Krajem prošle godine je okončan EU projekt RU:RBAN, URBACT, u kojem je sudjelovao i grad Split. Tim povodom su definirane aktivnosti potrebne za uspostavu urbanih društvenih vrtova.

Pritom je uspostavljena međunarodna i nacionalna mreža partnera i povećan kapacitet za uspostavu i upravljanje urbanim vrtovima u narednom razdoblju. Formirana je Urbact lokalna grupa ULG koju čine dionici Održivo d.o.o., Parkovi i nasadi d.o.o., Udruga Mi, Udruga MoSt, Udruga Permakultura Dalmacija te Udruga za prirodu, okoliš i održivi razvoj Sunce. Oni će svojom praksom i iskustvom pomogli realizaciju projektnih aktivnosti.

Izrađena je Studija potencijala razvoja i provedbe urbanih vrtova u Splitu do 2030. godine koja će kao primarni dokument pomoći u oblikovanju svih budućih aktivnosti u segmentu urbanih vrtova i pomoći u izradi budućih projekata i partnerstva. Napravljen je i Prijedlog regulative upravljanja urbanim vrtovima u Splitu.

Također, integrirana je terminologija “urbani vrtovi” u GUP Grada i drugu stratešku dokumentaciju. Osim toga, kroz rezultate Ankete ostvaren je uvid u velik interes građana za realizacijom urbanih vrtova u Splitu, gdje čak 95,5 posto ispitanika podržava ideju urbanih vrtova, i aktivnosti koje dolaze u sklopu urbanih vrtova.

Tome unatoč, Split još nema urbani vrt. Štoviše, Split još uvijek nema nikakvu ideju gdje bi takav vrt mogao izrasti. 

Kako je poznato, projekt uređenja urbanog vrta na Turskoj kuli nije realiziran jer još nisu riješeni imovinsko pravni odnosi na predviđenoj parceli. Rješavanje istih je u tijeku.

Zbog nepredviđene dinamike rješavanja imovinsko pravnih odnosa na parceli na Turskoj kuli je bila razmatrana i alternativa parcela na Žnjanu. Međutim, po izvršenom izvidu i nakon analize prostorno planske dokumentacije i terena utvrđeno je da predmetna parcela ne zadovoljava sve uvjete/parametre za uređenje urbanog vrta.

- Grad Split nastavlja s daljnjim aktivnostima u svrhu osiguravanja uvjeta za uspostavu urbanog vrta i urbanog uređenja sa rastućim brojem zelenih oaza i zelenih koridora - javljaju nam iz Banovine.

Agronom Branimir Urlić ističe da Split napokon zaslužuje izgradnju urbanog vrta.

- Jedan od mojih priejldoga je i bila parcela na Turskoj kuli koja je zadovoljava sve parametre bitne za isto, lokacija u urbanom tkivu, sva infrastruktura u blizini i slično. Šteta da smo opet upali u tipični splitski problem zvan imovinsko-pravni odnosi.

Moje je mišljenje da se urbani vrt može napraviti u bilo kojoj zelenoj Z zoni, jer kao takav i jest zelena zona. Godinama je na svaki prijedlog o nekoj lokaciji objašnjenje bilo da se ne može, da je nešto predviđeno za gradnju, a ispada da je tamo već 10 godina vrt mogao funcionirati bez problema - ističe član stranke Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju.

Kaže da se namjerno komplicira s urbanističkim paramterima, a radi se o najobičnijoj parceli gdje će ljudi saditi jednogodišnje povrće, začine i cvijeće. Pritom bi se najzapuštenija parcela mogla privesti svrsi za tri mjeseca.

- Ako grad nije sposoban naći primjerenu parcelu čudi me da nije pokušalo bar pokušati uzeti jednu u dugoročni najam. Vlasnici parcela u zelenim zonama, koje su u najvećem dijelu zapuštene, sigurno bi radije imali neki prihod od svog vlasništva nego da im stoji bez svrhe.

Tu se vraćamo na situaciju da Grad u 30 godina nije ciljano kupio niti kvadrat zemljišta u svrhu formiranja novog parka ili odmorišta. Pola grada uopće nema nešto takvo, a znamo kakve su smjernice zelene tranizicije i prilagodbe na klimatske promjene - poručio je Urlić.

Krajem prošle godine je okončan EU projekt RU:RBAN, URBACT, u kojem je sudjelovao i grad Split. Tim povodom su definirane aktivnosti potrebne za uspostavu urbanih društvenih vrtova.

Pritom je uspostavljena međunarodna i nacionalna mreža partnera i povećan kapacitet za uspostavu i upravljanje urbanim vrtovima u narednom razdoblju. Formirana je Urbact lokalna grupa ULG koju čine dionici Održivo d.o.o., Parkovi i nasadi d.o.o., Udruga Mi, Udruga MoSt, Udruga Permakultura Dalmacija te Udruga za prirodu, okoliš i održivi razvoj Sunce. Oni će svojom praksom i iskustvom pomogli realizaciju projektnih aktivnosti.

Izrađena je Studija potencijala razvoja i provedbe urbanih vrtova u Splitu do 2030. godine koja će kao primarni dokument pomoći u oblikovanju svih budućih aktivnosti u segmentu urbanih vrtova i pomoći u izradi budućih projekata i partnerstva. Napravljen je i Prijedlog regulative upravljanja urbanim vrtovima u Splitu.

Također, integrirana je terminologija “urbani vrtovi” u GUP Grada i drugu stratešku dokumentaciju. Osim toga, kroz rezultate Ankete ostvaren je uvid u velik interes građana za realizacijom urbanih vrtova u Splitu, gdje čak 95,5 posto ispitanika podržava ideju urbanih vrtova, i aktivnosti koje dolaze u sklopu urbanih vrtova.

Tome unatoč, Split još nema urbani vrt. Štoviše, Split još uvijek nema nikakvu ideju gdje bi takav vrt mogao izrasti. 

Kako je poznato, projekt uređenja urbanog vrta na Turskoj kuli nije realiziran jer još nisu riješeni imovinsko pravni odnosi na predviđenoj parceli. Rješavanje istih je u tijeku.

Zbog nepredviđene dinamike rješavanja imovinsko pravnih odnosa na parceli na Turskoj kuli je bila razmatrana i alternativa parcela na Žnjanu. Međutim, po izvršenom izvidu i nakon analize prostorno planske dokumentacije i terena utvrđeno je da predmetna parcela ne zadovoljava sve uvjete/parametre za uređenje urbanog vrta.

- Grad Split nastavlja s daljnjim aktivnostima u svrhu osiguravanja uvjeta za uspostavu urbanog vrta i urbanog uređenja sa rastućim brojem zelenih oaza i zelenih koridora - javljaju nam iz Banovine.

Agronom Branimir Urlić ističe da Split napokon zaslužuje izgradnju urbanog vrta.

- Jedan od mojih priejldoga je i bila parcela na Turskoj kuli koja je zadovoljava sve parametre bitne za isto, lokacija u urbanom tkivu, sva infrastruktura u blizini i slično. Šteta da smo opet upali u tipični splitski problem zvan imovinsko-pravni odnosi.

Moje je mišljenje da se urbani vrt može napraviti u bilo kojoj zelenoj Z zoni, jer kao takav i jest zelena zona. Godinama je na svaki prijedlog o nekoj lokaciji objašnjenje bilo da se ne može, da je nešto predviđeno za gradnju, a ispada da je tamo već 10 godina vrt mogao funcionirati bez problema - ističe član stranke Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju.

Kaže da se namjerno komplicira s urbanističkim paramterima, a radi se o najobičnijoj parceli gdje će ljudi saditi jednogodišnje povrće, začine i cvijeće. Pritom bi se najzapuštenija parcela mogla privesti svrsi za tri mjeseca.

- Ako grad nije sposoban naći primjerenu parcelu čudi me da nije pokušalo bar pokušati uzeti jednu u dugoročni najam. Vlasnici parcela u zelenim zonama, koje su u najvećem dijelu zapuštene, sigurno bi radije imali neki prihod od svog vlasništva nego da im stoji bez svrhe.

Tu se vraćamo na situaciju da Grad u 30 godina nije ciljano kupio niti kvadrat zemljišta u svrhu formiranja novog parka ili odmorišta. Pola grada uopće nema nešto takvo, a znamo kakve su smjernice zelene tranizicije i prilagodbe na klimatske promjene - poručio je Urlić.
