

Kristina Nuić Prka je istaknula da je Đerek cijelo vrijeme govorila da je to bio nezakonit nalog gradonačelnika o njezinu neistupanju u javnosti.

- Tek kada smo dokazali da je taj nalog o neistupanju u javnosti po zakonu, tada je Maja Đerek počela tvrditi da nije pročitala e-mail s upozorenjem gradonačelnika. Ona je tu novu okolnost da nije pročitala gradonačelnikov e-mail navela tek na zadnjem ročištu, a do tada je isticala da njoj gradonačelnik nema što govoriti jer da ona upravlja sa svojim upravnim tijelom. 

Odvjetnik Maje Đerek kazao je kako njegova klijentica smatra da nalog o neistupanju u javnosti nije donesen u skladu s postojećim propisima.

- To je pravno pitanje o kojem će odlučiti ovaj sud. S druge strane, kada je ona pročitala e-mail gradonačelnika nije pravno, već činjenično pitanje i samim time nije u kontradikciji s pobijanjem pravne osnove samog naloga - istaknuo je.

Suspendirana gradska pročelnica za imovinu grada Maja Đerek, čiji je upravni odjel u međuvremenu ukinuo gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak, u utorak ujutro nije se pojavila na ročištu na Službeničkom sudu u Splitu.

- Ona inače voli prisustvovati svim ročištima, ali stvarno je spriječena - kazao je njezin odvjetnik Timon Sakoman, koji je nedolazak svoje klijentice opravdao visokom temperaturom.

Suspendiranoj pročelnici Grad Split na teret stavlja učestale kontakte s medijima bez odobrenja PR službe Grada, dogradonačelnika ili gradonačelnika. Nakon što je gradonačelnik upozorio sve pročelnike da svaka komunikacija s javnosti treba biti odobrena, tereti je Grad, Đerek je nastavila s dotadašnjom praksom.

Dalje je Grad tereti što je javno otkrila identitet korisnika gradskog stana koji je to pravo stekao zbog svog socijalnog statusa, a radi se o osobi sa 100-postotnim invaliditetom. Zatim je tereti što je odbila predmet te osobe dostaviti Odjelu za socijalu. Potom, da je prekoračila svoje ovlasti kada je uputila prijedlog da se na Gradskom vijeću raspravlja o ukidanju kadrovskih stanova.

Maja Adamić, predsjednica vijeća Službeničkog suda, imala je za Đerek pitanja vezano uz gradonačelnikov nalog o neistupanju u javnosti:

- Je li Maja Đerek vidjela gradonačelnikov e-mail s upozorenjem da svaka komunikacija s javnošću mora biti odobrena jer je od slanja e-maila do objave teksta u medijima pošlo tek nekoliko sati?

- Kada su komunicirale Maja Đerek i novinarka Dalmatinskog portala, i na koji način?

Na to će suspendirana službenica Grada odgovoriti pisanim putem.

Kristina Nuić Prka, voditeljica Odsjeka za ljudske potencijale u Uredu Grada, koja u tom predmetu zastupa Grad Split, istaknula je da će se i gradonačelnik Puljak izjasniti na okolnost koliko je puta i kada kazao Maji Đerek da ne istupa u javnosti bez odobrenja.

Kristina Nuić Prka je istaknula da je Đerek cijelo vrijeme govorila da je to bio nezakonit nalog gradonačelnika o njezinu neistupanju u javnosti.

- Tek kada smo dokazali da je taj nalog o neistupanju u javnosti po zakonu, tada je Maja Đerek počela tvrditi da nije pročitala e-mail s upozorenjem gradonačelnika. Ona je tu novu okolnost da nije pročitala gradonačelnikov e-mail navela tek na zadnjem ročištu, a do tada je isticala da njoj gradonačelnik nema što govoriti jer da ona upravlja sa svojim upravnim tijelom. 

Odvjetnik Maje Đerek kazao je kako njegova klijentica smatra da nalog o neistupanju u javnosti nije donesen u skladu s postojećim propisima.

- To je pravno pitanje o kojem će odlučiti ovaj sud. S druge strane, kada je ona pročitala e-mail gradonačelnika nije pravno, već činjenično pitanje i samim time nije u kontradikciji s pobijanjem pravne osnove samog naloga - istaknuo je.
