U Hrvatsku je stigao koktel Ronapreve koji će se oboljelima od Covida davati intravenozno. To je još jedan doprinos znanosti, kako bi se što prije riješili ove pandemije koja je dosadila svima.

Međutim, svima onima koji smatraju i nadaju se kako smo koktelom Ronapreve bliže iskorijenjivanju pandemije Covid - 19 virusa, treba biti jasno da su u zabludi i da je još dug put do pobjede nad Covidom, kao i da je cijepljenje jedini ispravan način kako bi pobijedili "pošast 21. stoljeća".

Koliko je lijek Ronapreve "velik korak" u suzbijanju pandemije i da li su ga već dali nekom pacijentu, upitali smo izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivu Ivića, predstojnika Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Splita.

- Nismo ga dali još nijednom pacijentu, jer ga nismo još ni dobili mi u Splitu. Radi se o venskom lijeku (daje se u venu, op.a,) koji je veoma skup i koji u konačnici neće značajnije utjecati na suzbijanje pandemije. Zašto neće značajnije utjecati u suzbijanju pandemije? Pa upravo zato jer je jako skup i jer ga neće moći dobiti svatko. Moći će ga dobiti samo oni pacijenti kod kojih je on neophodan da bi se osoba oporavila, odnosno da ne bi zapala u još teže, životno ugrožujuće stanje. A tu će se raditi o kroničnim bolesnicima, kao što su dijabetičari, imunokompromitiranim osobama, ostalim teškim bolesnicima... No, kojima će se pacijentima moći davati taj lijek, još uvijek ne znamo, jer upustva moramo dobiti napismeno, a još ih nismo dobili, kazuje dr. Ivić.

Visoka cijena

Sam lijek košta oko 15 tisuća kuna.

- Lijek je jako skup i ni puno bogatije države od Hrvatske neće ga moći dati svim svojim stanovnicima, oboljelim od Covida. No, kada bi i mogli to bi bilo nemoguće. Naime, svakom pacijentu, koji bi trebao primiti taj lijek, morala bi se napraviti kompletna medicinska obrada, u vrlo kratkom roku, kako bi se ustanovilo zadovoljava li on propisane uvjete za primanje tog lijeka. I tada, bi se moralo sve organizirati, nači mjesto i ljude koji bi davali taj lijek, jer se on, kako smo već rekli daje u venu. A, to je organizacijski nemoguće, odnosno, kada bi svakom pacijentu davali taj lijek, stvorili bi se neriješivi organizacijski problemi, jer nema dovoljno ni ljudi koji bi nadzirali davanje lijeka u venu, a ni prostora gdje bi smjestili sve te ljude koji bi primali lijek. Dakle, dobro je da je lijek došao, da je na tržištu, ali on neće ni u Hrvatskoj, a ni u svijetu, u velikoj mjeri utjecati na pandemiju. Cijepljenje je još uvijek najbolji izlaz iz pandemije i jedino procijepljenošću možemo pobijediti Covid - 19 pandemiju, zaključuje izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić.

Međutim, svima onima koji smatraju i nadaju se kako smo koktelom Ronapreve bliže iskorijenjivanju pandemije Covid - 19 virusa, treba biti jasno da su u zabludi i da je još dug put do pobjede nad Covidom, kao i da je cijepljenje jedini ispravan način kako bi pobijedili "pošast 21. stoljeća".

Koliko je lijek Ronapreve "velik korak" u suzbijanju pandemije i da li su ga već dali nekom pacijentu, upitali smo izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivu Ivića, predstojnika Klinike za infektologiju KBC-a Splita.

- Nismo ga dali još nijednom pacijentu, jer ga nismo još ni dobili mi u Splitu. Radi se o venskom lijeku (daje se u venu, op.a,) koji je veoma skup i koji u konačnici neće značajnije utjecati na suzbijanje pandemije. Zašto neće značajnije utjecati u suzbijanju pandemije? Pa upravo zato jer je jako skup i jer ga neće moći dobiti svatko. Moći će ga dobiti samo oni pacijenti kod kojih je on neophodan da bi se osoba oporavila, odnosno da ne bi zapala u još teže, životno ugrožujuće stanje. A tu će se raditi o kroničnim bolesnicima, kao što su dijabetičari, imunokompromitiranim osobama, ostalim teškim bolesnicima... No, kojima će se pacijentima moći davati taj lijek, još uvijek ne znamo, jer upustva moramo dobiti napismeno, a još ih nismo dobili, kazuje dr. Ivić.

Visoka cijena

Sam lijek košta oko 15 tisuća kuna.

- Lijek je jako skup i ni puno bogatije države od Hrvatske neće ga moći dati svim svojim stanovnicima, oboljelim od Covida. No, kada bi i mogli to bi bilo nemoguće. Naime, svakom pacijentu, koji bi trebao primiti taj lijek, morala bi se napraviti kompletna medicinska obrada, u vrlo kratkom roku, kako bi se ustanovilo zadovoljava li on propisane uvjete za primanje tog lijeka. I tada, bi se moralo sve organizirati, nači mjesto i ljude koji bi davali taj lijek, jer se on, kako smo već rekli daje u venu. A, to je organizacijski nemoguće, odnosno, kada bi svakom pacijentu davali taj lijek, stvorili bi se neriješivi organizacijski problemi, jer nema dovoljno ni ljudi koji bi nadzirali davanje lijeka u venu, a ni prostora gdje bi smjestili sve te ljude koji bi primali lijek. Dakle, dobro je da je lijek došao, da je na tržištu, ali on neće ni u Hrvatskoj, a ni u svijetu, u velikoj mjeri utjecati na pandemiju. Cijepljenje je još uvijek najbolji izlaz iz pandemije i jedino procijepljenošću možemo pobijediti Covid - 19 pandemiju, zaključuje izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić.

U Hrvatsku je stigao koktel Ronapreve koji će se oboljelima od Covida davati intravenozno. To je još jedan doprinos znanosti, kako bi se što prije riješili ove pandemije koja je dosadila svima.
