Za jednosoban stan od 36 kvadrata u zgradi Cesarica, odmah kraj mosta na Mejašima, traže 306.000 eura?! OK, uz stan se prodaje i garažno parking mjestom od 13.46 kvadrata, ali cijena je, mnogi se slažu nerealno visoka, odnosno najmanje duplo veća od tržišne.

Kad se još u obzir uzme da je riječ o stanu na petom, odnosno zadnjem katu zgrade pored čijih balkona danonoćno prolaze tisuće automobila (smještena je uz Vukovarsku ulicu, pored centra Mall of Split), stručnjakinja za nekretnine tvrdi da će teško postići tu cijenu.

- Jedno je tražena, a drugo postignuta cijena. Ova druga je najčešće bar 10 posto niža od tražene, a u ovom slučaju će, uvjerena sam, taj postotak biti znatno niži - kaže nam naša sugovornica, te dodaje da bi neka realna cijena za takav stan u ovoj novogradnji useljenoj prije dvije godine bila oko 160.000 eura.

Podsjetimo, zgradu je gradila građevinska tvrtka Romić.

Svatko ima pravo tražiti za svoj stan koliko mu drago i, tko zna, možda netko i plati ovaj novac za taj stančić, ali mi se pitamo otkad su to Mejaši postali Meje?

Jer, recimo, na elitnim Mejama, dalekima od Karepovca, ispušnih plinova i divlje gradnje, mogu se naći daleko veći stanovi po toj i sličnoj cijeni. K tome, po brojnim prognozama, cijene nekretnina u Splitu bi trebale konačno početi padati.

Za jednosoban stan od 36 kvadrata u zgradi Cesarica, odmah kraj mosta na Mejašima, traže 306.000 eura?! OK, uz stan se prodaje i garažno parking mjestom od 13.46 kvadrata, ali cijena je, mnogi se slažu nerealno visoka, odnosno najmanje duplo veća od tržišne.

Kad se još u obzir uzme da je riječ o stanu na petom, odnosno zadnjem katu zgrade pored čijih balkona danonoćno prolaze tisuće automobila (smještena je uz Vukovarsku ulicu, pored centra Mall of Split), stručnjakinja za nekretnine tvrdi da će teško postići tu cijenu.

- Jedno je tražena, a drugo postignuta cijena. Ova druga je najčešće bar 10 posto niža od tražene, a u ovom slučaju će, uvjerena sam, taj postotak biti znatno niži - kaže nam naša sugovornica, te dodaje da bi neka realna cijena za takav stan u ovoj novogradnji useljenoj prije dvije godine bila oko 160.000 eura.

Podsjetimo, zgradu je gradila građevinska tvrtka Romić.

Aha, da, u oglasu piše i da za više informacija treba kontaktirati agenciju. Ne piše treba li i njima platiti proviziju.

Svatko ima pravo tražiti za svoj stan koliko mu drago i, tko zna, možda netko i plati ovaj novac za taj stančić, ali mi se pitamo otkad su to Mejaši postali Meje?

Jer, recimo, na elitnim Mejama, dalekima od Karepovca, ispušnih plinova i divlje gradnje, mogu se naći daleko veći stanovi po toj i sličnoj cijeni. K tome, po brojnim prognozama, cijene nekretnina u Splitu bi trebale konačno početi padati.

Kad su to Mejaši postali Meje?! Za stančić na zadnjem katu ‘Cesarice‘ kod splitskog Malla pitaju cijelo bogatstvo

Za jednosoban stan od 36 kvadrata u zgradi Cesarica, odmah kraj mosta na Mejašima, traže 306.000 eura?! OK, uz stan se prodaje i garažno parking mjestom od 13.46 kvadrata, ali cijena je, mnogi se slažu nerealno visoka, odnosno najmanje duplo veća od tržišne.

Kad se još u obzir uzme da je riječ o stanu na petom, odnosno zadnjem katu zgrade pored čijih balkona danonoćno prolaze tisuće automobila (smještena je uz Vukovarsku ulicu, pored centra Mall of Split), stručnjakinja za nekretnine tvrdi da će teško postići tu cijenu.

- Jedno je tražena, a drugo postignuta cijena. Ova druga je najčešće bar 10 posto niža od tražene, a u ovom slučaju će, uvjerena sam, taj postotak biti znatno niži - kaže nam naša sugovornica, te dodaje da bi neka realna cijena za takav stan u ovoj novogradnji useljenoj prije dvije godine bila oko 160.000 eura.

Podsjetimo, zgradu je gradila građevinska tvrtka Romić.

- Stan ima spavaću sobu, kupaonu, dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i blagovanom te balkon kvadrata. Stan je novonamješten te se kao takav i prodaje. Vlasništvo je uredno - stoji u oglasi objavljen na Njuškalu, koji možete pogledati OVDJE.

Aha, da, u oglasu piše i da za više informacija treba kontaktirati agenciju. Ne piše treba li i njima platiti proviziju.

Svatko ima pravo tražiti za svoj stan koliko mu drago i, tko zna, možda netko i plati ovaj novac za taj stančić, ali mi se pitamo otkad su to Mejaši postali Meje?

Jer, recimo, na elitnim Mejama, dalekima od Karepovca, ispušnih plinova i divlje gradnje, mogu se naći daleko veći stanovi po toj i sličnoj cijeni. K tome, po brojnim prognozama, cijene nekretnina u Splitu bi trebale konačno početi padati.
