Za vikend su se građani na obolu Splita gušili u dimu koji se širio s lokalnog odlagališta otpada i prozivali gradske službe zbog nemara i nedovoljno agilne reakcije. Međutim, kad se sve zboji i oduzme, jedan "požarić" na Karepovcu je mačji kašalj za ono što Splićane čeka u bliskoj budućnosti.
"Gorilo, ne gorilo, mista neće biti", naslov je Facebook objave agronoma i člana Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju Branimira Urlića.
"Eto jučer izgorila koja stotina tona starog namještaja, al šta ćemo sad, kako se stari namještaj samozapali sigurno nećemo saznati.
Vidite ovo prednje brdo na slici na kojem gori, to je nova ploha za odlaganje napravljena nakon sanacije i bit će puna za godinu i po ili dvi, ako dobro nabiju. Bit će puno i nema više, finito, the end.
Pola škovaca na Karepovac dolazi iz drugih gradova i općina, Kaštela, Solin, Omiš i Makarsko primorje (bez Makarske koja vozi negdi u Liku).

Dok Splićani ne plaćaju odlaganje na Karepovac, ostali plaćaju i realno nije ih briga kad će se Karepovac napuniti jer im nije u dvorištu. J.. se onog u Brelima ili Podgori šta je pun Karepovac ako je pun i apartman. Koncept odvajanja otpada u tim sredinama ne postoji, što kažu i državna izvješća o otpadu. Jedino se Omiš trudi zadnjih 10-ak godina
Na drugoj slici je molba Podgorskog komunalca da ljudi više odvajaju, ali ne nude nikakvu podršku za isto. Čak i ovi kulturniji turisti pitaju kako ne mogu nigdje ništa odvojiti. I to sve rezultira s mjesečnim računom od 30 E za mali stančić (treća slika), s tim da sve šta se može reciklirati moram nositi u Split jer tamo to nije izvedivo.
Zaključak, Karepovac je brzo pun, Lećevica neće bit gotova, odgovorni iz Grada i Čistoće su u zadnjih 10-15 godina prodali budućnost grada tako šta su punili račun Čistoće prodavanjem volumena Karepovca koja je s delićima i ljubicama sabotirala svaki suvisli rad na odvajanju otpada i najveći problem modernog čoviks, škovace, držala na misečnoj cijeni od 4-5 eura.
Kad bude Karepovac pun, ja ne znam di će Splićani nositi škovace, moramo moliti Boga da ima kakva rupa u Lici koja će to primit. A i treba se naviknit da će onda račun bit 30-40 eura", piše Urlić u objavi.

Podsjećamo, u studenom 2022. je Anto Krželj, voditelj projekta sanacije Karepovca, na pitanje do kada će Karepovac uopće moći funkcionirati kao gradsko odlagalište odgovorio:
- U prvoj fazi sanacije je izrađena sanitarna ploha s kapacitetom od 700 do 750 tisuća kubika, a koja je dosad zapunjena s oko 300 tisuća kubika. Pošto se godišnje ovdje odloži oko 130 tisuća kubika, rok do kada i dalje Karepovac može imati slobodnih kapaciteta je maksimalno tri, a možda realnije dvije godine. Kako dalje? Ne znam... Nekako ćemo se morati snalaziti.
Splitska gradska vlast nema pojma gdje ćemo sa smećem kada se za dvije godine zatvori Karepovac, ali su potvrdili da njegova sanacija, baš kao i punjenje idu brže od očekivanog

Za vikend su se građani na obolu Splita gušili u dimu koji se širio s lokalnog odlagališta otpada i prozivali gradske službe zbog nemara i nedovoljno agilne reakcije. Međutim, kad se sve zboji i oduzme, jedan "požarić" na Karepovcu je mačji kašalj za ono što Splićane čeka u bliskoj budućnosti.
"Gorilo, ne gorilo, mista neće biti", naslov je Facebook objave agronoma i člana Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju Branimira Urlića.
"Eto jučer izgorila koja stotina tona starog namještaja, al šta ćemo sad, kako se stari namještaj samozapali sigurno nećemo saznati.
Vidite ovo prednje brdo na slici na kojem gori, to je nova ploha za odlaganje napravljena nakon sanacije i bit će puna za godinu i po ili dvi, ako dobro nabiju. Bit će puno i nema više, finito, the end.
Pola škovaca na Karepovac dolazi iz drugih gradova i općina, Kaštela, Solin, Omiš i Makarsko primorje (bez Makarske koja vozi negdi u Liku).

Dok Splićani ne plaćaju odlaganje na Karepovac, ostali plaćaju i realno nije ih briga kad će se Karepovac napuniti jer im nije u dvorištu. J.. se onog u Brelima ili Podgori šta je pun Karepovac ako je pun i apartman. Koncept odvajanja otpada u tim sredinama ne postoji, što kažu i državna izvješća o otpadu. Jedino se Omiš trudi zadnjih 10-ak godina
Na drugoj slici je molba Podgorskog komunalca da ljudi više odvajaju, ali ne nude nikakvu podršku za isto. Čak i ovi kulturniji turisti pitaju kako ne mogu nigdje ništa odvojiti. I to sve rezultira s mjesečnim računom od 30 E za mali stančić (treća slika), s tim da sve šta se može reciklirati moram nositi u Split jer tamo to nije izvedivo.
Zaključak, Karepovac je brzo pun, Lećevica neće bit gotova, odgovorni iz Grada i Čistoće su u zadnjih 10-15 godina prodali budućnost grada tako šta su punili račun Čistoće prodavanjem volumena Karepovca koja je s delićima i ljubicama sabotirala svaki suvisli rad na odvajanju otpada i najveći problem modernog čoviks, škovace, držala na misečnoj cijeni od 4-5 eura.
Kad bude Karepovac pun, ja ne znam di će Splićani nositi škovace, moramo moliti Boga da ima kakva rupa u Lici koja će to primit. A i treba se naviknit da će onda račun bit 30-40 eura", piše Urlić u objavi.

Podsjećamo, u studenom 2022. je Anto Krželj, voditelj projekta sanacije Karepovca, na pitanje do kada će Karepovac uopće moći funkcionirati kao gradsko odlagalište odgovorio:
- U prvoj fazi sanacije je izrađena sanitarna ploha s kapacitetom od 700 do 750 tisuća kubika, a koja je dosad zapunjena s oko 300 tisuća kubika. Pošto se godišnje ovdje odloži oko 130 tisuća kubika, rok do kada i dalje Karepovac može imati slobodnih kapaciteta je maksimalno tri, a možda realnije dvije godine. Kako dalje? Ne znam... Nekako ćemo se morati snalaziti.
Splitska gradska vlast nema pojma gdje ćemo sa smećem kada se za dvije godine zatvori Karepovac, ali su potvrdili da njegova sanacija, baš kao i punjenje idu brže od očekivanog
