Astronomske cijene nekretnina na splitskom području boljka su većine građana koji muku muče s pronalaskom normalne akomodacije za pristojan iznos, a mnogi od njih su primorani ući na nezahvalno tržište podstanarstva.

Međutim, i tu nailaze na brojne prepreke, bilo da ne mogu osigurati dugoročni boravak zbog apartmanizacije uslijed turističke sezone ili su mjesečne rate daleko iznad njihovih financijskih mogućnosti. 

Izbor se sve više sužava, stoga je sve popularnije iznajmljivanje i unamljivanje soba po kućama i stanovima. Na internetskim tražilicama nudi se desetak različitih soba, a za najskuplju treba izdvojiti nevjerojatnih – 450 eura!

Soba na Visokoj ima 25 metara četvornih i agencija se hvali da je elegantno i moderno namještena te da ima vlastitu kupaonicu i hladnjak. Za sto eura manje u Radunici vas čeka soba slične kvadrature, režije su uključene u cijenu, no morate se spakirati prvog svibnja pošto tada objekt postaje apartman za inozemne goste. Oglas pogledaje OVDJE.

Zarada na sirotinji

Ništa bolje nećete proći ni ako ste nesretni student koji jedva krpa kraj s krajem, pošto iznajmljivač na Manušu nudi velikodušnih 15 kvadrata sobe sa zajedničkim korištenjem kuhinje i kupaonice za 300 eura mjesečno. Ukoliko ste student i volite starinski namještaj, oglas pogledajte OVDJE.

Najjeftiniju ponudu našli smo na splitskim Brdima za 150 eura, no kvaka je u tome što se traženi iznos odnosi na jedan krevet u inače dvokrevetnoj sobi od 15 četvornih metara. Ovaj "zlatni ležaj" možete pogledati OVDJE.

Uzevši u obzir ponudu i navedene cijene, građani skromnijih primanja će uskoro morati potražiti potleušice i vrtne šupe kako bi osigurali krov nad glavom, a sigurni smo da će uskoro i takvi oglasi osvanuti.

No, valja na koncu kazati i da je oglašena cijena često puno manja od ostvarene i da stručnjaci predviđaju da će i najamnine i cijene stanova u Splitu početi padati.

Astronomske cijene nekretnina na splitskom području boljka su većine građana koji muku muče s pronalaskom normalne akomodacije za pristojan iznos, a mnogi od njih su primorani ući na nezahvalno tržište podstanarstva.

Međutim, i tu nailaze na brojne prepreke, bilo da ne mogu osigurati dugoročni boravak zbog apartmanizacije uslijed turističke sezone ili su mjesečne rate daleko iznad njihovih financijskih mogućnosti. 

Izbor se sve više sužava, stoga je sve popularnije iznajmljivanje i unamljivanje soba po kućama i stanovima. Na internetskim tražilicama nudi se desetak različitih soba, a za najskuplju treba izdvojiti nevjerojatnih – 450 eura!

Soba na Visokoj ima 25 metara četvornih i agencija se hvali da je elegantno i moderno namještena te da ima vlastitu kupaonicu i hladnjak. U navedenu mjesečnu svotu nisu uključene režije, a ako želite ovu spavaću sobu morate usput još platiti i polog i agencijsku proviziju u visini jednog mjesečnog najma. Oglas pogledajte OVDJE.

Za sto eura manje u Radunici vas čeka soba slične kvadrature, režije su uključene u cijenu, no morate se spakirati prvog svibnja pošto tada objekt postaje apartman za inozemne goste. Oglas pogledaje OVDJE.

Zarada na sirotinji

Ništa bolje nećete proći ni ako ste nesretni student koji jedva krpa kraj s krajem, pošto iznajmljivač na Manušu nudi velikodušnih 15 kvadrata sobe sa zajedničkim korištenjem kuhinje i kupaonice za 300 eura mjesečno. Ukoliko ste student i volite starinski namještaj, oglas pogledajte OVDJE.

Najjeftiniju ponudu našli smo na splitskim Brdima za 150 eura, no kvaka je u tome što se traženi iznos odnosi na jedan krevet u inače dvokrevetnoj sobi od 15 četvornih metara. Ovaj "zlatni ležaj" možete pogledati OVDJE.

Astronomske cijene nekretnina na splitskom području boljka su većine građana koji muku muče s pronalaskom normalne akomodacije za pristojan iznos, a mnogi od njih su primorani ući na nezahvalno tržište podstanarstva.

Međutim, i tu nailaze na brojne prepreke, bilo da ne mogu osigurati dugoročni boravak zbog apartmanizacije uslijed turističke sezone ili su mjesečne rate daleko iznad njihovih financijskih mogućnosti. 

Izbor se sve više sužava, stoga je sve popularnije iznajmljivanje i unamljivanje soba po kućama i stanovima. Na internetskim tražilicama nudi se desetak različitih soba, a za najskuplju treba izdvojiti nevjerojatnih – 450 eura!

Soba na Visokoj ima 25 metara četvornih i agencija se hvali da je elegantno i moderno namještena te da ima vlastitu kupaonicu i hladnjak. U navedenu mjesečnu svotu nisu uključene režije, a ako želite ovu spavaću sobu morate usput još platiti i polog i agencijsku proviziju u visini jednog mjesečnog najma. Oglas pogledajte OVDJE.

Za sto eura manje u Radunici vas čeka soba slične kvadrature, režije su uključene u cijenu, no morate se spakirati prvog svibnja pošto tada objekt postaje apartman za inozemne goste. Oglas pogledaje OVDJE.

Zarada na sirotinji

Ništa bolje nećete proći ni ako ste nesretni student koji jedva krpa kraj s krajem, pošto iznajmljivač na Manušu nudi velikodušnih 15 kvadrata sobe sa zajedničkim korištenjem kuhinje i kupaonice za 300 eura mjesečno. Ukoliko ste student i volite starinski namještaj, oglas pogledajte OVDJE.

Najjeftiniju ponudu našli smo na splitskim Brdima za 150 eura, no kvaka je u tome što se traženi iznos odnosi na jedan krevet u inače dvokrevetnoj sobi od 15 četvornih metara. Ovaj "zlatni ležaj" možete pogledati OVDJE.
