Ministarstvo kulture poslalo je reagiranje na tekst u kojem im se pobrojalo graške s krivim upisima u dokumente kojima su izdali potvrde investitoru na osnovu kojih se izvode intenzivni građevinski radovi u uvali Ježinac.

Podsjetimo, izbrojali smo šest grešaka u tri dokumenta. Iz Ministarstva ne poriču da je bilo toliko grešaka, već kažu kako je pogrešan upis Zone B, umjesto zone A, od strane Radoslava Bužančića samo formalna pogreška. "Nema ni govora o devastaciji zaštićene A zone, na što smo ukazali javno dostupnim podacima na Geoportalu kulturnih dobara Ministarstva. Projekt je naime izrađen upravo prema svim uvjetima zone A”.

Analizirajući njihovo očitovanje otkrili smo još grešaka. "Geoportal kulturnih dobara” kojeg Ministarstvo kulture navodi kao krunski dokaz da se dotična parcela na kojoj se građevinskim radovima „odvalio komad brda” nalazi u zoni A, te da nije došlo do promjene zone zaštite, zapravo je slab argument. Naime, i tamo je došlo do pogrešnog upisivanja zona zaštite, a što bi moglo posjetitelje Geoportala dovesti u zabludu.

Kao zona A označeno je područje koje je u "Rješenju o zaštiti Kulturnopovijesne cjeline Meje” proglašeno za zonu B. S obzirom na to da na Geoportalu piše kako se za uvjete zaštite u Kulturnopovijesnoj zoni Meje treba obratiti Konzervatorskom odjelu Split, a navodi se ime Radoslava Bužančića kao njihovog šefa, za pretpostaviti je da su zbrku sa zonama zaštite prouzročili splitski konzervatori.

Da pojasnimo, u Zoni A koja se ispod ceste proteže od Vile Dalmacije do Zvončaca zabranjene su nove gradnje, može se vršiti nužne popravke, ali ne rušiti povijesne građevine i vršiti zamjenske gradnje. Zona B je područje iznad ceste, između Muzeja hrvatskih arheoloških spomenika i Galerije Meštrović. Unutar zone B je dozvoljena gradnja isključivo kulturnih i društvenih sadržaja. Bužančić je, dakle, protivno "Rješenju o zaštiti Kulturnopovijesne cjeline Meje”, za adresu Mažuranićevo šetalište 31 na čak tri dokumenta investitoru napisao da mu se privatna čestica nalazi u zoni B. Kako je rekao glavni projektant Dalibor Bartulović, njegovoj firmi je konzervator Tudor kazao da se područje nalazi u zoni B. Čak su i na Geoportalu krivo upisane zone zaštite. Slučajno?

Iz Ministarstva kulture objašnjavaju zašto nisu obavljali nadzor nad radovima pa kažu: "Na teren je naime izašla Građevinska inspekcija koja je utvrdila da nije došlo do radova izvan građevinske dozvole što je za Konzervatorski odjel mjerodavno”. Ministarstvo očito ne zna da za ovaj zahvat nije izdana građevinska dozvola, nego potvrda glavnog projekta u skladu s Pravilnikom o jednostavnim građevinama, a što spominje i građevinska inspekcija.

Naime, Grad Split je u srpnju 2020. investitorici Terezi Žderić odbio izdati građevinsku dozvolu za rekonstrukciju potpornih zidova i ograde. Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje gradnju i zaštitu okoliša, Boris Marelja, je za Slobodnu izjavio da je to učinjeno jer za gradnju takvih zidova ne treba građevinska dozvola, već je dovoljna potvrda glavnog projekta.

Bužančić je u studenom 2020. izdao posebne uvjete na idejno rješenje, a potvrdu na glavni projekt izdao je 13. siječnja 2021. Jedno i drugo izdao je pozivajući se na članke 60. i 61. Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara koji se odnose na postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole. Dakle, pola godine nakon što je Grad odbio izdati građevinsku dozvolu, Bužančić izdaje akte prema člancima Zakona koji se odnose na postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole?!

A da stvar bude luđa, na sjevernom dijelu parcele, gdje je investitor tražio i dobio građevinsku dozvolu za rekonstrukciju pristupne kolne rampe i kućice, Bužančić je dao Potvrdu pozivajući se na članak 61. b istog Zakona, a koji važi za postupak u kojem nije potrebna građevinska dozvola.

Ministarstvo kulture zaključuje „završetak radova će napokon dokazati realizaciju glavnog projekta kojem je Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu izdao potvrdu za nužne radove sanacije u uvali Ježinac”. U Ministarstvu očito unaprijed vjeruju da se neće griješiti u izvedbi, da neće biti kasnijih promjena u materijalima ili odabiru ukrasnog bilja, premda je Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu obilato griješio u dokumentima koje je izdao za ovaj zahvat.

Ministarstvo kulture poslalo je reagiranje na tekst u kojem im se pobrojalo graške s krivim upisima u dokumente kojima su izdali potvrde investitoru na osnovu kojih se izvode intenzivni građevinski radovi u uvali Ježinac.

Podsjetimo, izbrojali smo šest grešaka u tri dokumenta. Iz Ministarstva ne poriču da je bilo toliko grešaka, već kažu kako je pogrešan upis Zone B, umjesto zone A, od strane Radoslava Bužančića samo formalna pogreška. "Nema ni govora o devastaciji zaštićene A zone, na što smo ukazali javno dostupnim podacima na Geoportalu kulturnih dobara Ministarstva. Projekt je naime izrađen upravo prema svim uvjetima zone A”.

Analizirajući njihovo očitovanje otkrili smo još grešaka. "Geoportal kulturnih dobara” kojeg Ministarstvo kulture navodi kao krunski dokaz da se dotična parcela na kojoj se građevinskim radovima „odvalio komad brda” nalazi u zoni A, te da nije došlo do promjene zone zaštite, zapravo je slab argument. Naime, i tamo je došlo do pogrešnog upisivanja zona zaštite, a što bi moglo posjetitelje Geoportala dovesti u zabludu.

Kao zona A označeno je područje koje je u "Rješenju o zaštiti Kulturnopovijesne cjeline Meje” proglašeno za zonu B. S obzirom na to da na Geoportalu piše kako se za uvjete zaštite u Kulturnopovijesnoj zoni Meje treba obratiti Konzervatorskom odjelu Split, a navodi se ime Radoslava Bužančića kao njihovog šefa, za pretpostaviti je da su zbrku sa zonama zaštite prouzročili splitski konzervatori.

Da pojasnimo, u Zoni A koja se ispod ceste proteže od Vile Dalmacije do Zvončaca zabranjene su nove gradnje, može se vršiti nužne popravke, ali ne rušiti povijesne građevine i vršiti zamjenske gradnje. Zona B je područje iznad ceste, između Muzeja hrvatskih arheoloških spomenika i Galerije Meštrović. Unutar zone B je dozvoljena gradnja isključivo kulturnih i društvenih sadržaja. Bužančić je, dakle, protivno "Rješenju o zaštiti Kulturnopovijesne cjeline Meje”, za adresu Mažuranićevo šetalište 31 na čak tri dokumenta investitoru napisao da mu se privatna čestica nalazi u zoni B. Kako je rekao glavni projektant Dalibor Bartulović, njegovoj firmi je konzervator Tudor kazao da se područje nalazi u zoni B. Čak su i na Geoportalu krivo upisane zone zaštite. Slučajno?

Iz Ministarstva kulture objašnjavaju zašto nisu obavljali nadzor nad radovima pa kažu: "Na teren je naime izašla Građevinska inspekcija koja je utvrdila da nije došlo do radova izvan građevinske dozvole što je za Konzervatorski odjel mjerodavno”. Ministarstvo očito ne zna da za ovaj zahvat nije izdana građevinska dozvola, nego potvrda glavnog projekta u skladu s Pravilnikom o jednostavnim građevinama, a što spominje i građevinska inspekcija.

Naime, Grad Split je u srpnju 2020. investitorici Terezi Žderić odbio izdati građevinsku dozvolu za rekonstrukciju potpornih zidova i ograde. Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje gradnju i zaštitu okoliša, Boris Marelja, je za Slobodnu izjavio da je to učinjeno jer za gradnju takvih zidova ne treba građevinska dozvola, već je dovoljna potvrda glavnog projekta.

Bužančić je u studenom 2020. izdao posebne uvjete na idejno rješenje, a potvrdu na glavni projekt izdao je 13. siječnja 2021. Jedno i drugo izdao je pozivajući se na članke 60. i 61. Zakona o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara koji se odnose na postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole. Dakle, pola godine nakon što je Grad odbio izdati građevinsku dozvolu, Bužančić izdaje akte prema člancima Zakona koji se odnose na postupak izdavanja građevinske dozvole?!

A da stvar bude luđa, na sjevernom dijelu parcele, gdje je investitor tražio i dobio građevinsku dozvolu za rekonstrukciju pristupne kolne rampe i kućice, Bužančić je dao Potvrdu pozivajući se na članak 61. b istog Zakona, a koji važi za postupak u kojem nije potrebna građevinska dozvola.

Ministarstvo kulture zaključuje „završetak radova će napokon dokazati realizaciju glavnog projekta kojem je Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu izdao potvrdu za nužne radove sanacije u uvali Ježinac”. U Ministarstvu očito unaprijed vjeruju da se neće griješiti u izvedbi, da neće biti kasnijih promjena u materijalima ili odabiru ukrasnog bilja, premda je Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu obilato griješio u dokumentima koje je izdao za ovaj zahvat.
