Prenapučenost grada, vrućine koje rekordnom brzinom usmrde smeće, ugostiteljski objekti koji su preplavili staru gradsku jezgru, sve to i još brojni drugi čimbenici stvaraju dojam da je grad šporak. I često je zbilja šporak.

U razgovoru s direktorom "Čistoće" Ivicom Karoglanom otkrili smo brojne probleme na terenu s kojima se nose radnici komunalne tvrtke, ali je daleko najluđi razlog prepreka koju stvaraju – ulični spavači.

- Imate problem s onima koji leže po cesti, a ne možete vi njega pomaknut kako bi oprali ulicu – kazao je Karoglan.

Možemo samo zamisliti koliko je teško zamoliti pijanog gosta da barem legne na bok kako bi se moglo pomesti ispod njega. Luđi razlog od ovoga teško smo mogli zamisliti. Također, ističe kako nakon pranja ulica mladi iz noćnih klubova izlaze i ponište sve što su radnici "Čistoće" napravili u kasnim noćnim satima.

- Imamo 30 ljudi u centru grada, noćnu smjenu koja uvijek mete. Oni imaju svoju dinamiku pranja, minimalno jedan do dva puta tjedno. Ne možemo biti po 24 sata na svakom mjestu, ali je ispoštivana propisana dinamika – rekao je šef "Čistoće".

Nije im zanemariv problem i što je 40 ljudi na bolovanju, od ukupno 230 je operativaca, što stvara dodatan posao u već prenapučenom gradu.

- Ako bude neka kritična točka, kao direktor se ispričavam i nadam se da ćemo što prije ukloniti otpad. Dajemo sve od sebe. Ovim putem zahvaljujem svojim kolegama koji odrađuju zahtjevan posao. Činjenica je da je sezona neloša, da se povećao broj turista, ali to nije razlog da je grad prljav- poručio je i dodao:

- Vrijeme stajanja otpada je ključno. Ako je to sat vremena ne vidim nikakav problem, ali ako stoji cijelo poslijepodne to je problem. Nije u svakom trenutku sve savršeno, ali ne mogu reći kontra svojih kolega niti jednu riječ jer oni stvarno rade. Prije bi prebacio lopticu na ljude koji su došli u grad i kako se oni ponašaju, a ima i neodgovornih sugrađana – poručio je Karoglan.

S druge strane gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak smatra da je Split čišći nego prije.

- Bolja je situacija nego što je prije bila. Naravno, uvijek je problem s operativom jer je velik dio radnika "Čistoće" na bolovanju, uz to je pritisak turista kojih je sve više. Dogodi se i da se pokvari kamion pa treba vremena da se popravi - rekao je, ali ponovo napominje da je grad čišći nego prije, kao i da su mu gradonačelnici drugih gradova iz Hrvatske i ambasadori drugih država koje dolaze u Split kazali kako su "zadovoljni čistoćom našeg grada".

Prenapučenost grada, vrućine koje rekordnom brzinom usmrde smeće, ugostiteljski objekti koji su preplavili staru gradsku jezgru, sve to i još brojni drugi čimbenici stvaraju dojam da je grad šporak. I često je zbilja šporak.

U razgovoru s direktorom "Čistoće" Ivicom Karoglanom otkrili smo brojne probleme na terenu s kojima se nose radnici komunalne tvrtke, ali je daleko najluđi razlog prepreka koju stvaraju – ulični spavači.

- Imate problem s onima koji leže po cesti, a ne možete vi njega pomaknut kako bi oprali ulicu – kazao je Karoglan.

Možemo samo zamisliti koliko je teško zamoliti pijanog gosta da barem legne na bok kako bi se moglo pomesti ispod njega. Luđi razlog od ovoga teško smo mogli zamisliti. Također, ističe kako nakon pranja ulica mladi iz noćnih klubova izlaze i ponište sve što su radnici "Čistoće" napravili u kasnim noćnim satima.

- Imamo 30 ljudi u centru grada, noćnu smjenu koja uvijek mete. Oni imaju svoju dinamiku pranja, minimalno jedan do dva puta tjedno. Ne možemo biti po 24 sata na svakom mjestu, ali je ispoštivana propisana dinamika – rekao je šef "Čistoće".

Nije im zanemariv problem i što je 40 ljudi na bolovanju, od ukupno 230 je operativaca, što stvara dodatan posao u već prenapučenom gradu.

- Ako bude neka kritična točka, kao direktor se ispričavam i nadam se da ćemo što prije ukloniti otpad. Dajemo sve od sebe. Ovim putem zahvaljujem svojim kolegama koji odrađuju zahtjevan posao. Činjenica je da je sezona neloša, da se povećao broj turista, ali to nije razlog da je grad prljav- poručio je i dodao:

- Vrijeme stajanja otpada je ključno. Ako je to sat vremena ne vidim nikakav problem, ali ako stoji cijelo poslijepodne to je problem. Nije u svakom trenutku sve savršeno, ali ne mogu reći kontra svojih kolega niti jednu riječ jer oni stvarno rade. Prije bi prebacio lopticu na ljude koji su došli u grad i kako se oni ponašaju, a ima i neodgovornih sugrađana – poručio je Karoglan.

S druge strane gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak smatra da je Split čišći nego prije.

- Bolja je situacija nego što je prije bila. Naravno, uvijek je problem s operativom jer je velik dio radnika "Čistoće" na bolovanju, uz to je pritisak turista kojih je sve više. Dogodi se i da se pokvari kamion pa treba vremena da se popravi - rekao je, ali ponovo napominje da je grad čišći nego prije, kao i da su mu gradonačelnici drugih gradova iz Hrvatske i ambasadori drugih država koje dolaze u Split kazali kako su "zadovoljni čistoćom našeg grada".
