Dolaskom kišnih dana stanovnici gornjeg dijela Smrdečca znaju šta im je činiti - navući gumene čizme i parkirati automobile negdje na sigurno, dalje od svojih zgrada jer u protivnom smočit će noge i razbiti vozila.
Stara je to boljka koja ih tišti već desetljećima jer površina iza sadašnje uglovnice Vile Velebite nalikuje na kakvu zaboravljenu seosku ledinu prije nego parkiralište za stanare. Isti slučaj je i s pristupom do Dječjeg vrtića Petar Pan čija se zgrada ovih dana zrcali u blatnom jezercu koje se pojavi svakom jačom kišom.

- Dođite u ovo kišno vrijeme u posjet stanovnicima Splita 3, naročito sjevernog dijela u ulici Smrdečac i Getaldićeve, iza Vile Velebite, da vidite u kakvim uvjetima živimo. Ulica nikad nije dobila završni sloj asfalta. Pojedine zgrade u Ulici kroz Smrdečac, zgrada „Vile Velebita“ i dan danas, iako su sagrađene prije 15, 20 godina, nemaju nijedno vanjsko asfaltirano parkirno mjesto! Stanovnici kotara moraju ostavljati automobile u razrovanim kaljužama punim vode i blata, do kojih za veće kiše ne mogu ni prići. Moraju li stanovnici ovog kotara biti taoci pojedinaca toliko dugo? Zar djeca koja tu idu u vrtić mogu do njega doći samo u gumenim čizmama?! - s pravom ljutita javlja nam se jedna stanovnika Smrdečca koja je htjela ostati anonimna.
Ovakvu priču poput njene nažalost slušamo i pišemo o njoj dugi niz godina, no stvari se nisu pomakle s mjesta.
Grad Split već dugo rješava imovinsko pravna pitanja na tom dijelu, a izgradnja garaže i parka ispod zgrade Vile Velebita ostaje kao utopija. Kaka su stanati kupovali stanove zasigurno im se svidio detalj projekta o uređenom dječjem igralištu i lijepoj zelenoj površini s posađenim stablima. Nažalost, dobili su blato i nagomilali hrpe papira, molbi, peticija, al zaludu.
Nije to jedini problem tog dijela kotara.

- Svi ulazi i izlazi iz ovih ulica u kojima živi oko 2 tisuće stanovnika odvijaju se isključivo kroz jedan cestovni pothodnik. Iz ovog kvarta možete izići samo ondje gdje ste ušli. Zbog nedostatka parkinga, vozila zauzimaju čitavu ulicu, pa je ona jednosmjerna, a kad dođu kamioni Čistoće ili oni za opskrbu dućana nastane kaos. O potencijalnim slučajevima kakvih požara ili elementarnih nepogoda neću ni govoriti! - kaže stanovnica tog kotara.
U Gradskom kotaru Split 3 dobro znaju za ovaj problem jer ga svako novo vodstvo nasljeđuje od prethodnika. Tako je isto dočekalo i sadašnju predsjednicu kotara Ivanu Relatu koja nam spremno vadi stanje zemljišnika na kojem je ucrtan sporni makadam. Napamet već zna, brojeve čestica i detalje, nadajući se da će spor uskoro završiti.
- Nadamo se da će Grad što prije otkupiti čestice od privatnih vlasnika i urediti parkiralište, kako su nam obećali. Koliko znam, veći dio postupaka je završen, dok je predmet oko povrata jedne manje čestice još u tijeku. Sudovi su jako spori, kao što je poznato, ali urgirat ćemo i dalje da se ovo konačno privede kraju. Ono što možemo raditi jest da tamponiramo makadam, kao što smo to već više puta radili, ali to je samo kratkoročno rješenje - rekla je Relata.

Dolaskom kišnih dana stanovnici gornjeg dijela Smrdečca znaju šta im je činiti - navući gumene čizme i parkirati automobile negdje na sigurno, dalje od svojih zgrada jer u protivnom smočit će noge i razbiti vozila.
Stara je to boljka koja ih tišti već desetljećima jer površina iza sadašnje uglovnice Vile Velebite nalikuje na kakvu zaboravljenu seosku ledinu prije nego parkiralište za stanare. Isti slučaj je i s pristupom do Dječjeg vrtića Petar Pan čija se zgrada ovih dana zrcali u blatnom jezercu koje se pojavi svakom jačom kišom.

- Dođite u ovo kišno vrijeme u posjet stanovnicima Splita 3, naročito sjevernog dijela u ulici Smrdečac i Getaldićeve, iza Vile Velebite, da vidite u kakvim uvjetima živimo. Ulica nikad nije dobila završni sloj asfalta. Pojedine zgrade u Ulici kroz Smrdečac, zgrada „Vile Velebita“ i dan danas, iako su sagrađene prije 15, 20 godina, nemaju nijedno vanjsko asfaltirano parkirno mjesto! Stanovnici kotara moraju ostavljati automobile u razrovanim kaljužama punim vode i blata, do kojih za veće kiše ne mogu ni prići. Moraju li stanovnici ovog kotara biti taoci pojedinaca toliko dugo? Zar djeca koja tu idu u vrtić mogu do njega doći samo u gumenim čizmama?! - s pravom ljutita javlja nam se jedna stanovnika Smrdečca koja je htjela ostati anonimna.
Ovakvu priču poput njene nažalost slušamo i pišemo o njoj dugi niz godina, no stvari se nisu pomakle s mjesta.
Grad Split već dugo rješava imovinsko pravna pitanja na tom dijelu, a izgradnja garaže i parka ispod zgrade Vile Velebita ostaje kao utopija. Kaka su stanati kupovali stanove zasigurno im se svidio detalj projekta o uređenom dječjem igralištu i lijepoj zelenoj površini s posađenim stablima. Nažalost, dobili su blato i nagomilali hrpe papira, molbi, peticija, al zaludu.
Nije to jedini problem tog dijela kotara.

- Svi ulazi i izlazi iz ovih ulica u kojima živi oko 2 tisuće stanovnika odvijaju se isključivo kroz jedan cestovni pothodnik. Iz ovog kvarta možete izići samo ondje gdje ste ušli. Zbog nedostatka parkinga, vozila zauzimaju čitavu ulicu, pa je ona jednosmjerna, a kad dođu kamioni Čistoće ili oni za opskrbu dućana nastane kaos. O potencijalnim slučajevima kakvih požara ili elementarnih nepogoda neću ni govoriti! - kaže stanovnica tog kotara.
U Gradskom kotaru Split 3 dobro znaju za ovaj problem jer ga svako novo vodstvo nasljeđuje od prethodnika. Tako je isto dočekalo i sadašnju predsjednicu kotara Ivanu Relatu koja nam spremno vadi stanje zemljišnika na kojem je ucrtan sporni makadam. Napamet već zna, brojeve čestica i detalje, nadajući se da će spor uskoro završiti.
- Nadamo se da će Grad što prije otkupiti čestice od privatnih vlasnika i urediti parkiralište, kako su nam obećali. Koliko znam, veći dio postupaka je završen, dok je predmet oko povrata jedne manje čestice još u tijeku. Sudovi su jako spori, kao što je poznato, ali urgirat ćemo i dalje da se ovo konačno privede kraju. Ono što možemo raditi jest da tamponiramo makadam, kao što smo to već više puta radili, ali to je samo kratkoročno rješenje - rekla je Relata.
