Nestašicu lijekova u hrvatskom zdravstvu najbolje je na svojoj koži mogao osjetiti Splićanin Ivan Perković.
On je je u srijedu u zakazanom terminu došao na Onkologiju bolnice na Firulama, ali toliko potrebnu imunoterapiju nije mogao dobiti.
- Dočekala me je - kaže Perković - glavna sestra i prenijela mi poruku liječnice koja me vodi da nemaju lijeka koji primam. Radi se o lijeku Obdivo (Nivolumab). Sestra mi je još ljubazno rekla da će me kontaktirati poštom čim lijek dođe.
Ivanu (72) je prije dvije godine dijagnosticiran karcinom na lijevom bubregu. On mu je i izvađen, ali je problem što je došlo do metastaza na više mjesta u njegovom organizmu.
- Isti ovaj lijek primao sam intravenozno u dnevnoj bolnici već više puta i nikada nije došlo do ovakvog problema. Iako mi nije rečeno, očito je da sve posljedica neisporuke od veledrogerija zbog nagomilanih dugova. Ja liječnike i osoblje u Splitu ni za šta ne krivim. Dušu bih griješio da išta kontra kažem. Očito nešto u sustavu ne štima - veli Perković.
Vremena nema
Isti dan kada je vraćen s Onkologije kontaktirao je Ministarstvo zdravstva u Zagrebu i rekao im što mu se dogodilo. U četvrtak, neposredno prije našeg razgovora, zvala ga je povratno službenica Ministarstva zadužena za nabavu lijekova.
- Kontaktirala me je čak dva puta tijekom jutra i pokušala smiriti. Prema onome što je ispričala, zvala je i bolnicu koja je navodno dobila novac ili samo što nije, pa će narudžba ići idući tjedan - navodi naš sugovornik.
Problem je, međutim, što on vremena za čekanje nema. Već dobrano kasni s terapijom, jer mu je posljednji put Obdivo izazvao nuspojave i morao ju je odgoditi.
- Kao i dobar broj drugih bolesnika, dobio sam upalu pluća. Liječio sam se pet tjedana i sada sam konačno bio spreman nastaviti terapiju. Znate, meni svaki dan u životu igra. U panici sam da ne dođe do još kakvih metastaza - pribojava se Perković.
Njemu nije jasno kako su se država i njezin bolnički sustav mogli dovesti u ovakvu situaciju.
- Ja sam dugo živio na Zapadu, a zahvaljujući poslu i proputovao cijeli svijet. Ovo nigdje nisam vidio i čuo. Što je još gore, Hrvatska je članica Europske unije, koja ima svoje standarde. Zato me čudi me da nitko iz Bruxellesa ne reagira na situaciju u jednoj članici i činjenicu da su građanima životi ugroženi - reći će.
Meštrović u Zagrebu
Ivan Perković ne misli odustati pa je zato i odlučio javno istupiti.
- Meni život visi o koncu i ne mogu podnijeti pomisao da sutra mogu umrijeti jer tamo neki birokrat nije napravio što je trebao. Ja samo želim poživiti ovo što mi je preostalo. Novca za zdravlje građana mora biti, sve drugo je manje važno - riječi su kojima nas je ispratio Ivan Perković.
Ravnatelj splitske bolnice dr. Julije Meštrović jučer je, kako doznajemo, bio u Ministarstvu u Zagrebu, gdje je jedna od tema bila i plaćanje veledrogerijama. U četvrtak smo se i sami obratili Ministarstvu zdravstva. Interesiralo nas je zašto je došlo do nestašice lijeka Obdivo, kada će ponovno biti omogućena njegova isporuka, kao i koliko pacijenata u ovome trenutku čeka na svoju terapiju. Do zaključenja ovog izdanja nismo dobili tražene odgovore.

Dr. Vrdoljak: Nastojimo riješiti problem
Tragom ovog slučaja razgovarali smo s prof. dr. Eduardom Vrdoljakom, predstojnikom Klinike za onkologiju KBC-a Split, koji nam je potvrdio da je posrijedi općehrvatski problem s veledrogerijama i isporukom lijekova.
- Mi nastojimo maksimalno brzo riješiti ovaj problem, kao i problem s lijekovima za naše druge pacijente, te im pružiti optimalan tretman - rekao nam je dr. Vrdoljak.

Nestašicu lijekova u hrvatskom zdravstvu najbolje je na svojoj koži mogao osjetiti Splićanin Ivan Perković.
On je je u srijedu u zakazanom terminu došao na Onkologiju bolnice na Firulama, ali toliko potrebnu imunoterapiju nije mogao dobiti.
- Dočekala me je - kaže Perković - glavna sestra i prenijela mi poruku liječnice koja me vodi da nemaju lijeka koji primam. Radi se o lijeku Obdivo (Nivolumab). Sestra mi je još ljubazno rekla da će me kontaktirati poštom čim lijek dođe.
Ivanu (72) je prije dvije godine dijagnosticiran karcinom na lijevom bubregu. On mu je i izvađen, ali je problem što je došlo do metastaza na više mjesta u njegovom organizmu.
- Isti ovaj lijek primao sam intravenozno u dnevnoj bolnici već više puta i nikada nije došlo do ovakvog problema. Iako mi nije rečeno, očito je da sve posljedica neisporuke od veledrogerija zbog nagomilanih dugova. Ja liječnike i osoblje u Splitu ni za šta ne krivim. Dušu bih griješio da išta kontra kažem. Očito nešto u sustavu ne štima - veli Perković.
Vremena nema
Isti dan kada je vraćen s Onkologije kontaktirao je Ministarstvo zdravstva u Zagrebu i rekao im što mu se dogodilo. U četvrtak, neposredno prije našeg razgovora, zvala ga je povratno službenica Ministarstva zadužena za nabavu lijekova.
- Kontaktirala me je čak dva puta tijekom jutra i pokušala smiriti. Prema onome što je ispričala, zvala je i bolnicu koja je navodno dobila novac ili samo što nije, pa će narudžba ići idući tjedan - navodi naš sugovornik.
Problem je, međutim, što on vremena za čekanje nema. Već dobrano kasni s terapijom, jer mu je posljednji put Obdivo izazvao nuspojave i morao ju je odgoditi.
- Kao i dobar broj drugih bolesnika, dobio sam upalu pluća. Liječio sam se pet tjedana i sada sam konačno bio spreman nastaviti terapiju. Znate, meni svaki dan u životu igra. U panici sam da ne dođe do još kakvih metastaza - pribojava se Perković.
Njemu nije jasno kako su se država i njezin bolnički sustav mogli dovesti u ovakvu situaciju.
- Ja sam dugo živio na Zapadu, a zahvaljujući poslu i proputovao cijeli svijet. Ovo nigdje nisam vidio i čuo. Što je još gore, Hrvatska je članica Europske unije, koja ima svoje standarde. Zato me čudi me da nitko iz Bruxellesa ne reagira na situaciju u jednoj članici i činjenicu da su građanima životi ugroženi - reći će.
Meštrović u Zagrebu
Ivan Perković ne misli odustati pa je zato i odlučio javno istupiti.
- Meni život visi o koncu i ne mogu podnijeti pomisao da sutra mogu umrijeti jer tamo neki birokrat nije napravio što je trebao. Ja samo želim poživiti ovo što mi je preostalo. Novca za zdravlje građana mora biti, sve drugo je manje važno - riječi su kojima nas je ispratio Ivan Perković.
Ravnatelj splitske bolnice dr. Julije Meštrović jučer je, kako doznajemo, bio u Ministarstvu u Zagrebu, gdje je jedna od tema bila i plaćanje veledrogerijama. U četvrtak smo se i sami obratili Ministarstvu zdravstva. Interesiralo nas je zašto je došlo do nestašice lijeka Obdivo, kada će ponovno biti omogućena njegova isporuka, kao i koliko pacijenata u ovome trenutku čeka na svoju terapiju. Do zaključenja ovog izdanja nismo dobili tražene odgovore.

Dr. Vrdoljak: Nastojimo riješiti problem
Tragom ovog slučaja razgovarali smo s prof. dr. Eduardom Vrdoljakom, predstojnikom Klinike za onkologiju KBC-a Split, koji nam je potvrdio da je posrijedi općehrvatski problem s veledrogerijama i isporukom lijekova.
- Mi nastojimo maksimalno brzo riješiti ovaj problem, kao i problem s lijekovima za naše druge pacijente, te im pružiti optimalan tretman - rekao nam je dr. Vrdoljak.
