Splitski KBC, najopterećenija bolnica u Hrvatskoj, pod sve je većim pritiskom. Uzrok je i nedovoljna procijepljenost na području koje pokriva. Povećava se broj kreveta za pacijente s COVID-om, kojih je sve više i na respiratoru. Zdravstveni djelatnici, među kojima također ima zaraženih, sve su iscrpljeniji. Stiže im pomoć, javlja HRT.
- Respirator nam daje vrijeme potrebno da se pluća oporave!, kaže prim .doc. dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić, anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.
COVID ne bira, u teškom su stanju pacijenti svih dobi.
- Dva bračna para, supružnici, liječe se, oboje su na mehaničkoj ventilaciji na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja. Može li biti što strašnije?, pita Sanda Stojanović Stipić, predstojnica Klinike za anesteziologiju, reanimaciju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split.
COVID odjel gotovo je pun, na krevetima najveći broj pacijenata do sada - 211, osamdeset posto ih nije cijepljeno. Medicinsko osoblje iz dana u dan daje sve od sebe, ali nisu, kažu, superjunaci - žestoki radni ritam dugo traje.
- Stalno mislimo pa bit će bolje, bit će bolje, pa sad je kraj ovog vala pa će biti dobro iza toga, ali mi vidimo da je sa svakom mutacijom, varijantom virusa da je stanje uvijek gore i gore, rekao je dr. Božidar Duplančić.
- Mi prolazimo rat 2020., 2021., 2022., i ne znamo kad će završiti. Nakon dvije godine, priznajemo da smo ne iscrpljeni nego na rubu što se kaže, ali nećemo dozvoliti da se slomimo!, opisuje Mihaela Pfeifer, glavna sestra Respiratorno intenzivističkog centra KBC-a Split.
Premorene sestre tražile su i dobile ispomoć. Beskrajno su zahvalne, 18 kolegica stiže već u ponedjeljak.
- To je jedna velika stvar za nas sve skupa, a evo javnost bi trebala znati i shvatiti u kakvoj smo situaciji s obzirom na to da smo posegnuli prvi put u dvije godine za takvim potezom. Ovdje se radi sa srcem i dušom, apsolutno, kapa do poda svima. Kad nam se oči smiju od sreće, kada pacijenta ispratite kući - to je za nas najveća nagrada i to je ono što nas drži i gura dalje, kaže Pfeifer.
Zbog povećanja broja pacijenata s COVID-om pate svi drugi - operacije koje nisu hitne odgađaju se.
- Nažalost, sad od ponedjeljka nisam sigurna kako ćemo, kako će se odvijati hladni program. Mi ćemo ustvari, prvi put, ja mislim ikada da će hladni pogon u KBC-u Split biti reduciran, baš znakovito, ističe dr. Sanda Stojanović Stipić.
Liječnici mole građane da se, ako još nisu, uključe u borbu protiv nepredvidivog virusa.
- Naši sugrađani bi se trebali cijepiti - jedan put, drugi put i busterirati!, naglašava dr. Božidar Duplančić.
U protivnom, crnoj COVID statistici u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji teško će se stati na kraj, piše HRT.

Splitski KBC, najopterećenija bolnica u Hrvatskoj, pod sve je većim pritiskom. Uzrok je i nedovoljna procijepljenost na području koje pokriva. Povećava se broj kreveta za pacijente s COVID-om, kojih je sve više i na respiratoru. Zdravstveni djelatnici, među kojima također ima zaraženih, sve su iscrpljeniji. Stiže im pomoć, javlja HRT.
- Respirator nam daje vrijeme potrebno da se pluća oporave!, kaže prim .doc. dr. sc. Božidar Duplančić, anesteziolog intenzivist, KBC Split.
COVID ne bira, u teškom su stanju pacijenti svih dobi.
- Dva bračna para, supružnici, liječe se, oboje su na mehaničkoj ventilaciji na jedinici intenzivnog liječenja. Može li biti što strašnije?, pita Sanda Stojanović Stipić, predstojnica Klinike za anesteziologiju, reanimaciju i intenzivno liječenje KBC-a Split.
COVID odjel gotovo je pun, na krevetima najveći broj pacijenata do sada - 211, osamdeset posto ih nije cijepljeno. Medicinsko osoblje iz dana u dan daje sve od sebe, ali nisu, kažu, superjunaci - žestoki radni ritam dugo traje.
- Stalno mislimo pa bit će bolje, bit će bolje, pa sad je kraj ovog vala pa će biti dobro iza toga, ali mi vidimo da je sa svakom mutacijom, varijantom virusa da je stanje uvijek gore i gore, rekao je dr. Božidar Duplančić.
- Mi prolazimo rat 2020., 2021., 2022., i ne znamo kad će završiti. Nakon dvije godine, priznajemo da smo ne iscrpljeni nego na rubu što se kaže, ali nećemo dozvoliti da se slomimo!, opisuje Mihaela Pfeifer, glavna sestra Respiratorno intenzivističkog centra KBC-a Split.
Premorene sestre tražile su i dobile ispomoć. Beskrajno su zahvalne, 18 kolegica stiže već u ponedjeljak.
- To je jedna velika stvar za nas sve skupa, a evo javnost bi trebala znati i shvatiti u kakvoj smo situaciji s obzirom na to da smo posegnuli prvi put u dvije godine za takvim potezom. Ovdje se radi sa srcem i dušom, apsolutno, kapa do poda svima. Kad nam se oči smiju od sreće, kada pacijenta ispratite kući - to je za nas najveća nagrada i to je ono što nas drži i gura dalje, kaže Pfeifer.
Zbog povećanja broja pacijenata s COVID-om pate svi drugi - operacije koje nisu hitne odgađaju se.
- Nažalost, sad od ponedjeljka nisam sigurna kako ćemo, kako će se odvijati hladni program. Mi ćemo ustvari, prvi put, ja mislim ikada da će hladni pogon u KBC-u Split biti reduciran, baš znakovito, ističe dr. Sanda Stojanović Stipić.
Liječnici mole građane da se, ako još nisu, uključe u borbu protiv nepredvidivog virusa.
- Naši sugrađani bi se trebali cijepiti - jedan put, drugi put i busterirati!, naglašava dr. Božidar Duplančić.
U protivnom, crnoj COVID statistici u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji teško će se stati na kraj, piše HRT.
