Nekoliko država Europe privremeno je iz upotrebe povuklo cjepivo proizvođača AstraZeneca, protiv Covid - 19 virusa, budući da su kod nekih pacijenata, nakon cijepljenja tim cjepivom nastupile neželjene posljedice (smrt, plućna embolija), pa dok se, moguća povezanost s cijepljenjem u potpunosti ne odbaci, cijepljenje će u tim državama, s tim cjepivom biti privremeno obustavljeno.

U Hrvatskoj to nije napravljeno, budući da Hrvatska i nije dobila AstraZenecino cjepivo iz te "sporne" serije.

- Ja mislim da je to mjera opreza i dobro je da je ona donesena. Pažnja javnosti je jako usmjerena prema svim vrstama cjepiva i nijedna mjera opreza nije loše došla. No, mišljenja sam kako ne treba raditi nikakvu paniku, a pogotovo ga ne trebamo raditi mi u Hrvatskoj, jer kod nas nema nekih teških, neželjenih nuspojava od bilo kojeg, do sada pristiglog cjepiva, rekao nam je izv. prof. dr. sc. Kako je sada pažnja svekolike svjetske javnosti usmjerena prema svim cjepivima protiv koronavirusa, tako je pred nešto više od 10 godina bila usmjerena prema cjepivu protiv rota virusa (dječjeg proljeva). Naime, kada je to cjepivo otkriveno i kada se s njime počelo cijepiti djecu, netko je primijetio kao djeca, koja su ga primila imaju češće zapetljaj crijeva i odmah je prekinuta distribucija.

To je cjepivo u pravilu distribuirano najviše u Afriku, gdje su djeca najčešće umirala od rota virusa i cjepivo je spasilo život za više od 60 posto afričke djece. Naravno, čim se posumnjalo kako se djeci zapetljavaju crijeva provedena su ispitivanja i utvrđeno je kako korištenje cjepiva i zapetljaj crijeva nisu u nikakvoj uzročno-posljedičnoj vezi.

- Mi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji nemamo ni od jednog cjepiva, za sada neželjene teške nuspojave ili ne daj Bože zabilježen neki smrtni slučaj. Do sada smo ukupno distribuirali oko 42 tisuće doza raznog cjepiva (AstraZEneca i PfizerBiontech po 20 tisuća doza, a Moderna 2600 doza) i kod nikoga nisu zamijećene značajnije nuspojave. Samo smo kod jednog cijepljenja sa PfizerBiontechom imali jaču alergijsku reakciju, kazuje prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ).

Sve nuspojave su bile očekivane.

- Radi se o povišenoj temperaturi, boli u ruci, na mjestu uboda, općenito malo većoj malaksalosti nekoliko sati nakon cijepljenja, koja vrlo brzo prođe. Mi i dalje nastavljamo cijepiti kako sa AstraZenecom, tako i sa svim drugim cjepivima koje dobivamo. Ovaj tjedan smo primili, osim 2600 doza PfizerBiontecha i pet tisuća doza AstraZenece i sva smo cjepiva već distribuirali, kako u Spaladium Arenu, tako i prema obiteljskim liječnicima, a dio smo ostavili i na NZJZ SDŽ, zaključila je dr. Karin.

Nekoliko država Europe privremeno je iz upotrebe povuklo cjepivo proizvođača AstraZeneca, protiv Covid - 19 virusa, budući da su kod nekih pacijenata, nakon cijepljenja tim cjepivom nastupile neželjene posljedice (smrt, plućna embolija), pa dok se, moguća povezanost s cijepljenjem u potpunosti ne odbaci, cijepljenje će u tim državama, s tim cjepivom biti privremeno obustavljeno.

U Hrvatskoj to nije napravljeno, budući da Hrvatska i nije dobila AstraZenecino cjepivo iz te "sporne" serije.

- Ja mislim da je to mjera opreza i dobro je da je ona donesena. Pažnja javnosti je jako usmjerena prema svim vrstama cjepiva i nijedna mjera opreza nije loše došla. No, mišljenja sam kako ne treba raditi nikakvu paniku, a pogotovo ga ne trebamo raditi mi u Hrvatskoj, jer kod nas nema nekih teških, neželjenih nuspojava od bilo kojeg, do sada pristiglog cjepiva, rekao nam je izv. prof. dr. sc. Kako je sada pažnja svekolike svjetske javnosti usmjerena prema svim cjepivima protiv koronavirusa, tako je pred nešto više od 10 godina bila usmjerena prema cjepivu protiv rota virusa (dječjeg proljeva). Naime, kada je to cjepivo otkriveno i kada se s njime počelo cijepiti djecu, netko je primijetio kao djeca, koja su ga primila imaju češće zapetljaj crijeva i odmah je prekinuta distribucija.

To je cjepivo u pravilu distribuirano najviše u Afriku, gdje su djeca najčešće umirala od rota virusa i cjepivo je spasilo život za više od 60 posto afričke djece. Naravno, čim se posumnjalo kako se djeci zapetljavaju crijeva provedena su ispitivanja i utvrđeno je kako korištenje cjepiva i zapetljaj crijeva nisu u nikakvoj uzročno-posljedičnoj vezi.

- Mi u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji nemamo ni od jednog cjepiva, za sada neželjene teške nuspojave ili ne daj Bože zabilježen neki smrtni slučaj. Do sada smo ukupno distribuirali oko 42 tisuće doza raznog cjepiva (AstraZEneca i PfizerBiontech po 20 tisuća doza, a Moderna 2600 doza) i kod nikoga nisu zamijećene značajnije nuspojave. Samo smo kod jednog cijepljenja sa PfizerBiontechom imali jaču alergijsku reakciju, kazuje prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ).

Sve nuspojave su bile očekivane.

- Radi se o povišenoj temperaturi, boli u ruci, na mjestu uboda, općenito malo većoj malaksalosti nekoliko sati nakon cijepljenja, koja vrlo brzo prođe. Mi i dalje nastavljamo cijepiti kako sa AstraZenecom, tako i sa svim drugim cjepivima koje dobivamo. Ovaj tjedan smo primili, osim 2600 doza PfizerBiontecha i pet tisuća doza AstraZenece i sva smo cjepiva već distribuirali, kako u Spaladium Arenu, tako i prema obiteljskim liječnicima, a dio smo ostavili i na NZJZ SDŽ, zaključila je dr. Karin.
