Zbijena, na mnogim dijelovima neasfaltirana cesta, bez nogostupa, ulica Put Žnjana vodi do najistočnijeg dijela našega grada.

Žnjan-Pazdigrad kotar je u kojem iz mjeseca u mjesec niču luksuzne nekretnine, a metar kvadratni košta ko suvo zlato. Mir je i tišina. No, cijelim smo se putem na toj uskoj i jedva prohodnoj cesti morali sklanjati prema rubu jer na mnogim dijelovima automobil i čovjek ne mogu se mimoići u isto vrijeme.

Podnijeli bismo nekako i to da nismo uz gotovo svaki kontejner naišli na otpad, koji je, umjesto u njemu, ipak završio pored njega. Najviše je građevinskih ostataka, stakla, cigli, svega onoga što je potrebno da se te skupe nekretnine sagrade.

Naljutili su nedavno takvi postupci Marijanu Puljak, saborsku zastupnicu i gradonačelnikovu suprugu, pa je prijavila susjedu koju je zatekla kako kartonske kutije odlaže na zeleni otok pored kontejnera. Reakcije javnosti bile su podijeljene, no na društvenim mrežama isticali su se oni koji takav čin smatraju "drukerskim".

Skupim malo više pa autom odvezem

Nije bilo druge nego da se i mi uputimo u kotar Žnjan-Pazdigrad i ispitamo situaciju s otpadom na licu mjesta. I eto, odmah na prvoj inspekcijskoj postaji, na okretištu autobusne stanice kod hotela "Zagreb", naišli smo na čovjeka koji je automobilom dovezao veliku količinu raznovrsnog otpada i jedan po jedan komad stavio u za to predviđena odlagališta.

Razvrstavate li otpad uvijek?

- Doma skupim malo više pa autom odvezem - kaže nam.

Jeste li čuli da je Marijana Puljak prijavila susjedu jer je otpad bacila pored kontejnera?

- Jesam, ne znam šta, di, ni kako, ako pitate - odvraća nam odgovorni gospodin.

Malo poviše ulica je u kojoj žive Puljkovi. Sve blista, čuje se pjev ptica, sve su kante za otpad poredane točno ispred kućnih pragova, ni centimetar dalje, a bilo kakvom smeću nema ni traga.

Kod najnovije splitske osmoljetke OŠ "Žnjan-Pazdigrad" tko zna koji put u ovom kotaru naišli smo na posljedice neodgovornog ponašanja nekolicine građana. Božić je davno prošao, već smo jednom nogom u veljači, a na nekoliko lokacija u blizini škole naišli smo na drvca koja je "Čistoća" obećala pokupiti. Baš tamo gdje se djeca igraju, razvijaju, uče o prirodi i zaštiti okoliša, nesavjesni susjedi daju im potpuno drugačiji primjer, za koji se toplo nadamo da ga neće slijediti.

Uz malo truda puno se toga može riješiti

Da se problem ne može riješiti samo uz pomoć gradskih službi, već je potrebna i volja građana, smatra Krešimir Čaljkušić, predsjednik GK Žnjan.

- Kao i svugdje, dio je građana odgovoran, a dio nije. Nemamo možda dovoljno kanti, ali onaj tko hoće, može se potruditi i odgovorno ponašati. Najgora je lokacija kod autobusnog okretišta, tamo čak razmišljamo postaviti i kamere - kaže Čaljkušić.

Dodaje kako predstavnici u gradskom kotaru ne mogu sami riješiti ovaj problem, potrebna je i suradnja komunalne tvrtke "Čistoće", a i volja samih stanovnika.

- "Čistoća" je jasno na svojim stranicama obavijestila kada je u kojem kotaru odvoz krupnoga otpada i svaki građanin ima pravo dogovoriti se s tom tvrtkom ili tajnicima kotara i naručiti odvoz otpada. S malo truda, uistinu možemo puno toga riješiti! - kaže nam prvi čovjek kotara.

Zbijena, na mnogim dijelovima neasfaltirana cesta, bez nogostupa, ulica Put Žnjana vodi do najistočnijeg dijela našega grada.

Žnjan-Pazdigrad kotar je u kojem iz mjeseca u mjesec niču luksuzne nekretnine, a metar kvadratni košta ko suvo zlato. Mir je i tišina. No, cijelim smo se putem na toj uskoj i jedva prohodnoj cesti morali sklanjati prema rubu jer na mnogim dijelovima automobil i čovjek ne mogu se mimoići u isto vrijeme.

Podnijeli bismo nekako i to da nismo uz gotovo svaki kontejner naišli na otpad, koji je, umjesto u njemu, ipak završio pored njega. Najviše je građevinskih ostataka, stakla, cigli, svega onoga što je potrebno da se te skupe nekretnine sagrade.

Naljutili su nedavno takvi postupci Marijanu Puljak, saborsku zastupnicu i gradonačelnikovu suprugu, pa je prijavila susjedu koju je zatekla kako kartonske kutije odlaže na zeleni otok pored kontejnera. Reakcije javnosti bile su podijeljene, no na društvenim mrežama isticali su se oni koji takav čin smatraju "drukerskim".

Skupim malo više pa autom odvezem

Nije bilo druge nego da se i mi uputimo u kotar Žnjan-Pazdigrad i ispitamo situaciju s otpadom na licu mjesta. I eto, odmah na prvoj inspekcijskoj postaji, na okretištu autobusne stanice kod hotela "Zagreb", naišli smo na čovjeka koji je automobilom dovezao veliku količinu raznovrsnog otpada i jedan po jedan komad stavio u za to predviđena odlagališta.

Razvrstavate li otpad uvijek?

- Doma skupim malo više pa autom odvezem - kaže nam.

Jeste li čuli da je Marijana Puljak prijavila susjedu jer je otpad bacila pored kontejnera?

- Jesam, ne znam šta, di, ni kako, ako pitate - odvraća nam odgovorni gospodin.

Malo poviše ulica je u kojoj žive Puljkovi. Sve blista, čuje se pjev ptica, sve su kante za otpad poredane točno ispred kućnih pragova, ni centimetar dalje, a bilo kakvom smeću nema ni traga.

Kod najnovije splitske osmoljetke OŠ "Žnjan-Pazdigrad" tko zna koji put u ovom kotaru naišli smo na posljedice neodgovornog ponašanja nekolicine građana. Božić je davno prošao, već smo jednom nogom u veljači, a na nekoliko lokacija u blizini škole naišli smo na drvca koja je "Čistoća" obećala pokupiti. Baš tamo gdje se djeca igraju, razvijaju, uče o prirodi i zaštiti okoliša, nesavjesni susjedi daju im potpuno drugačiji primjer, za koji se toplo nadamo da ga neće slijediti.

Uz malo truda puno se toga može riješiti

Da se problem ne može riješiti samo uz pomoć gradskih službi, već je potrebna i volja građana, smatra Krešimir Čaljkušić, predsjednik GK Žnjan.

- Kao i svugdje, dio je građana odgovoran, a dio nije. Nemamo možda dovoljno kanti, ali onaj tko hoće, može se potruditi i odgovorno ponašati. Najgora je lokacija kod autobusnog okretišta, tamo čak razmišljamo postaviti i kamere - kaže Čaljkušić.

Dodaje kako predstavnici u gradskom kotaru ne mogu sami riješiti ovaj problem, potrebna je i suradnja komunalne tvrtke "Čistoće", a i volja samih stanovnika.

- "Čistoća" je jasno na svojim stranicama obavijestila kada je u kojem kotaru odvoz krupnoga otpada i svaki građanin ima pravo dogovoriti se s tom tvrtkom ili tajnicima kotara i naručiti odvoz otpada. S malo truda, uistinu možemo puno toga riješiti! - kaže nam prvi čovjek kotara.
