Neviđena frka digla se u Splitu oko umirovljenja omiljene liječnice obiteljske medicine na Skalicama dr. Karmen Frka-Šeparović!

Dom zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije poslao ju je u ‘rashod‘ zadnjega dana 2022. godine, kako ne bi mogla iskoristiti pravo da radi još dvije godine što bi joj omogućio novi Zakon o radu koji je stupio na snagu dan kasnije. Vrhunski odigrano!

Županijski Dom zdravlja nije odobrio njezinu molbu za produženje, pa je takvu odluku potvrdilo i Ministarstvo zdravstva, koje je može i promijeniti.

Na društvenim mrežama dugogodišnji pacijenti dr. Frke ispalili su na živce, ne žele pristati na zamjenu doktorice koja im se svojim pristupom očito uvukla pod kožu, dapače, naširoko je poznato da je riječ o vrsnoj dijagnostičarki koja je pacijentima dostupna gotovo 24 sata dnevno, a njezinim klijentima nije problem doći i s drugog kraja grada. Dr. Frka dugogodišnja je liječnica i četiri velika splitska samostana, što također govori o povjerenju koje pacijenti imaju u njezinu stručnost.

Liječnica se dosad nije javno oglašavala, pustila je da o njoj govore pacijenti; Split je mali grad i odmah se doznalo kako su neki njezini kolege iste dobi i uvjeta za mirovinu ostali u ordinacijama još dvije godine nakon što su digli dreku u Domu zdravlja i Ministarstvu. Znači, nije jednako za sve.

Spremaju se prosvjedi

Splićani pokušavaju zadržati dr. Frku na sve načine: šalju duge dopise nezadovoljstva Ministarstvu i Domu zdravlja, peticiju je potpisalo gotovo 700 pacijenata, a spremni su i na prosvjede. Potpisuju i viđeni Splićani koji nisu Frkini pacijenti, ali im je puna kapa mutljavina u javnom zdravstvu i nepoštivanja želja građana koji na koncu sve to plaćaju.

I onda je, na koncu, dr. Frka možda i u pravu što se ne oglašava. Ako sve ovo ne pokazuje volju i želju pacijenata, njihovo pristajanje uz njezin pristup, onda ne znam što bi bilo. Nisam primijetio slične reakcije građana kad je riječ o smjenama glavonja u Ministarstvu i Domu zdravlja, koga briga. Kad smo bolesni svi smo jednaki, preplašeni i jadni, i nikome nije svejedno u čije će ruke doći. Takvi nevoljni tražimo osobu od povjerenja, drugo ili treće mišljenje, a procjena je samo na pacijentu, ne na birokratskom automatu Doma zdravlja u čije kriterije je opravdano sumnjati.

Pa pacijenti dr. Frke traže da se smicalicama na Staru godinu ne izigrava Zakon o radu i da joj se omogući rad još dvije godine, što bi moglo biti razdoblje u kojem će u posao uvesti mladu zamjenu. I gdje je tu problem? Pacijenti i njihovo dobro, njihovo traženje da se poštuje zakon i da ruke na njih polaže onaj liječnik kojeg sami odaberu valjda bi trebali biti iznad svega.

Stoga je u zemlji u kojoj se napreduje po babi i stričevima, stranačkim iskaznicama, kumstvima i rodijaštvu, gdje se u istovjetnim slučajevima poput ovog presuđuje različito, slučaj doktorice Frka - mala revolucija koju su digli njezini pacijenti - pravi primjer borbe za prava pacijenata koja su ionako ugrožena na sve moguće načine.

Dom zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije poslao ju je u ‘rashod‘ zadnjega dana 2022. godine, kako ne bi mogla iskoristiti pravo da radi još dvije godine što bi joj omogućio novi Zakon o radu koji je stupio na snagu dan kasnije. Vrhunski odigrano!

Županijski Dom zdravlja nije odobrio njezinu molbu za produženje, pa je takvu odluku potvrdilo i Ministarstvo zdravstva, koje je može i promijeniti.

Na društvenim mrežama dugogodišnji pacijenti dr. Frke ispalili su na živce, ne žele pristati na zamjenu doktorice koja im se svojim pristupom očito uvukla pod kožu, dapače, naširoko je poznato da je riječ o vrsnoj dijagnostičarki koja je pacijentima dostupna gotovo 24 sata dnevno, a njezinim klijentima nije problem doći i s drugog kraja grada. Dr. Frka dugogodišnja je liječnica i četiri velika splitska samostana, što također govori o povjerenju koje pacijenti imaju u njezinu stručnost.

Liječnica se dosad nije javno oglašavala, pustila je da o njoj govore pacijenti; Split je mali grad i odmah se doznalo kako su neki njezini kolege iste dobi i uvjeta za mirovinu ostali u ordinacijama još dvije godine nakon što su digli dreku u Domu zdravlja i Ministarstvu. Znači, nije jednako za sve.

Spremaju se prosvjedi

Splićani pokušavaju zadržati dr. Frku na sve načine: šalju duge dopise nezadovoljstva Ministarstvu i Domu zdravlja, peticiju je potpisalo gotovo 700 pacijenata, a spremni su i na prosvjede. Potpisuju i viđeni Splićani koji nisu Frkini pacijenti, ali im je puna kapa mutljavina u javnom zdravstvu i nepoštivanja želja građana koji na koncu sve to plaćaju.

I onda je, na koncu, dr. Frka možda i u pravu što se ne oglašava. Ako sve ovo ne pokazuje volju i želju pacijenata, njihovo pristajanje uz njezin pristup, onda ne znam što bi bilo. Nisam primijetio slične reakcije građana kad je riječ o smjenama glavonja u Ministarstvu i Domu zdravlja, koga briga. Kad smo bolesni svi smo jednaki, preplašeni i jadni, i nikome nije svejedno u čije će ruke doći. Takvi nevoljni tražimo osobu od povjerenja, drugo ili treće mišljenje, a procjena je samo na pacijentu, ne na birokratskom automatu Doma zdravlja u čije kriterije je opravdano sumnjati.

Pa pacijenti dr. Frke traže da se smicalicama na Staru godinu ne izigrava Zakon o radu i da joj se omogući rad još dvije godine, što bi moglo biti razdoblje u kojem će u posao uvesti mladu zamjenu. I gdje je tu problem? Pacijenti i njihovo dobro, njihovo traženje da se poštuje zakon i da ruke na njih polaže onaj liječnik kojeg sami odaberu valjda bi trebali biti iznad svega.

Stoga je u zemlji u kojoj se napreduje po babi i stričevima, stranačkim iskaznicama, kumstvima i rodijaštvu, gdje se u istovjetnim slučajevima poput ovog presuđuje različito, slučaj doktorice Frka - mala revolucija koju su digli njezini pacijenti - pravi primjer borbe za prava pacijenata koja su ionako ugrožena na sve moguće načine.
