Jučer je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak pozivao na prosvjede u Zagrebu protiv korupcije - istaknuo je Josip Markotić (Most) na 27. sjednici Gradskog vijeća i nastavio da je doznao na namještanje natječaja u gradskoj tvrtki "Promet".

- Kad sam prije koji mjesec doznao da novi direktor želi namjestiti natječaj kako bi zaposlio svog prijatelja, na to vas upozorio vas i vaše zamjenike - obratio je gradski vijećnik Puljku.

- Nažalost niste napravili ništa da to spriječite, nego ste učinili sve da se to zataška i da ne izađe u javnost. Dolaskom na funkciju, novi direktor Sapunar mijenja sistematizaciju, mijenja uvijete za mjesto unutarnjeg revizora prema kojima unutarnji revizor može biti bilo tko. Nakon toga kreće u raspisivanja natječaja za to radno mjesto. Kako Sapunar izbjegava sve moje upite, molim vas konkretne odgovore o toj problematici - obratio se Markotić gradonačelniku.

- Ako imate naznaku bilo čega protuzakonito, to prijavite. Dotični je bio kandidat za direktora i nije nam bio dovoljno dobar za tu funkciju - kazao je Puljak.

Potom je dao riječ svom zamjeniku Bojanu Ivoševiću koji je kazao da se ne miješaju u operativne odluke ravnatelja i direktora gradskih tvrtki i ustanova, te da im je jedini uvjet da stoje unutar zakona i budžeta.

- Kako komentirate što grad Split zauzima nisko mjesta na ljestvici razvijenosti gradova - upitao je Tihomir Galić iz Mosta gradonačelnika.

- Znate li o kojem se periodu radi - odvratio je protupitanjem gradonačelnik Puljak gradskom vijećniku.

- Želim pismeni (ne)odgovor - našalio se Galić i dodao kako je gradonačelnik ipak znanstvenik, a on samo inženjer građevine.

Nakon toga je Puljak odgovorio da to nisu objavili neovisno mediji, a da je u vrijeme na koje se odnosi istraživanje o ljestvici razvijenosti gradova na vlasti vise bio HDZ i Most.

Tako ispada da je optužbom o neovisnim medijima gradonačelnik zapravo branio bivšu vlast u Splitu.

- Što se događa s Dioklecijanovim podrumima. Tamo su bila 22 štanda, odnosno 21 firma s 50 stalno zaposlenih ljudi, indirektno preko 300 ljudi je živjelo od toga. Sa zakupcima se nije razgovaralo, već su svi istjerani krajem prošle godine. Do sada je Grad Split radi toga izgubio 26.000 eura. Grad se sveo na gole zidove bez života, a Dioklecijanovi podrumi sada izgledaju kao crna rupa. Odvjetnica zakupaca je zatražila privremenu mjeru odgode primjene Odluke pred Općinskim sudom u Splitu. Koji su uopće planovi Grada s podrumima i koji su rokovi - pitala je Lidija Bekavac (HGS).

- Zatražena privremena mjera je nevažna i to su samo oduzeti novci od strane odvjetnice. Oni se neće vratiti u podrume jer za to nemaju ugovore - kazao je Ivošević.

Jučer je gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak pozivao na prosvjede u Zagrebu protiv korupcije - istaknuo je Josip Markotić (Most) na 27. sjednici Gradskog vijeća i nastavio da je doznao na namještanje natječaja u gradskoj tvrtki "Promet".

- Kad sam prije koji mjesec doznao da novi direktor želi namjestiti natječaj kako bi zaposlio svog prijatelja, na to vas upozorio vas i vaše zamjenike - obratio je gradski vijećnik Puljku.

- Nažalost niste napravili ništa da to spriječite, nego ste učinili sve da se to zataška i da ne izađe u javnost. Dolaskom na funkciju, novi direktor Sapunar mijenja sistematizaciju, mijenja uvijete za mjesto unutarnjeg revizora prema kojima unutarnji revizor može biti bilo tko. Nakon toga kreće u raspisivanja natječaja za to radno mjesto. Kako Sapunar izbjegava sve moje upite, molim vas konkretne odgovore o toj problematici - obratio se Markotić gradonačelniku.

- Ako imate naznaku bilo čega protuzakonito, to prijavite. Dotični je bio kandidat za direktora i nije nam bio dovoljno dobar za tu funkciju - kazao je Puljak.

Potom je dao riječ svom zamjeniku Bojanu Ivoševiću koji je kazao da se ne miješaju u operativne odluke ravnatelja i direktora gradskih tvrtki i ustanova, te da im je jedini uvjet da stoje unutar zakona i budžeta.

- Kako komentirate što grad Split zauzima nisko mjesta na ljestvici razvijenosti gradova - upitao je Tihomir Galić iz Mosta gradonačelnika.

- Znate li o kojem se periodu radi - odvratio je protupitanjem gradonačelnik Puljak gradskom vijećniku.

- Želim pismeni (ne)odgovor - našalio se Galić i dodao kako je gradonačelnik ipak znanstvenik, a on samo inženjer građevine.

Nakon toga je Puljak odgovorio da to nisu objavili neovisno mediji, a da je u vrijeme na koje se odnosi istraživanje o ljestvici razvijenosti gradova na vlasti vise bio HDZ i Most.

Tako ispada da je optužbom o neovisnim medijima gradonačelnik zapravo branio bivšu vlast u Splitu.

- Što se događa s Dioklecijanovim podrumima. Tamo su bila 22 štanda, odnosno 21 firma s 50 stalno zaposlenih ljudi, indirektno preko 300 ljudi je živjelo od toga. Sa zakupcima se nije razgovaralo, već su svi istjerani krajem prošle godine. Do sada je Grad Split radi toga izgubio 26.000 eura. Grad se sveo na gole zidove bez života, a Dioklecijanovi podrumi sada izgledaju kao crna rupa. Odvjetnica zakupaca je zatražila privremenu mjeru odgode primjene Odluke pred Općinskim sudom u Splitu. Koji su uopće planovi Grada s podrumima i koji su rokovi - pitala je Lidija Bekavac (HGS).

- Zatražena privremena mjera je nevažna i to su samo oduzeti novci od strane odvjetnice. Oni se neće vratiti u podrume jer za to nemaju ugovore - kazao je Ivošević.
